We had glass shower walls installed today and could not be more pleased with the service. Glass Pro Shop of Tallahassee is the best around. They are a local business and very professional with excellent quality products. They were very meticulous and everything turned out perfect. I probably should not let them know this but their price quote was 2/3's of their competitions. That's a 33% savings. I higher recommend them for any and all your glass needs.Service: Installation

Very impressed with the service Glass Pro Shop provided. I had the wife's glass replaced and returned to have my truck done.Mariah was very professional/knowledgeable and explained everything including the insurance process. The replacement only took 90 minutes from start to finish so the wait didn't seem long.Nice little waiting area with tv. (If you there alone you have the controls of the channels.lol...)Replacement windshield looks like the factory installed with no leaks.

Safelite isn't your only option. The Glass Pro team did a great job replacing the windshield in our S-class and in less time than estimated. Couldn't be more satisfied

I cracked the front window on a 1964 Airstream and had to replace it. It is an approximately 20" by 40" single pane flat glass, and despite just wanting to purchase just the glass only, three other glass places in town refused to sell to me since it was going in an Airstream.When I called Glass Pro Shops, they asked how they could help and I explained my situation. They advised that I had a few options, being removing the pane on my own and replacing it, removing the frame/broken pane together and bringing to them to replace, or towing the trailer down and they'll measure and help me remove the window.As the pane was already broken and taped up, I elected to tow it on over to them so a second set of hands could assist me in removing the broken pane and frame around it intact. A couple folks from the shop came out and we removed the broken window pane with its aluminum frame in minutes and they took it inside for their flat glass guy to look at the next AM. (He does shop work in AM and site work in PM.) The next day they called and had the repair already done by 10AM, at a cost of under 100USD. Since putting the intact window back in is easier, I just picked up the repaired pane+frame and reinstalled it myself.The airstream hardware has a couple of oddly proprietary screws, but they worked around it with a bit that was nearly correct and just being very, very careful. The repaired window looks great! They hadn't worked on this exact year/model but have worked with other windows from the 1960s so it wasn't wholly alien to them, and their prior experience showed because they figured out how to safely remove the old window very, very quickly.These folks were an absolute pleasure to deal with, I highly recommend.Service: Installation

I called, this afternoon for help asking if they could help me quickly. They told me they would do their best to come quickly. Not even two hours later they are fixing my windshield. You guys are amazing and very professional. The price is lower than I thought it would be. This is the place to come for any auto glass issues! I called around and they had the lowest prices of anyone and the people on the phone were very friendly. They got me in the next morning and it took less than two hours to have my windshield replaced. I had to bring my 5 year old nephew with me and they let me put cartoons on the TV to keep him occupied. They did a great job and you can tell they really care about their customers!

After I had many problems with two previous companies, I contacted Glass Pro Shop. They contacted me in a timely manner, and even came and fixed the my windshield the next day. Great customer service, which was the complete opposite of the other two companies. Repaired the windshield perfectly. Great experience all together. No complaints.

The windshield of our motorhome came out of is seal while traveling in the area, on the recomendation of the Tallahassee campers world we called Glass Pro, the staff was very accomodating and the repair was made fast and professionally, one of the best experiences we have ever had with a repair shop, couldnt be happier, thanks to all at Glass Pro.Don & Cindy YoungServices: Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield leak repair

Wow this place is top notch. From the first contact on the phone, to the early arrival. They kept me in the loop with what they were doing, they were courteous and they were professional from the word go. Jason Lowery took excellent care when replacing my Jeep windshield. My mother always told me "If I didn't have anything nice to say, then dont say it", but the big name competitor (you know the one with the cool little jingle) in town dropped the ball bigtime. Never showed up, never called. Acted stupid, couldn't understand them on the phone. I highly recommend Glass Pro Shop, they are the BEST...unpaid review...lol :)Service: Auto windshield replacement

They most definitely are the problem solving people. From appointment to out the door less than two hours. They really did a great job and they even saved my sun pass sticker. If you need your windshield replaced they are the one to turn to.

Very friendly and helpful. I had some water leaking in my car on the floor and on the top and thought there was a leak in my windsheld so needed to get the windshield replaced. When I took it in Ross explained that the windshield may not need to be replaced and checked out what else could be causing the leaks. Turns out it was clogged sunroof drains and the cover that prevents rain from coming in had popped off. They unclogged the drains and glued the cover back on for me. They didn't charge me and saved me over $300 since I didn't need to get my windshield replaced. Very honest and friendly and that meant so much too me. Since then my car has had no more leaks! I am very grateful. Thank you!

Called them to replace the windshield on my BMW. Gave me a price over the phone, had it in stock the next day, came out to my work, and changed out the windshield in the parking lot. The gentlemen who came out were Jason and one other gentleman. Very friendly, very knowledgable, very accomodating, great communication. Highly recommend.

Thanks to the Glass Pro Shop guys Jason and Robbie for coming to my place of employment today and fixing my windshield! I had a new windshield by 2:00 PM (rock hit the old one as we were passing by a man edging). Super fast and easy! Highly recommend, Thank you guys!

I had a window broken by a tree cutter (the limb didn't fall as he had calculated) over a very cold weekend and called Glass Pro Shop Monday morning to get it fixed. There was to be a two day wait and I asked for a call should someone cancel. Well, I actually got one that afternoon (UNHEARD OF!). The owner himself came by and repaired the window and returned a day later with the screen repaired. He was pleasant and professional and the window looks great. The price was more than fair. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
