Had a horrible experience won t answer calls about my vehicle and it s been there for over a month. Paid 550$ for them to diagnose that two simple wires were crossed witch took them over 6 hours to find and got my car back and it won t change out of first gear and had to leave it again for a simple technical issue that they probably caused. the car has never had that problem before absolutely horrible customer service. I don t know where all these great reviews come from.Service: Electrical

David Pritchard and his finely trained crew of mechanics are the Greatest ...Honest, dependable, timely repairs..Not only does he fix your cars problems and handle it with care, he will also inform you of any upcoming repairs you may be looking at.I have known Pritchard aotomotive for years and I wont let anyone else under my bonnet if the job is too big to do myself.His shop doesnt have fancy flair , no over priced advertising because Pritchard Automotive doesnt need it , The work speaks for itself.
