I am big on great customer service. That is truly what I received from start to finish. Mr. Jay Jackson was very friendly from the time I got there until I left with my brand new 2023- Nissan Rogue. Everything was explained and he was very patience with me, I didn't feel rushed or pressured on making a decision to purchase. Once I got in the finance office with another wonderful gentleman I received exactly the same great customer service. Since leaving I have received calls from both asking how was I enjoying my new ride. I will surely recommend Kraft Nissan of Tallahassee to all my friends and family. OAN: it was detailed and a full tank of gas. Thanks Kraft Nissan of Tallahassee

Today's trip far exceeded my expectations. Drop off was a breeze, I was in and out, and on my way to work in under 5 minutes. Pick was equally as impressive. It was nice to have someone try to assist me while my service advisor was assisting another customer. Moses has always been exceptional and I will glady continue to give Kraft Nissan my business with this quality of customer service. Hands down 12 out 10, best experience thus far.P.S.It makes me very happy to see a more diverse customer service atmosphere at Kraft Nissan.

Moses was great. He told me about all the specials that were running and was honest about what services were critical and which ones could wait/were not essential. Staff came out often to offer snacks and drinks. Was able to work inside and didn t have any issues with WiFi. Very transparent and friendly!

The salesmen and finance are awesome. The entire staff is awesome, friendly and they listen to the customer. Ron Horton is our salesman and he is very thorough and goes out of his way to accommodate the customer. Thank you Ron and finance dept for putting me in my 2024 Nissan Rogue. Kraft Nissan has always put me in either a brand new vehicle or a very brand nice vehicle. Kudos to this sales team!Felicia and Anthony Lewis, life long loyal customers.

Did not like the fact that you had me pay the fee for the use of my credit card. I think that policy needs to be looked at again. Perhaps an adjustment like splitting it or applying it when the bill is high dollar amount. I understand that you are a business but other mechanics that I have used have never charged me for that fee. Other than that you would have gotten 5 stars from me. The team that was there was top notch in their speed and professionalism.

I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance at Kraft Nissan in 2024. I was very pleased with their professionalism, communication, and accommodations. There were things that needed clarified or were different than initial estimations, but I felt that they were clear in explaining things while being respectful and efficient. This is the kind of quality I expect from a dealership service department.

We had an amazing experience with the Kraft Nissan Service department. While vacationing at Alligator Point FL last week, our 2012 Nissan Frontier would not start with the key; it seemed to be frozen and locked out.We had the truck towed to Kraft Nissan late on Friday which did not give them time to take a look Friday evening, but they were able to fit us in on Saturday. We worked closely with Cole - the service manager - who was amazingly understanding and compassionate to our situation with a broken-down truck and being over 300 miles from home.This above-board service department drove us to the airport so we could get a rental even though they were closed by the time we needed a ride. The driver was also very understanding and didn't give it a second thought to take and told us what he thought was which he was right, and we got the truck the next day.They couldn't get to the truck until the end of the day and Cole stayed there after hours until we were able to pick it up. He said, "I'm not leaving until you're able to pick this up today, take your time."This situation is one feared by many while traveling thinking that a official dealership will take full advantage of the customer when a vehicle breaks down so far from home. NOT THE KARFT Service Team! They were all understanding and bent over backwards to get us back on the road!Huge THANK YOU to Cole and the team at Kraft!

While I was not very pleased with the actions of Craft Nissan, I was pleased that corporate Nissan eventually decided to repair my car even though it was expensive but this was because Nissan did not have any spare batteries to replace my damaged one so they had to replace cells at a much higher price.What I was very pleased with were the actions of Aaron Browser, Asst Service manager and the one in charge of seeing my car repaired. I could not have asked for a better advocate for my case. In every instance he kept me informed by text and personal calls explaining what was going on, what choice I had, his recommendations and where we were at all times in the repairs.Even though I was frustrated with the process, I was glad to have had him on my side and his interventions made the entire process bearable. Aaron was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

We ve never really had a bad experience at this Nissan before. Today there was a little issue with our paperwork but Mr.Andres made sure it was handled appropriately. He was a great help and very kind. Thank you Andres !

Craft Nissan is best experience in my life to buy car. I walk in to buy one car and after 2 hours walk out with car of my dream. Ron one of the Best sale person. He not push a lot and drive away customer. He just do his job perfect and very friendly. Explain all detail up front. You not walk out with extra surprise with payment. Very important listen customer what they need and in short time offer what they want. We are thrilled with his professional skills. Was lunch time and they invite us for pizza and Greek salad. Extra bonus Manager Mister Vincent one of the very friendly person work with. We was feel like know him all our life. He is a person who give you last best deal. He treat us very well.. Ussially after sigh all paper,, nobody pay attention to you but not him. Very important when you walk out and Manager hug you and tell- if you ever have any problem plus contact to me directly. When Ron bring us car to drive at home he spend 20-30 minutes of his time show to me all future and how to connect my phone to car. Ron he is a pleasure make deL with. Can not keep repeat Ron is The Best.Also we meet budget Manager there Cody Craft. Very professional, fast, explain all little detail to us. Experience was more then AAA+ Sorry for mistake, I still learn how to write. Thank you very much. Keep doing best job and do right for you customers. Highly recommend Nissan Craft, best in town. The people here are courteous and knowledgeable. The salespeople are not overbearing. The service department gets it done quickly and correctly. The finance department always gets me a good deal. Kraft Nissan still has a small town feel with the latest technology.

Moses was very nice and professional. The service time was great from grandma on the run. I was there to get the oil change special, which included a tire rotation, which did not happen. Upon my arrival, I told Moses that I had to add air to back driver tire and to please check it. After leaving, I saw the tire pressure alert was still on. I returned, and they discovered a screw was in the tire. He put 40 lbs of air in the tire because, as a dealership, they could only replace the tire, not repair it. The front tire of the driver side was nearly flat when I got home. Needless to say, the tires were not rotated. And it was black grease hand prints all over the front of the hood. Just wanted what I paid for!

Always fast, friendly service. I have owned my Nissan since 2018. I never feel they are overselling me service items I don't need. I have even been told I don't need something I thought I did. Top notch all around!

Bought a new car and it surprised me that the experience was dare I say it, almost pleasurable. Doug, Vinny and Phil were all patient and most helpful. No pressure to hurry and close a deal, they were more concerned that I got what I wanted at a price acceptable to all of us. The learning curve will be steep but Doug assured me they were only a call away and a short trip down the road. He showed me the YouTube videos and helped me set up my phone. Excellent service and very friendly and cordial employees.

My car buying experience was great at Kraft Nissan. Doug Tran was a fantastic sales person. Informative without being condescending, attentive without being pushy, it is obvious he cares.It isn't just him. Everyone there is great, Cody, the finance guy explained all my options clearly and Doug's manager, Vinny were fantastic.

The staff is very friendly courteous. From the time I purchased the vehicle and now getting it serviced craft has been excellent and setting up the service excellent with communications excellent sales people. Yes craft would be recommended highly by me to anybody that I cared anything about. I only wish I would have bought every car in my life from Craft. Looking to probably trade in after a hundred thousand miles and craft will be the dealer that I work with.

Very much Shady people. I went in there having my own bank with a loan opportunity. Yet they were trying to sell me a different loan company. Do you know that car dealerships get paid to run one's credit score.? The man that I was talking to desperately trying to run my credit score and not willing to do customer service. He lost the opportunity for a sale because he's too concerned to show me vehicles that I want to have. There is not one good car dealership in this town that knows how to do customer service. Anybody goes to this place watch yourself because they will try to rip you off. Yes they say they all one of the best call dealerships in Tallahassee. These days of age anybody can say anything on the radio and on TV.

It is the first time that they have treated me very well in my oil change service. Normally, to make the payment for my service, the wait was more than an hour, but today I was very pleased with the attention of Jacobo Moncada, when he called me to pick up my car, which was ready, I entered Jacobo Moncada's office and in In less than 10 minutes he took my payment and gave me all the comments, the service from Nissan today was definitely excellent.

We went to a different Nissan dealership first. We left totally dissatisfied with it. The salesperson couldn't wait to get us in to talk finances -- before we even looked at a car! She wanted to run a credit check on me before I had a chance to even look at a car. Kraft Nissan wasn't like that at all. The salesperson was friendly, respectful, helpful, and didn't pressure me into buying something that I didn't want. He showed me several options and let me test drive them to see what I preferred. And I must admit that Kraft Nissan's lifetime warranty, good anywhere in the U.S. or Canada, was also a major factor in my decision making. The showroom and facilities were clean and neat, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the whole process was pain-free.

My car requires an oil change every 10,000 miles. I specifically asked my advisor to set my oil change reminder at 7500 miles. Again they did not listen and set it to 5000 miles. I also asked for them to set the tire pressure to match all 4 tires. They clearly have not. It's been a few days and they all are reading differently. Absolutely no confidence in Nissan and all respect has been lost. If it weren't for my warranties I would no longer deal with you guys.
