I had my car repair there and have had nothing but headaches. Customer services is good but the most important thing is the quality of the repair. I have taken my car back at least four times since the initial repair. Each time they kept my car for weeks at a time. The parts they repair don't line up. When they fix one issue the is return with another. My windsheid wiper fluid light constantly come on since the repair. My head lights pop out and one of the amber lights is off and it has been like that scene they replaced it. There are other issues with the hood and the front grill. There is an electrical issue since the grill has was replace. These issues were not pre existing. I bought this car brand new. I have been very patient with them. Now I have no choice but to reach out to legal representation. This has been going on since 2021 and no resolution yet.

People keep hitting my parked car but Eric A. and the excellent crew here keep repairing it with friendliness and professionalism. The wonderful staffer at the front desk is especially nice. Beyond the repair work, my car always comes back cleaner than it went in.

I was told that my car would be in and out in a day by Eric Anderson. He is the estimator in charge of my claim. They had my truck all day and did nothing. When I asked what happened he said we tried we couldn't and take it somewhere else. He never attempted to contact me. made the conversation very personal when it was business. I would highly recommend not using this business

Repairs took longer than initially expected, but my car was returned to me in better condition than it was pre-accident. Dawn was very communicative with status updates and Ty picked up the phone on the first ring any time I called with questions. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and the customer service they provided along the way.

Did a great job and kept us informed during the whole process. 3rd time using Gerber over the years. Three different shops and all were a pleasure to deal with while having my car repair.

Will never use gerber again. This is the worst branch of them all. Very disappointed. See left vs right front end.The hood line on driver side is a half inch wider than passenger. Headlights are 3 different shades of messed up.What a mess.Gerber, I challenge you to call me

This place is great. They did great work and above all this place knows customer service. I had some special considerations come up in drop off and then pick up and they were so accommodating. I was waiting on the lobby on my initial visit and had a chance to listen to how they dealt with customers and it was apparent they treat everyone this way. I don't know pricing for these services but to me it seemed in the back park of what I was expecting. My vehicle was even ready early.

Cannot say anything about the quality of their finished product. Had them do an estimate through progressive. Voiced very clearly during the estimate and at drop off with estimator that I couldn't see how it was going to be possible for them to do repairs without painting the entire cab. Was assured they had ways. Was supposed to come back repaired in 2.5 weeks. After 3 weeks I was told progressive was totaling the truck because the estimate was off by over 3500. The original estimate was only 4500 so a total of 8000. The vast majority of the 3500 was removing the bed and glass because "the whole cab had to be painted" and the estimator missed that somehow. Now I could have taken the truck and the insurance money and had it fixed myself without totalling the truck BUT.....I REPEAT BUT.....Gerber had already tore apart the interior and exterior causing thousands of dollars in more damage. Also busting a windshield and driving around on a flat tire to the point it is now trashed. So a truck I drove in can now not be driven or stored outdoors. Gerber should be called the Gerber graveyard for cars. My truck was very fixable before Gerbers terrible estimate and proceeding to do enough tearing down as to make it not worth fixing. If you have to have a paint guy tell you after you have torn someone's vehicle apart it needs almost double the paint and work you estimated maybe you shouldn't be doing estimates. I took it to several other places and they all knew the cab was going to need painting without tearing the entire truck down first. Stay away from here if you like your vehicle because they will total one with incompetence. Update......got a phone call to address my concerns about my now totalled vehicle. No amount of lip service can change the fact that a grossly inaccurate estimate led to the tearing down and further damage and eventual totaling of a repairable vehicle. How about just get your estimates a little closer than being off by almost double on damage that was obvious without tearing down anything. Sorry oops and we didn't mean to doesn't fix anything. Getting your job right at the beginning and doing it right all the way through should be expected and done everytime. Had it been right from the start I'd still have my truck instead of a pile of worthless excuses.

I had an excellent experience with Gerber. My car looks great like nothing even happened. Hopefully, I won't have another accident, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Gerbers. Shout out to Ty and Dawn. You all are wonderful, and your customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Thank you for being caring people.

I had a wonderful experience with Universal Collision (Apalachee Parkway location) from the beginning to the end. Casey was very nice and made everything really easy. She walked me through the whole process, helped with my rental car and provided multiple updates while my van was being repaired. They even finished early! I could NOT have asked for better hands to be in. When my car was stolen & found wrecked, UC went above and beyond to get my car fixed and back on the road. The staff was so patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I was kept up to date during the whole process, and even received my vehicle back a week early! If you are in need of any kind of services for your vehicle, I would 12/10 recommend this place first! I went to the Apalachee location and they were very welcoming from the start. Before working on my car the front desks clerks assisted me in how to go about working with my insurance company and filing a claim (this was my first time). I was well informed throughout the process receiving text message alerts. Universal Collision did an awesome job on my quarter panel, trunk, and tail light. The best customer service I ve experienced in quite a while. I received numerous status updates throughout the two-week repair period by text, email, and phone call. And my vehicle looked great too. It was washed and detailed inside and out. Great job Universal!

I was very impressed and very pleased with the outstanding service that I was provided at Universal Collision Center. The staff at Universal Collision Apalachee Parkway were superb. They were polite, professional, and extremely thorough. We were kept informed of repair status throughout the process. My Toyota 4Runner looked brand new at the completion. Excellent job, thank you Universal Collision!

With my Ford F150 being in a traffic accident, my insurance company said I could go with whomever I wanted to do the repairs, or go with one of their preferred repair facilities. As a result, I chose Universal Collision on Apalachee Parkway, and I am so glad that I did. I expected them to do a good job on the repairs, which they did, but what I didn t expect was my truck to be returned to me with the entire exterior being washed, and the interior cleaned. Sometimes it s the little things that truly make a good job a great one. Thanks Universal Collision for doing such a GREAT JOB!

Great service from start to finish. The staff of Universal were friendly and informative. All throughout the process they call and keep you up to date as to the status on your vehicle. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.We had our vehicle towed in and everything went smooth in the beginning. After waiting patiently for a month, we arrived on our scheduled pick up date to be told it would be another week before the work was complete. No one reached out to us before hand, they had no regard for our time and showed no remorse.The following week we called the day before (with no update from the shop) and were told again that it was delayed for another week. They said they damaged some wiring and needed another week to repair it.When the shop eventually called and said it was ready to be picked up, they hadn t replaced parts that the insurance company had paid them to replace. Clearly cutting corners wherever they could. When my wife asked about them, multiple employees began to question the accident and disrespect her, coming up with excuse after excuse as to why the vehicle was not repaired properly.This shop and their staff have no respect for you, your time, or your business.

Great service and great employees my husband had open heart surgery and they called and checked on him several times. Good people with big . Would recommend them . Can not speak highly enough of this company! Being involved in a car accident is a hassle in itself but Universal Collision (specifically Frank) made the process and repair seem effortless. From the front desk staff to the technicians to management.....you can definitely tell this is a top notch business who care about their customers. They delt entirely with the rental car company so that was one less task for me, called weekly with an update on the repair status and followed up to make sure I was happy with the final repair. Thank you again!

Excellent customer service! Thank you CJ and team for keeping me apprised of the status of my vehicle. I never had to call them or try to guess when my vehicle would be ready as they provided email updates as well as phone calls. My Representative was "CJ" Johnson he was very professional and straight forward with time lines and other questions. I had my car back in 18 days. Universal Collision did a great job with my repairs. I would highly recommend them and would use again.
