I recently visited this store for the first time to get my car serviced for a Coolant flush. Ms. Annette and the team were super nice and cost efficient. They explained everything they did to my car throughly. A few days later I noticed I had an issue with water draining from my AC which was making noises. I took it back and Ms. Annete expressed her only concerned is that I'm happy. They looked at it and found the issue in which they were able to fix it. I was so relieved. I am coming back today for my oil change because the customer service here is A1! If you really want good quality customer service and a team that really cares about your investment... then bring your car to Precision Tune!! Thanks Annette, John and the whole Precision Tune team :)

I originally took my vehicle in for a tune up priced @793.00 with no engine lights on after the tune up I noticed my temp gauge was acting up so I went back for a diagnostic which was priced @ 100 after having the car for 5 hours they told me I needed a new thermostat which I had replaced along with the housing in the prior 6 months but I don t question it I asked them to complete the work which was priced @ 365 after getting my vehicle back an hour later all the coolant spilled out and the temp gage was still acting funny so I called back to schedule an appointment so that they could go over their work after having my car another full 6 hours they determined I needed the whole housing unit with icy would be an extra 200 something so I paid that against my better judgment because they diagnosed the car how you guys guessing the issue but to avoid further frustration with Annette I paid out they fixed that gave me my car back only for to drive it the remainder of that day and the check engine light came on so I called back to schedule another appointment because I wanted to understand why am I making these continuous trips with no remedy so she finally gets me in to determine I need another thermostat because the one they literally just put on was stuck open due to the warranty on parts and labor no money was required from me when I get my car back this time after Annette was positive there were no leaks she disapproved me going on the test drive so that I could verify myself even stated that if I encounter any more issues it could be my thermostat connector sensor or the compartment that houses it and that she would call me ANOTHER ESTIMATE!! so after getting my car back the engine light was back on the following day and it s still on I have not heard from her or the owner about how they plan to rectify the situation and it s been a week other than me paying again for them to fix a part she s not even sure is the issue so all in all I ve been to the shop on 5 different occasions and my car still is having the same issues so now I need to find someone else to repair my vehicle and file a small claims suite please avoid this place!

As a single woman, getting work done on our cars is always stressful as I do not know much about cars. It was a blessing to find such a great shop. I trust this shop and will return. Annette, the office manager, answered all my questions on the phone and set up an appointment - and was ready with a quick quote to help me with my sons Mercedes when I showed up - she had already done the homework. The work they did enabled me to not have to goto the dealership. My tech, John, who worked on the car even came in to the lobby, showed me the old and new parts and talked about what he was doing to fix the car.I appreciated and recognized their fairness right away when I met them. Their cost for my fix was 400$ less than the quote I received at the dealership. Thank you!!

We went into the Precision Tuning in Tallahassee for a single CV joint replacement. They luckily caught both faulty front joints and replaced them. Their store manager, Annette, and our technician, John, were both friendly and helpful!! I would highly recommend their auto care. This place has fair prices and their service is efficient.

Man where do I start? I over love this place from Annette to Mindy in the front office to my main man John the best Tech I ve ever came across I really love the way they handle my situation with my Warranty as soon as I drop my car off and explain my situation and what I was going through they went straight to work calling me every day with updates making sure they took care of me on the highest level. I over love to deal with places that don t lie to you and just take your money I plan on sticking with this shop To me This is the best automotive shop in Tallahassee Fl

Disappointing experience. The staff was quite pleasant, but they seem extremely disorganized.I took my car in for diagnostic for an oil leak and evap system leak as well as a transmission service. We decided to do the diagnostic to see if it were worth all the service and repairs.I scheduled on the previous week to drop off on Monday at 9:30. The mechanic said he should have an update in a few minutes. I left for work. I had to call them at almost 6 to be told they were trying to get a quote on a part. Fair enough but i would have appreciated an update. They said it was the valve cover gasket and timing cover gasket. I replaced the valve cover gasket less than 6 months ago, but I gave the benefit of the doubt.The following day the storm happened so i didn't expect an update. The next day I called and they were still working on the estimate and I asked about the evap. They said they didn't have the smoke machine and wouldn't until Tuesday. They said i could get the car and bring it back Tuesday. I'm not sure why they had me bring it in on Monday when they wouldn't even have the equipment to finish the estimate for over a week nor why they hadn't try to get it before I brought it in since we discussed that's why I needed them to do it (I don't own a smoke machine).I went to pick up my car on Thursday and they tell me I'm almost out of oil. So i pay 100.51 for a half done diagnostic and they couldn't give me 10-20 dollars worth of oil as a courtesy? I ultimately declined further service (I said I decided to trade which I may still do), and I'm now going to pay for another diagnostic by a different mechanic because I can't trust theirs. 100 down the drain and no closer to making that decision.To add insult to injury, I checked under the hood before starting the car, because they hadn't latched the hood and discovered that they hadn't finished putting everything together.I've heard positive things before, and maybe they're having a rough patch, but I can't in good confidence recommend them to anyone.

The mechanics in his shop are pretty good however the management has horrible communication and are rude. I asked for management because they dropped the ball on my initial claim and missed an oil leak I advised them of. They do NOT take accountability for their actions and will deny you speaking with Management if you have any concerns. I was yelled at because I asked for additional assistance and denied proper customer support and care.

Annette (the manager) and the team at Precision Tune Auto Care are absolutely stellar! I've been going to them for years and I'll only go to them for the rest of my time in Tallahassee. They're professional and very well organized with their customer records, which makes for a fast, efficient experience every time you go.They're also just really nice people. My spouse and i have been coming here for years for oil changes and minor car fixes. My spouse stop taking his trucks there because they kept messing minor things up so against my better judgment I ve still been taking my car there to get oil changes beyond the minor mess ups with my spouses trucks and beyond the angry customers I ve seen come in and cause a uproar . Well with all that being said i took my car 2018 ford escape there to get the oil changed on 1/2/2024 on 1/5/2024 my car started shaking and the oil and engine light came on.. So i took it to my mechanic Lboys where they had to give me a new oil change due to my oil almost being empty HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? They gave me a leaf that they said was stuck in the oil filter and explained if i would have continued to drive the car i could have blew the engine. So i went back to Precision auto to explain what happened. I spoke with the manager who told me i should have brought it back to them which i explained i didn t because i thought they had messed it up due to previous experiences had and seen in the past.She basically told me there was nothing she could do because they didn t write anything on there receipt for her to go off of and i should have brought it back to them which i find was very unexceptable due to us being long time customers. So unfortunately they have lost our business because regardless of me not bringing it back to them when the issue occurred there is no reason i needed another oil change with in 3days with no leak.

Went in for a tune up ! I waited forever on the manager to get off the phone ! All she was doing was talking nasty about someone! I thought that was so unprofessional. And then she was so rude and give me a price that was $200 more then what they told me it would be a month ago when I called !!!! I will never go back there! And she needs to be fired because she is making that business look really bad!!!and I m the hour I was in that office she made 3 other people so mad that they walked out too!!! I would never recommend that place as long as she is there!!!!!

The staff were extremely customer oriented. They were helpful and considerate. I called around early this morning trying to get quotes for brake service.. no one had any appointments before 11am; they got me in by 930am. The facility was clean, COOL, and comfortable . They provided cold beverages and the seating was more than adequate. I strongly recommend checking them out!Service: Brake service & repair

Businesses are super friendly when obtaining your business, but when you start asking questions about the service the little rude dumpling Arnette wants to get an attitude and hang up. I was given a punch card that stated 4 punches and the 5th is free. Not once was I told that it was only $21 off. I faithfully went in for my oil change at almost $60, for full synthetic now I am told because of inflation oil change is $80. So with card and $21 off I am right back at $60. So don't believe the lies free is not free, that's just a scam to keep you coming back with the expectation of receiving a free change. Also, make sure oil is being changed, my oil light came on at 2000 miles and I rarely drive and have no oil leaks, stick was clean.Service: Auto maintenance

I can't say enough good things about the staff here. When our car wouldn't run after stopping in Tallahassee on a trip to Wisconsin, they recommended a great tow service (Lake JacksonTowing) and said bring it right over for them to look at. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue, contacted the Chevy dealer for us and then spoke to the service advisor on our behalf. After finding the car had to be towed again, they did not charge us for doing the diagnostics. They were so kind to a traveling couple with a dog, and the mechanic was so knowledgeable. Great place.

Worst experience happened here, I had been there for oil change, initially there was gas smell in car, I thought this might be temporary due to not cleaning properly. Later I spotted something is leaking, initially I did not pay attention to this as there was no indicator in display board but later on car started showing red triangle sign with problem word in dashboard then I opened hood and saw the oil cap was outside oil tank was opened and oil was spoiled all over. Next oil change is marked for 140900 and I am driving in 139k + less than 1k of their recommendations. I called to inform the Manger then someone told I am Manger you can talk then I said these things then she said I will talk to Manger and ask him to call you and their Manger have no time to hear me so I am posting here. Really worst experience in terms of technical and customer service both. Will never step in there.

This place is our new mechanic!!! I called multiple places to see if we could get our A/C fixed but everyone was booked up! Thankfully, I called them 20 minutes before they closed and they confirmed that they could fix our problem!! They were quick, helpful, and had great communication skills! I have to say I am very disappointed in this company to say the least. They came highly recommended from one of my family members who is a regular there but I m glad that I decided not to let them service my car. Went there for a simple diagnostic to find out about a noise happening when cranking and they said it was a burnt spark plug or coil. That simple tune up was going to cost me $300 in parts and $700+ in labor! I m still in disbelief about that. A five minute job costs that much. Took it to a different mechanic with years of experience and a tune up was not even the issue and there were no burnt coils. The issue I had was way more major and than that so I m thankful I followed my first mind and decided to leave. Lady at the counter (blonde) was a pleasure to talk to. Just hate that they didn t even have any knowledge of anything and I m wondering if their diagnostics are even accurate. Can t be. Beware.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used Precision in the past and been satisfied. This time was a bust. Simple tire repair and since I was a drop in I expected to wait. 45 minutes later, no communication and watching the staff chat and have coffee I left. 45 minutes l ll never get back. Went down the street to Mavis and got in right away. 20 minutes and done.

I can honestly say, it s a job well done. I rarely leave reviews because I always be on the go, but with the service I had to day I had to take a second to do so. My service was amazing, they handled my car (EMERALD) with the best car. My Groupon wasn t active and the Store Manager Annette was amazing - she sat with me for 10 mins to make sure everything worked out for us both. The man Thaddeus did an AMAZING JOB with my oil change! So once again thank you for everything you ve done. I WILL BE BACK!!

Annette (store manager) and Drew (assistant SM) were extremely helpful. They both sat on the phone for two hours with my warranty company to ensure I did not have to pay out of pocket for my repairs. I can truthfully say they worked overtime to make sure I was taken care of, which included working pass closing time. 10/10 highly recommend.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I will never do business here again or refer anyone to this shop ever again! I went in about a month ago for a simple fully synthetic oil change (which was $90) and when I received my car back I noticed my check engine light was on. I immediately walked back inside and asked why my light was on because i knew it was not on when i arrived. I was then lied to by the lady at the front desk and the technician who worked on my car. They told me that it was on prior to service they even had the nerve to add check engine light was on prior to service on the pre-diagnostic report to help cover their tracks. So I finally just left and took my car home while on the way home I noticed my car was driving very funny and not getting the correct amount of horsepower while driving it even at full throttle . So, I parked it and had to wait a month before I could afford to take it to the mechanic. When I took it to the mechanic I never mentioned that I thought precision tune was responsible for messing up my car. But, the first question he asked me when I went to pick up my car was who changed your oil last? Because they cut some wires causing the engine to short out and decrease the power to protect the car from further damage after I paid him I then rode back to precision tune to show them my bill and explain what happened and they still denied everything and basically made me out to be crazy and not know what I was talking about instead of just owning up to their mistake Long story short NEVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS they will damage your car and then lie to you to cover up their mistakes. (My grandmother is also experiencing issues with her car after she got an oil change at this place, the technician was not even able to take off the oil filter on a 2007 Camry)Services: Brakes, Oil change

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. I live 30 minutes away and it took me 4 or 5 times going back and forth to get my belt changed through poor communication and having to come back because it wasn t done properly. I did an oil change and it took an hour and a half and I was the first one in line. A week later, my hood started smoking and I smelled burning oil. I popped the hood to see that they didn t put the cap back on and oil spilled everywhere. When I took it back in, they don t even greet you properly. I was the only one in the lobby and had to wait for 3 employees for a while before one greeted me. They didn t even apologize and told me it would take 10-15 minutes. After an hour, they said the car is done. I didn t trust them and popped the hood to see that they didn t even the clean oil spill. I had to go back in and asked them to clean it. Annette, the manager, apologized and offered a $10 credit for my next oil change. Seriously, $10 for all the trouble they caused me and time away from work. I wanted to tell her what she can do with the $10 but I said, No, I m never coming back here again! Service: Oil change
