Bought a vehicle December 14th and found a few things that were needed done almost as soon as I brought the car home. I left my vehicle with them and got a video showing the issue and full description of what would be done. They took really good care of me. If you go there, ask for Chris. He's a total gem!

Tim was mad helpful today, helped out with my issue despite the situation being out of of his department. He sat with us, figured out the issue, went to his coworkers to get more information, and promptly formulated a solution. (after having already talked to someone at the front desk who was very unhelpful) Tim represents what Mazda stands for, Thank you

I was disappointed when trying to locate an item in the online parts department, but the online sales representative was very responsive and was even willing to email pictures of the item to me. The pictures did not relay a good quality product for the price. My husband didn't like them, so we didn't make a purchase.

Just got my cx-5 maintenance this morning (oil change and tires rotation). It's quick, I am waiting in the lobby, got some coffee play some game on the phone....They even filmed a short video from the scene and emailed to you which I feel pretty nice...
