Hendrick Collision, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet took such AWESOME care of me. I was going through an extraordinarily rough season, then, the accident. :-( Pamela and her staff were thoughtful, considerate, professional and fast. It was expected to be a month to fix (along with every other collision place in town) but my loyalty is to the dealership as they have always taken such good care of me and Druscilla . Not only did they finish faster than expected, but my car was PERFECTLY repaired. Not a scratch and they even vacuumed her out! My heart is full and we are back on the highway! Thank you, Jesus and thank you, Hendrick Collision! <3

Great experience. I have a Tesla that was damaged and they are only 2 centers within 3 hours of me. This one was further but was able to get me in a month sooner and I'm really glad I made the trip. Great staff, and great repair!

AMAZING time working with Keaton on a deal for a pre-owned truck in Tallahassee. Couldn't find what we needed at a reasonable price in Panama City, and Keaton and Terry absolutely made the drive worth it. Very knowledgeable and responsive, highly recommend seeing them for your next car or truck. They heard our concerns and answered all of our questions and have gone above and beyond our expectations!

Brought my Tesla Model 3 in after a work truck backed in to it. I was really concerned I d have to take it to Jacksonville to be repaired (closest Tesla dealer), but Tim and his team were able to handle everything the car needed. The staff were kind, responsive, and clear about the process- from bringing my car in for the insurance estimate, to what was needed, and the timeline for the repair. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to get my car back to looking like new. Hopefully I won t be back, but if I did need body work done again, I would feel confident bringing my car to Tim and Hendrick team.

Provided excellent customer service ! Very organized, professional and caring. The communication was good, always willing to address any questions I may have.. My vehicle repair was handled within the time frame given with no issues of any kind. They did an outstanding job with it. Treated me like an equal. No authoritative attitude. helpful , patient and the best detail job, way better than the actual sales department did on the vehicle before I bought it. looks like a brand new truck without oily Armor all, Gross. or smelly air fresheners! Tim and his staff at Hendrick Collision Center are awesome! Our GMC Yukon Denali was rear-ended over the holidays and once the parts came in, we dropped off our vehicle and they immediately went to work. Dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and by Friday afternoon it was ready! Thanks again for the quick turn around!

I had damaged the back door of my vehicle. I chose Hendricks Collision because I purchased my Buick through Hendricks. I picked up my vehicle this morning after having someone hit the side of my car. I am very impressed with the work that was done on my car. It looks gorgeous. It took about two weeks but completely worth it. They also had an available appointment within a week. They work with progressive and they gave me a warranty. It was very easy process, the easiest insurance process that I have ever had. I highly recommend them for any work that you may need.

We picked this place to do work on our Tesla. The place was a nightmare. Getting an update on the status of the work was like pulling teeth . Took them over three weeks to get the work done. It also felt dishonest, not professional at all. Didn t leave there with a good feeling. I would never recommend leaving your Tesla with them. Not sure why the Tesla sight even has them listed. Beware!

The staff was very helpful and considerate. The staff cleaned my vehicle and washed it. I am forever grateful and thankful. My car looks brand new from the repairs. You can t tell it was damaged. My experience with Hendrick Collision was 5 all the way. I took my 2021 Tesla Model 3 in for repair and the team was professional, honest and 10/10 best customer service I have ever received at a body shop. This will be the only place I ever bring a car for repair they were attentive and even checked back in my rental car. If you drive a Tesla or any other car you won t be disappointed with Hendrick Collision.Service: Body & Trim

This business really failed my in-laws. Their new car was wrecked. They called this facility immediately and an estimate was done. They were told the parts had to be ordered but everything should be in and complete within 3-4 months and they could get it fixed then. Call after call after call later, some by me and them, and we continued to get the run around. The manager was almost never available. And I got the impression they didn t make it a priority because it was an elderly couple. They would talk to me and assure it would all be okay but would be short with my in-laws when they would call. After 5 months they finally said they had the parts and sent someone to get the car. When they finally started working they gave a short turnaround time but then said they had to order more parts. And then when they started back working they said a couple of weeks but then said they had to order MORE parts. We finally got the car back almost 1 year later! Over 10 months. And we believe the only reason that happened was because we involved corporate Chevrolet. The final job was nice but the customer service, responsiveness, and commitment to deadlines were all terrible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My employer just had our vehicle repaired by Tim and the Hendricks team. This is the second time we ve brought a company car here to be repaired. Tim did a thorough review of the car for the estimate, more thorough than the other places we received estimates at. Had work done on my truck there was not satisfied when I got it back had to put badges back on it the window visor was left off had to purchase tape to reinstall it the bumper is not straight one of the sensors in the bumper is broken bolts and screws were left off weather plugs on the door are missing there are runs in the paint where it was repainted one spot on the driver's side fender was not painted and Clearwater overspray was on the driver's side window

Can I do 6 stars?! I would not feel right driving my car without leaving a five star review. Thank you to Pam and the talented worker who repaired my vehicle. Not only was the job done fast, it was done beautifully and exceeded my expectations. I am a true perfectionist, and this car looks better than it did when I bought it!
