Called him late on a Sunday afternoon.He listened to my problem. Gave a fair quote over the phone. He was on another job and came over shortly in the RAIN, replaced my locked up water pump and fan clutch. Finished the job by 10 30 at night, in the rain.Collected the price He quoted me on the phone.Called me an hour later after he left to make sure we were OK and on our way.HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS COMPANY. WOULD US THEM AGAIN.

This has been the most professional and prompt mechanic I have EVER dealt with. From the time of initial contact with him to completion of the work, he informed me every step of the way to determine what was needed for my vehicle and the cost.I ve used his services multiple times and he over-delivered every single time. Lazy didn't wanna work, never returned. My call never was interested in showing up from the get go. They talk a good game but nothing. Turns out I had a leaking water pump and radiator

I highly recommend GEP Custom Automotive Roadside Assistance for all of your routine and emergency auto care needs. GEP is a step ahead of AAA in my opinion because you don t have to wait hours for your service technician to arrive. I have used their services multiple times over the years, but most recently for an engine diagnostic service and replacement of my high pressure fuel pump. Not only were they able to get my part brand new for less than the other shops I received quotes from, but their labor costs were competitive also. JD is the truth! Great business professional and definitely goes the extra mile! He has done few services for me now and no complaints at anytime thank you for your service. On last week, I locked my keys in my car trying to get some lunch got back in my yard and forgot my keys Called him and guess what he said? "Say less I'm on the way". Within 15 minutes he was in my yard and took about two minutes literally to open my door. All because of a funnel cake and lemonade lol. GEP CARS really came thru and helped me out 3am in the morning when I got a blow out on I-10. This was scary but they were quick and efficient, getting me back on the road safely. I highly recommend.
