P3 is my savior! As an older single woman, I always know I will be treated fairly and most importantly, I can trust the repair work. Plus there will be no upselling - trying to get me to do repairs that really aren't necessary. If you do not already use P3 for your auto mechanic needs, you are in bad shape. These guys are the best of the best. Had to edit my review. Used to be good and family owned but since they brought Eric on his attitude sucks. Hes a hothead. We had been taking vehicles to them for over ten years but his condescending behavior and inability to follow through with what he says he's going to do means they have lost us as long time customers. For reference I asked them to look at a truck and tell me what needs to be fixed and to call me with a list of the problems so we can make an informed decision. Never called then told my mother it wasn't worth putting gas in (despite it running and driving on its own power 50 miles). No evidence any diagnostics were performed. If you don't have time for your customers just say that bro.Edit: truck is still running fine several months after P3 said it wasn't worth putting gas in and that it had a blown head gasket but wouldn't explain why they thought that. Apparently they're also running insurance scams as well according to a friend.

It s definitely nerve wracking to have your kid at college and need car repairs. Typically sending a young woman into a mechanic shop is never a good idea. But not with P3. They are so honest and trustworthy and do such a nice job. For once my daughter was not intimidated and got fantastic service. I would recommend then to anyone!

Great service and quick turnaround performed by honest and hard working professionals. They earned my respect after repairing an ongoing and long standing problem with luxury vehicle headlight system rendered inoperable by deceitful service practice performed by a local dealership service team. Kudos for taking my challenge as i was running in the dark having few options remaining.

My vehicle is stuck in Park at a grocery store. Called my wife home, stopped by p3 and let them know, they'll take care of the tow and repair. I've been taking vehicles to them for 35 years without a hitch and they've always been fair on price and good on service.

I can't say enough how much my husband and I appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and integrity of P3 Automotive. (Special shout out to Jeremy.) They stand behind their work in a way many businesses don't. My son was going on a long trip and they made sure to get his car ready on time and asked about his travels afterwards. We wouldn't use anyone else for our car repair and maintenance. The P3 brothers are the best, and I m glad I found them. I used them for a tune-up and a couple of oil changes the past couple of months. Recently, my vehicle failed to start. I assumed it was the battery, so I took the battery to the battery store. The battery was fine, so I called P3. Instead of having me tow it to the shop, they came to my house and fixed it in under two minutes. They didn t charge me for it, even when I tried to force payment on them. They are Awesomesauce. Always friendly and great service. The last time I went, my car started shaking and I ended up with 4 tires that were basically shredding due to them not being the right ones for the car. I was terrified it would be worse. But they let me know it was a simple problem and easy to fix.

We were driving through town trying to get home to Alabama when our car broke down. I saw P3 Automotive had great reviews online so we chose to take our business here. They were able to take us in right away first thing Monday morning when they were slammed with business. They also drove almost TWO HOURS out of town and back to get our car part quickly instead of waiting for it to ship- so we didn t have to pay for another night in a hotel! I cannot recommend a better business for car service. These people truly care about their customers.

As a woman it can be nerve wracking to get car work done in fear of getting screwed over or not taken seriously but the guys who run this shop are professional and kind. They checked my car over in a timely manner and didn t find anything wrong, so they didn t charge me (despite me taking up their time). Overall I had a great experience with this business and I would use them again next time I have a car problem.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Professional & friendly auto service. Super busy and this tells me they know what they are doing. I have taken 2 cars here and very pleased....UPDATE; I'm no longer supporting this business after they lied about a problem then charged for fixing a problem they created. Manifold was not properly put on which was found by an engine check via Auto Zone. They even blamed squirrels for chewing through wires when we drove the vehicle there with no prob at their request to sit 3 days while they could fix between other jobs. Caviot emptor!

So glad to find an honest mechanic. I took my son's car in for a check engine light saying it had an evaporative emission leak (not from the gas cap) to a large chain parts/"repair" shop on Apalachee Parkway and they told him it would be over $900 to repair. I then took it to P3 Automotive and they diagnosed it and charged me $256.80 to fix it!! This is the second time I have used this shop and both times they were awesome. This is also the first time I have ever written a review for any mechanic anywhere. If you want great work and a fair price this is the place.

I reached out to P3 automotive about some squealing when I cranked my car. Jeremy arranged for me to come in almost immediately, took the time to explain the potential issues he'd be looking for and the potential fixes as well as the associated costs. He was detailed & thorough, and very responsive/communicative. He was able to do the repairs same day and has won a returning customer. He and the staff were very nice and professional.

I am from out of town so I took my car to P3 because my parents really love the service there. I have to agree with them! The guys found a clogged drain near my sunroof that was causing rain water to leak onto the driver s side floor and they unclogged it at no charge! Very courteous and opened every door for me too. Sometimes it is the little things. I ll be bringing my car here when I visit my parents from now on.

I have been using P3 for over a several years now, and they have always been very polite, friendly, helpful, and have never took advantage of me or any of my friends that I have recommended them to go to P3. They do outstanding work with an unwavering commitment to stand behind their work with a reasonable price and parts! I recommend them very highly to anyone who wants to use them!!! A+++

I depend upon my van for business deliveries. When the alternator died, P3 fixed it very quickly, and their price was very reasonable. Though I didn't end up needing it, I discovered their tow rate was very reasonable also - not the price that takes advantage of your desperate situation.They will also take the time to explain things to you, even about unrelated problems, without trying to sell you more work. It's obvious to me that they are very honest, knowledgeable people.Go there!

P3 is the only place my parents and I take any of our cars for service. They do honest and amazing work on both foreign and domestic cars. I had an SUV for six years that they had always done the work on, the last time I dropped it off for them to look at when I was out of town because the light was on and it was acting up. Before doing any work they called me and let me know that I should consider trading it in because of the amount of work it needed. My parents and I (and our friends) trust them with our cars completely. While I was trying to find a new car they checked out two that I was seriously considering buying and let me know their honest opinions of the cars and the average cost for common issues that go wrong with them. They are very thorough in their work. To a college student they can be pricey but you get what you pay for.

Heard about these guys from someone at work. Great experience, took my car in for a trip check and an oil change, they only charged me for the oil change, and less than what the lube shop wanted. They diagnosed why I was feeling an occasional vibration in the peddles but were honest about it's non-severity when they knew I needed to drive halfway across the country and could have easily scared me into getting more work done. Have already recommended them to a friend.

Jeremy and Wayne and all their staff are super-professional, and they take a least-invasive approach to diagnosing car problems -- saving you from unnecessary work and expense. I've used their services five different times now, and each time my car, truck, or camper was diagnosed correctly and repaired quickly. Highly recommend.

I will never take another auto to P3 Auto. I used them for years because I like the mechanics. I had a PT Cruiser that I bought used and it had continual problems with overheating. I had it "fixed" several times at P3. Last year two weeks after the last repair, the car overheated and the engine had to be repaired. I expected the owner to take some responsibility for the engine but he refused. He advised me to trash the car. I had him do the repair anyway and the mechanics did a good job. I paid $1,500. Last week the owner was very insulting when I brought my grandson's Rodeo in to be checked out. Maybe he was angry that I (a mere woman) challenged himn about the PT cruiser. He said it looked like someone was living it it (none of his business) then after keeping the Rodeo 24 hours, refused to work on it because it was filthy (not true). He said the car should be trashed just like he did for the PT Cruiser. He said no one would replace the windshield (none of his business). He had the same insulting conversation with my husband who had recently driven the Rodeo and knew it was not filthy. Thankfully, when my grandson went to pick up the car, he did not talk to the owner. A mechanic told him they were afraid to put it up on the lift as the windshield was cracked. The mechanics have good customer service skills which is why I was willing to use P3 as long as I did. A friend recommended Tire Town on South Monroe. They were respectful which we appreciated after the experience with P3. The repairs costs less than any repair I ever had done at P3.

I ve been using P3 for several years. I drive to the opposite end of town to get my vehicle serviced and repaired by P3 because I TRUST them. Always honest and fair

My car was acting up & unfortunately it was close to after business hours. They allowed me to bring my car in. Since my ride was fighting traffic I waited outside. The gentleman at P3 would not leave me sitting alone until I got picked up. If you want honest, professional, gentleman, who will deliver, exceed expectations & won't gauge you....call P3. As a Realtor my car is a necessary tool. Thank you for helping me service my customers too.

P3 has worked on numerous Cars, Trucks, SUV's for me over the last 8 years and even serviced my Boat. They have Always been accommodating to my schedule and have done Excellent work at a Fair price. I highly recommend the Team at P3!!

I highly recommend P3 because, first and foremost, they are honest about what I need AND, more importantly, what I don't need. I really appreciate being able to trust the advice they give and know that they are competent to handle whatever work needs to be done. Also, no matter how busy they are, they always find a way to get me worked in and the job completed. I trust P3 - so should you!

These guys are fantastic. I had them replace a couple of engine sensors a few months ago, and one of them failed. Despite the fact that I was in Tampa at the time, they helped me find a place to repair the part at no cost. Trustworthy and they will not leave you holding the bag after the fact.

Blew a head gasket on our old Chrysler while evacuating Hurricane Matthew. The crew at P3 suggested a block sealer treatment that got the car running again and got us back home without sinking a bunch of money into a car we are ready to retire. Couldn't ask for more a honest or affordable solution on such short notice. If I lived closer, I think they'd be my go-to mechanic shop. Thanks again!
