My experience was great. My salesman Milton was very friendly. He was very thorough with everything. He made sure I understood everything before I made my decision. I really enjoyed meeting him as my Salesman and as a person. I will be recommending my family and friends. I felt very comfortable and relaxed at your establishment. My overall experience is a 10. I want to thank Milton again. I love my new 2024 Toyota Camry.

Josh Scholl the best representative of Peter Bouleware Toyota. He was very courteous and pleasant. He was not pushy and very patient as I wanted to look at several different models. He aimed to pleased! I would recommend him to any customer looking for a vehicle!

Careful going to this location. First if you want to buy a toyota i suggest to go to Thomasville Georgia as they wont add on all the extra fees they will here. Tallahassee location is good at showing you the vehicle and help finding what you are looking for and need. But when you get to the end at finance room that guy may add on so many things to the bill, as for me it was $10k above MSRP. I went to thomasville toyota and got MSRP a location just 50mins from this one. Check both before buying.Now i have gotten a bad service that was done to my vehicle on april 8th. i noticed my oil was overfilled by a quart of oil so i took it in for them to properly adjust the issue. This also had me concerned of any damage done to the longevity of my motor now due to their incorrect servicing of the vehicle. I was told to bring it and would get a free oil change, tire rotation and they will check the motor to make sure nothing was wrong.Good on them for doing this but sadly when i got my car back they forgot to put the oil cap back on. accidents happen, i worked on cars my whole life and seen this happen in shops iv been at. Oil sprayed in the engine bay enough to make a mess as you can see in my pictures. they couldnt find the cap and had to order one, this has me concerned also if the cap is still in my engine bay somewhere. The service advisor did a great job dealing with this and was on it and helpful about it right away. Sadly i also got some scratches on my rims as seen on the pictures from the tire roation. They gave me a rental and took care of the part the next day.I check the car again, oil stains were dried and stained on the engine cover and under the hood as the pictures show. they could have atleast cleaned it up or if they can just order a new part. Then the oil check, again over filled once again.Day 4 taking my car in to speak with a manager and he takes a look with his tech to see that yes it was over filled. told them im going on a trip tomorrow so the tech insist on taking the excess oil out which im gratful for because i have no time to do it my self now and im concerned of more motor damage. So i wait 45 mins for them to drain what i was told half a quart as they told me which i think was really more. hand it back to me, i asked for paper work for this because at this point i need to document everything they are doing. oil was correct but then i noticed an orange silicon on my oil cap i asked what it was and it was to make sure no one is tampering with the oil lol. i understand they wanted to do this to make sure if this happens again it wasnt them.Still no regards to the oil mess they left me, they keep just trying to give me my car back like nothing happened. No sorry or anything, so i asked for whom to speak with to claim compensation for this ordeal and was told i will be contacted later.Always check your vehicle after service anywhere, there is also another customer review with my same issue on the same week from this location.

For 14 years I get my car serviced at this place. No Problem at all. I normally go to one person only since the beginning for oil change service. They do all multi inspections and suggest me anything that needs to be done right away or in the future. Two days ago I went for my regular oil change and they messed it up. My regular guy was absent. Done with oil change and the new service guy (undedicated) didn t go over anything. They didn t top up any other fluids except oil. Main thing they forgot to put engine oil cap. How come? I could have got in trouble if I didn t notice that day later after oil spill all over my engine and smell of oil through ac unit. This is the last time I am going there. Please open up your hood before you leave the premises just to double check.

Stephanie was amazing, funny, and caring!! I am a full-time college student and worker! Life gets tough sometimes, but she made this experience worthwhile!! For my first car purchase alone and away from home, she was able to put me something brand new off the lot for a reasonable payment! My first car purchase couldn t have went better, all thanks to her! 10/10 recommend!!

Everything about the service was phenomenal. 2023 Toyota Gr86 manual transmission. The guys were great, worked with me and got me done in a very reasonable amount of time. It would have been a true 5 star service had I not checked my dash cam. Manual owners beware though, a tech had my car at 4-5k rpm for 5-7 seconds with half clutch in, no movement, and staled on the lift. To say he burned my clutch was an understatement. I will bring it back, but will be transparent and look out for who touches it :(

Salesperson Ryan very helpful and informative. He hustled like mad to find the keys to the car I wanted to test drive (and eventually bought) - keys were finally located, deal was made and I headed home in a 2024 Rav4. Very pleased with the vehicle and the overall experience. Highly recommended!

My advice is take someone with you that knows about purchasing a new vehicle. This dealership will take advantage of you. They do not have integrity and will tell you anything to close the deal!!! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I ended up with 16% APR. After being told it was 10% by my sales person. The worst part is I walked in there with Good credit.

Based on past experiences at dealerships I was prepared for the worst (high pressure sales and pricing games), but I found the car buying process to be fair and straight forward. We had been shopping over several weeks for new Toyota that was very difficult to find in local dealer inventories. We decided to use the Toyota website shopping process, and located the car we wanted at this dealership.After our initial contact, we received very professional, courteous and timely responses. After just a few short discussions, we were able to commit to the purchase.The purchase process was very smooth, the personnel at the dealership were extremely friendly and professional. The Peter Boulware Toyota Dealership has some of the friendliest and attentive employees I have had the pleasure of doing business with. A special Thank you to the man who assisted me, Dexter M. He was very considerate when listening to my needs for a new vehicle and retained all concerns as if they were his own. I have visited this dealership and a few others, but Dexter insisted he would find the perfect vehicle. I gave him a budget, a time-frame, and a list a mile long. Needless to say he was polite, patient and determined to find my next car. We finalized on a Jeep yesterday that checked all my boxes, and I just had to jump at this opportunity to rave about my experience. David Kirsheman was excellent to work with in my purchase of a new 2024 Toyota Camry.The entire process from start to finish was actually surprisingly a pleasure. We emailed David responded we went into meet him and was greeted very nicely from the front desk and then we met David and a few minutes in was introduced to the one of the managers Tom and we explained they had one shot at their best price we weren't going back and forth. He stated he understood and we went and drove the car came back and he presented his best price which to be honest was a few hundred lower than the best price we have seen on the cat not only was it an acceptable price they actually stepped up a model from what we were there to buy. The finance manager was very polite and thorough and then the walk through explained excellently by Papa Fred super nice and a true pleasure to talk too. If your looking for an honest straight forward experience go to Paul Boulware Toyota in Tallahassee. I don't recommend very many places but they impressed me and that's saying a lot

Thoroughly enjoyed my sale and salesman Josh who helped me get the car I wanted. The deal kind of went sideways for a bit but general sales manager Brannon Snead stepped in and made everything right. Good customer service is still alive and well at Peter Boulware Toyota. Thank you! Loving my new RAV4, with an 8 speed transmission - strong 2.5l engine. So much fun to drive.
