Sabari and the team at Pep Boys were awesome.We were on a long road journey and woke up at our hotel with a flat with hours left in our drive. First off they are open early at 7am ready ready to help and assist. Offered us options to get us back on the road fast. The gentleman we needed started his shift at 8am but arrived at work 40 minutes early and started right away to get us back on the road. It was clean,fresh friendly environment. They even offer movies while you wait so children and adults can pass the time away leisurely as they are being taken care of. 5 stars for these men. Thanks Pep Boys Team, your one of a kind.

I HIGHLY recommend this location! The staff and service are top tier. I was driving through Tallahassee and got a flat tire the day before Christmas! I called Pep Boys and asked if it would be possible to get my tire fixed, and they said to come on down, it's no issue. I arrived there and there was hardly any waiting time. I only waited as long as the labor took. The guys were super patient and nice to me. Most mechanic shops I've been to try and take advantage of people who don't have car knowledge. This Pep Boys is not that place! They are super professional, want to get you the best product for any budget, and do an amazing job. If I lived in Tallahassee, I would visit them regularly.

This is a perfect 5/5 service. I was afraid of that my car's chassis might be damaged, so I asked them to inspect my car. They gave me a quick inspection and told me no damaged occurred without charging me anything. They really help me to do an inspection and try to help me solve problems. I will recommend this place to any people who needs mechanical service.

Best car service experience ever! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the leadership is impeccable. Jabari is warm and inviting and, most of all, he is customer oriented. This is my new shop. I am leaving the dealership life!

Jabari and Delk were simply the best. They explained the difference between plugging and patching my tire and it was done in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service and all done with a smile!

They are super kind and honest with you . Best people i ve been to in Tallahassee. They work very quickly with your car and flexible with you. This place has a great seating area as well .

I came in to have a plug put in one of my tires and was so pleased with how quickly and professionally my problem was taken care of. Jabari was so kind and helpful and Delk was so knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this place.

Good phone quote, able to get reliable information. Courteous staff who appeared to be servicing alot of customers well. In waiting area heard them tell more than one customer it would save them money if the requested service wasn't performed because it appeared to not be needed. Now that appeared to be an honest effort to honestly serve the customer. We had good results from the strut, shock and tie rod job they did our old but cherished vehicle.Seen again on 01/24/2024 with another vehicle. Outstanding experience, especially with the courteous and friendly Jabari at the front desk. Helped us extremely well and kept us informed. Efficient operation as always.

I visited the shop as a lone college woman, Clint and Delk were able to throughly diagnose my newly bought car. Both informed me of the services being done, educated and explained the mechanical terminology that was used, efficiently recommended services that wouldn t break the bank, and welcomed me back for mechanical updates on my vehicle! I highly recommend!

I had a mixed experience. I'll start with my main beef which doesn't involve the location at all. I needed new tires so I ordered them online and set my appointment time. I made the assumption when I gave them my credit card I had paid for the service. How wrong I was. Apparently, Pep Boys only puts a hold on your money and you actually pay when you pick up your car. I didn't know this in advance and was totally unprepared to pay when I arrived for pick-up. I had to go back home, get my credit card and return. It was a waste of time and gas. When I offer you my money, take it!Now, specifcaly about this location: Everyone was very nice, personable and welcoming. I dropped off my car and had a ride back home so I didn't have to wait. I originally booked for new tires but at drop off, I asked if they could replace my headlights. I was told they could. I also asked that they put a specific old tire in the trunk so I could have a full sized spare. I got a call a few hours later saying my car was ready. I got dropped off and was prepared to pay for my new headlights and be on my way. That didn't happen (see above) and was told they hadn't yet changed my tail light but could do it lickety split. I didn't ask for a new tail light but I needed it so I didn't say anything. When that was done, I asked about the headlights. They weren't done either but a technician began working on it immediately. When he was done, I asked, just for clarification, if I had two new tires, two new headlights and one new tail light. Nope, I only had one new headlight. I was getting stressed so after asking about the tire I wanted to keep for the third time, I paid and left.I want to stress again, everyone was super nice and accommodating if a bit scattered. Also, I got to hang out with an awesome doggo while I waited.

Made an appointment for oil change. Showed up about 15m early because I figured they'd be busy. Was quoted 3-4 HOURS and told appointment times online are irrelevant. They only guarantee the vehicle will be done at some point that day. Nowhere is this stated online. I was prepared to wait, even up to an hour, but had I known in advance what I was told when I arrived, I would've selected a different place to get an oil change. I rearranged meetings/ drove out of my way when I didn't have to. We all have jobs and lives. Time is valuable. Please be respectful to customers and be sure to communicate adequatly online if appointment times don't actually matter.

Jabari and Delk were super helpful and friendly from the moment I called with my inquiry. They were ready to service me as soon as I arrived. They informed me of what they were doing every step of the way. For them to be as fast as they were the service was efficient and top tier!

Took our 2006 Chrysler minivan in to have a broken dipstick removed from the dipstick tube. The technician worked on it for an hour, finally got it fixed, AND changed the oil - all for less than $60! The shop isn't much to look at but I couldn't have been happier with the service.

I went to pep boys on 3/19/2024 and from the time I walked in I was greeted and acknowledged immediately by Jabari.A thorough check of my vehicle was done by Delk .I was included in the entire inspection and the customer service was awesome.I will be returning in the future for sure.Thank you all for being so kind and providing quality service..

Made an appointment for 10am two days prior for a tire rotation. Arrived 10 minutes early was told there would be a 4-5 hour wait before they could even get to my vehicle because they had three vehicles from the prior day they did not finish. Left and will not be back.

I only come here for all my car services and repairs. The staff is awesome and very helpful. This location in particular (in my opinion) is the best on this side of town. They offer on time appointments and excellent service. The staff members are polite and will work with you to make sure you have the best experience. Managers ( Mr. Willis) and staff (Mr. Travis ) made sure I was road ready for my trip back home. For service you can trust visit Pep Boys on North Monroe you will not be disappointed.

Biggest ripoff shop I have ever been to! I bought new tires and after 2 weeks (driving less than 20 miles) one of the tires exploded! I supposedly had a warranty on the new tires, but when I had them replace the tire they wanted to charge me more money. I do not recommend them and will NEVER bring my vehicle to them again! They seem to think that if you are a female, you are fair game to be cheated. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!

This place is a joke. They had my car for a month, and it came back unfixed and with more issues caused directly by their shop. If you value your time, please don t waste it here.

Service was amazing! Jabari went above and beyond his job responsibilities to ensure my vehicle was taken care of. He even went as far as calling other Pep Boys locations to get me the help I needed. KB was very polite and patient while trying to help me my vehicle! He s expertise didn t go unnoticed! You guys were amazing! Thank you!
