I've been using this store for years. Best in the big bend area. Usually has the best service of all the stores. I expect employee turnover, but fortunately I've seen familiar faces here for years. That must mean they are doing something right. Jeff who runs the commercial side is among the best in the business, if you need it he can find it. Thanks for a pleasant experience keep up the work!

OUTSTANDING Customer Service and Support. Friendly and efficient transaction. Will run free electronic engine tests and provide complete print out of results. Will change wiper blades immediately and without charge. I love this place!!!

Very helpful staff. Helped my wife figure out what was wrong with headlights. Both bulbs were bad. He even went out and installed them for her. Great job, guys. Thank you. You have a new customer.

Stopped in Wednesday 11-22-2023 and needed a headlight. Stone was on duty and helped me look up a previous purchase and it was under warranty and so was able to get the new light easily. Also he installed it and it gave me peace of mind and safety. Very professional and great customer service. It s why O Reilly s gets my business.

Jeana and Stone were AMAZING! I had a headlight go out and Jeana was super helpful with me over the phone regarding availability replacement and price, etc. She referred me to Stone and Stone went ahead and changed both of my headlights AND fixed a problem I've had with my Hyundai for over a year that the mechanics at Hyundai couldn't find/figure out! The problem had been driving me insane but thanks to Jeana and Stone, my car is running much better and brighter!

The mgr at the Apalachee Pkwy location is awesome! She helped with a problem I was having. Has a great customer oriented outlook. I couldn't be happier with the service today.

There are better stores with more informed staff. Went in looking for coolant which should be simple enough. Made the mistake of asking for a recommendation and didn t realize it was completely wrong until I got back home. Wouldn t be the first time they got something wrong but it will be the last time I go here!

I can't thank Ms. LORI enough for all her diligence and help and the end of the day. Grateful that Auto Zone just didn't take the time and sent Me over to O'Reilly for my part to fix the light bulb that was out on my truck. Again, thnx Ms. LORI.

You guys need to have a customer service education session. You communication skills and advising skills are poor at best. I would never hang up on a customer.

Yesterday I received the best customer service I have ever experienced from a staff member at this store. My International box truck died on the way to a job. I panicked and called to see if they had compatible batteries in stock. They only had 2 (needed 3) and this gentleman volunteered to leave immediately and drive across town to grab the other and personally deliver it to me. Upon arrival, he proceeded to install the new batteries, and even volunteered to return the cores to the store. I offered to pay him for his time, gas, & willingness to drop everything to help me out, but he insisted I don't. I asked if he was a supervisor but it turns out he was the regional manager. Never once did he volunteer this information to me. He just wanted to do the right thing and didn't need me to know who he was. Then he said "I believe I was put here to help others". Now I feel like a terrible human being hahaha. This was one of the kindest acts I have ever experienced in my life and the kind of leadership that everyone can learn from. Thank you Mark for opening my eyes to true humility.

One thing I really appreciate is when a sales clerk seems genuinely happy to help, answer questions, make good recommendations, and just be a courteous human being.I definitely received great service and the store will be my go-to place for automotive needs.

I am a faithful regular at this O'Reilly's and I really appreciate the knowledgeable assistance I always receive. However, what is even more important to me is that this store employs a large number of competent, friendly and mechanically knowledgable women. I think that it is an excellent example to set for this industry. Thank you for being progressive in your staffing.

Went to the store off Apalachee Parkway and was treated with the upmost disrespect by an Associate name Justin whom I later learned was the manager. Seemed dumbfounded and clueless on the fact I had spoken to another associate 4 hours earlier that day on brake pads I had requested that they already be put out as promised per associate didn t catch his name. As I arrived into the store I was greeted by What do you need?.. my response was I called earlier requesting brake pads already be set aside for purchase. The guy Justin s response is ok sarcastically as he begins search on computer. Before he gets well into search I repeat my first words as I arrive in the store to him.Through the disrespect and nonchalant gesture given towards me I asked for a manager thinking this was an normal maybe not so new associate having a bad day or something he states that he is the manager. It was at that point I really lost all respect for him and this store location. I will be giving his corporate a call but I will not be back here. And if I could I would give 0 out of 5 stars. Some of the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I don t know if I had to do with my ethnicity being black but it took all I had not to get physical with this guy and I don t even think he realizes it. But I sure do hope the day that when someone isn t as collective as me that he is able to cash that check. For a lot of people that s what it takes.

It would be nice to not be racially discriminated here. My brother and i came in to the store one day. While he was at the counter buying an item, I was in the isle looking at the LED lights. Holding one in my hand, as i turned and looked at my brother I caught the other cashier leaning ober the counter staring dead at me. Like i was going to steal the item. Like really? Its really rude to stare at a customer especially without saying a word. Because of this incident, i will never go to oriellys at this location

After hurricane Michael we were overcome with appreciation for Stephen. His knowledge and experience was obvious as he helped us with car repairs. After all the negative and stressful issues caused by Hurricane Michael, I am greatly impressed with Stephen and his customer service! Throw in the fact Stephen helped us while oReillys electricity was off due to hurricane Michael, I can't say enough great things of him. Thank you again and I recommend this wonderful employee and company to all! Outstanding! Great business and staff which cares about their community! God Bless!

They helped me find the right bulb for my headlight and even put it in for me. Didn't try to upsell me a fancier more expensive type of bulb either. I was really impressed by the service I got here, especially since I couldn't even get someone to give me the time of day to ring up my purchase at the Pep Boys across the street. Definite recommend. Will be coming here for any future auto parts needs in Tallahassee even though it's a bit out of my way.

O'Reilly's has always been one of the more friendly auto parts stores. This one on apalachee parkway did a very good job with me over the last couple days. I've been working with my old 2000 mustang and they've been helping me out. Two thumbs up.

When you walk in that door in O'Reilly's Auto parts you get Royal treatment which is great everybody behind that counter is so helpful and this particular store is very well kept up and organized we definitely recommend this one

Everytime I go into this store it is spotless clean. The shelves are always stocked with no blank spots where something should be. Along with a friendly and helpful staff I have not had a negative time in my many trips.

I rarely ever write reviews but yesterday went for a 350z alternator. Knowing this reman alternators are made with zero care I asked item to be tested before sale and they said they don't test. Item is faulty out of the box and I'm wasted a whole day mounting and dismounting the part. It just doesn't make sense why selling something like that without correct quality control.

I have been going to O Reilly s for years now. Today however, my car died across the street from them and when I called them, they offered to come across the street and jump my car! After they jumped my car I went and purchased a new battery from them. Not only was it about $50 less than the competition across the street, they even installed my new battery free of charge! Their customer service is outstanding! Thank you, O Reilly s!

Justin was very rude and unprofessional. He suggested that I get a new mechanic (which is my dad) because on yesterday my dad lost my debit card while at O'Reilly's. My dad speaks highly of this location and I'm sorry that Justin has never misplaced or lost anything. Therefore, I guess he has that right to judge my mechanic. Customer service number one. Just because you're thinking it doesn't mean you have to necessarily speak it so the customer can hear you.

Awesome! They were on our route. I called and spoke to Kaylen, who was extra nice. I have an obscure car, 1996 Toyota Celica, and they had a hard to find part.
