Capital Eurocars Porsche needs to know that Dustin Wheeler is a top performing employee. Dustin provided excellent customer service care throughout the repair work on my wife's Cayenne. Dustin kept me informed during the extended time the Cayenne was in the shop. Capital Eurocars Porsche should value Dustin Wheeler's service to the company,

Dustin Wheeler and the team at Capital Porsche Services in Tallahassee are simply AWESOME! Dustin always gives 110% to ensure that the customer is always satisfied. Little issues I mentioned prior are always remembered and addressed. He knew the procedure was involved and allowed me to use one of the company cars so I was able to run errands . Kept in touch with me to let me know the status for the repair. Use of this car was extremely helpful.Service: Brake service & repair

I had an emergency with my vehicle. My convertible top was stuck in the down position. Dustin Wheeler understood the crisis I was going through and made sure that I was able to be seen that same day and have my car's top returned to the closed position. My Porsche broke down while out of town and Dustin Wheeler exhibited outstanding professionalism and impeccable communication to get my crisis handled quickly and efficiently! I experience only the best quality service when at Capital Eurocar. Dustin Wheeler is always a pleasure to work with and he makes things so much easier for the customer. He made sure to have a loaner car for me, which happened to be the same model Porsche as mine, for the duration of the service and replacing front and back brakes. Top notch service!! I want to take a moment to express my extreme gratitude to this dealership and in particular their employee Dustin Wheeler. My wife was out of town visiting a sick family member when she had trouble with her car. I had the car towed to Capital Eurocars and Dustin called me and said they would try and diagnose the problem and get the car repaired ASAP. Dustin did exactly what he said he would do - he kept me apprised of the situation with the car and got the car diagnosed and repaired in just a few days. I can't say enough about how well Dustin handled the situation. He is a definite asset to this company and I wish my local dealership was as responsive as Dustin and his team.
