Awesome place with 10/10 service!I purchased a new Ducati Monster from Matt last year and he was great to work with. He went through all of the bikes features and menu options with me, then later helped me arrange a lowering kit and shorter seat so I would be more comfortable riding (5 2 ). I recently had the bike picked up for first year service and the whole process was easy! I purchased, did parts/service and maintenance with them and have had zero problems.Overall a great place with knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Definitely send everyone I know their way!

These guys treat you like family and provide service that you will not get anywhere else in town! I showed up one Saturday and hour before they opened with an emergency. Johnny helped me get the part I needed so I was able to ride and enjoy my weekend!

Highly recommend service here these guys took off my seized seat for me. They also had the right 10-40 Jaso approved 4 stroke motor oil and the oil filter for my bike as well aswell as motul chain lube for the chain I would honestly rate 10 stars if I could and will definitely be back for another visit too get my chain adjusted

I originally had a bad experience with this shop but I gotta give credit when credit is due this owner is just a stand up guy who went out of his way to make sure I got the best experience possible great company great leader I have nothing bad to say.

Matt and the service dept really did a great job..Highly recommend them based off my 1st visit.Kept me informed of price and work process while they had my ATV.I will be a return customer when I break something else

I definitely wouldn t buy anything from them it s all Chinese knock off brands & what little that is there that is name brand the prices are jacked sky high ! I would recommend ride now powersports! very good quality very good people !

I am sorry too say that I took my bike in for some service and now there is more wrong with my bike than when I took it in I returned to let them know what the issue was and they took my bike around the block and said it was fine. So I told everyone that I would up date everyone so I received a call from the owner and he asked me to bring the bike back so they can take a closer look at the bike once they looked at bike and realized that there was a defective tire they ordered all the parts and fixed everything that was damaged had too leave bike at shop and the owner himself gave me a ride home. I got to say that my first visit didn't go so well but after getting to know everyone they are truly a great bunch of guys that are willing to do right by their customers. I would definitely recommend this bike shop and dealer to everyone and I would like too thank everyone there for all the grate work

Best dealership within 300 miles hands down!For several months I had been searching for a decent ATV for my son as an upcoming Christmas gift. I traveled to several ATV dealerships between Florida and Alabama and none of the sales associates were honest or upfront with me. They'd tell me whatever I wanted to hear just to get me there in hopes I'd buy something. Guess they never met someone who stands on principles because that is not how I do business. I had almost given up when I came across Florida Motor Sports. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff. They were honest, staright forward and willing to help me in any way possible. David is the associate who helped me and he was able to get me the best deal available ( well below what I was quoted at other dealerships) and he also made it a very easy and pleasurable experience. These guys saved the day and made an otherwise terrible experience, turn out to be really great. I purchased the Kayo 150 Bull and we couldn't be happier with it! I highly recommend this place above all others!

Had a really good experience at Florida Motorsports. No pressure sales like you get at the other dealerships. Fell in love with the Triumph Speed Triple and am really enjoying the bike. Got a good price on the bike. These guys are easy to work with. Great parts dept. I would recommend and buy again.

Walked in to buy a jacket and rode away on a 2022 triumph trident. They were not pushy and only helpful in getting me on my new ride. Matt in particular was great and helped me through every step and even gave great suggestions and helped me insure it cheaply. Kent was great as well and it was a great price, great experience and glad I walked in. They greet you happily and don't push a thing and tried every avenue to finance even though I ended up having to buy outright. Great group of guys

I highly recommend Florida Motorsports. I took my Yamaha Virago in to have the chain replaced and to check a wobble in the front wheel. They did a fantastic job the bike runs better than ever. Outstanding customer service super knowledgeable, super helpful. Can t say enough good things about this place - a great experience and a job well done. Top marks to all the guys

I couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience at Florida Motorsports Tallahassee. From sales department to parts I have nothing but positive things to say about these folks. Ryan, Kent and Matt are fantastic guys that educated us about everything involving motorcycles. They took us in and made us feel welcome and I know that they truly care about our riding experience as well as our safety. Ryan went above and beyond to get us connected with exactly what we we needed and wanted. He guided us throughout the entire process with patience and used his professional and personal experience to make sure that we made the best decision. Kent is an owner unlike many others. He was engaged and constantly made sure that we were comfortable and happy with our experience. Matt in parts did an excellent job getting us up to speed on gear, equipment and expectations on services, maintenance and upkeep. I am not an easy customer to work with and I ask a lot of questions. This is the perfect store for experience and inexperienced riders who are looking for the best product, best customer service and overall best experience. Thank you staff at Florida Motorsports Tallahassee for everything that you've done for us and giving us an excellent introduction to this fantastic riding community!

Great experience buying a new motorcycle. No high pressure sales. Came in one day, they answered all my questions about the motorcycle, and I came back the next day to buy it. Kent and Matt were both great to work with. Highly recommend.

If anyone looking to buy a Bike you should definitely check with Florida Motorsports Tallahassee.Awesome people, Ryan,Matt and Zach.Amazing customer service.Ryan made an impossible into possible.I drove 3 hours to get to Florida Motorsports Tallahassee to find out that due to some protocol I was not going to be able to ride my Bike home the same day.Ryan went above and beyond and against all odds to make sure that I was riding my Bike back home the same day and I did.Thank you Ryan it was a great experience dealing with you from the beginning.Matt you are super cool and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping putting together all the accessories that I needed.Thank you Zach, you are also very cool and a pleasant person to deal with.Cheers.

A professional and knowledgeable staff that provides superlative service. Set me up with a new Ducati Monster, and I love that bike! Ryan in Sales was easy to work with and provided excellent accommodations and advice during the purchasing process. Matt in Service & Parts is great as well. He took the time to provide informed recommendations and assist me with customizations; the guy knows his stuff and will certainly take care of your bike.I wholeheartedly trust these guys, and I'm looking forward to working with the Florida Motorsports team in the future!

I went to inquire about tires for my Triumph Sprint ST today.Zach Rouslin really spent some time with me, a novice rider, and went over several tire options in order for me toake a good judgement call for my needs and budget. I appreciate the one on one help and I have come to trust his judgment.

On a foggy Friday morning Feb 26, 2021 I rode in 25 minutes late for an all day scheduled service. They took my motorcycle in and not only completed what was planned, but also found a link on my chain needed attention, a swollen gas line in my tank needed replacing, and added a trickle charge plug for my battery. Everything was done by the close of business and my cost was spot-on. I was able to ride my motorcycle 90 miles home with confidence. The entire staff was polite and helpful. They also stock an excellent selection of vehicles, helmets, apparel, and support supplies.

Great dealership to do business with! I was looking for a sportsman 1000 s and they were the only dealer to have one left in FL or GA. Ryan was very helpful and got the bike shipped to me over 5 hours away and still beat my local dealers price! Would definitely recommend Florida Motorsports!

total mancave! The guys there are great! very knowledgeable about what they sell, they have something for just about everyone. they are the ones to see if you have the need for speed, or a nice ride for the golf course or trails. they have techs on staff for repairs but make sure you call ahead for availability as they can be busy.would buy from FMS again.

Bought my first bike from these guys a few weeks ago (a 2009 Suzuki SV650s) for a very fair price. Tony was a pleasure work with, and sold me a clean and perfectly functioning bike that I have had a lot of fun with since then.I took the bike back to their service department to have it lowered recently. The mechanics were cool guys and seemed pretty knowledgeable. They were very understanding that I was in college and didn't have a lot of money to spend, and ate the better part of an hour to keep my bill relatively low. I'll definitely be returning to them in the future.

A first class buying experience!Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Tony in sales.., and the fact that Matt and Wayne in service were able to answer all technical / service related questions, made the decision to purchase my new Panigale from Florida Motorsports an easy one!When purchasing what is a fairly exotic motorcycle, it's nice to know you have a local dealer and service department you can trust / count on!Big thanks to the owner ( Kent Johnson ) for following up after the sale just to say thanks and ensure everything was to my satisfaction.Ride safe!Kyle King

Really great shop with local vibe. I've been taking my Honda CBR600 up there for years and it's always an awesome experience. I keep my bike very clean, therefore the thing I like most is they're mechanics are very meticulous. Apparently all the techs have been working there for about 20 years so it's good to know that they aren't new to the game.

I bought my Diavel elsewhere, but this is the closest Ducati dealership for service. I needed a first service on the bike and had a little trouble getting through on the phone for an appointment (since resolved, I believe). So I made the trip on a Saturday (60 miles) and Matt and the service team were great. They worked me in without an appointment and everything worked out great. Have to schedule a return trip for a test ride on a Trophy to replace my long haul bike soon!

Took in my kawasaki klr650 for new tires and wheel bearings. My hub ended up shearing somehow (48,000 miles on the hub). They replaced it for the right price. Truing a spoked wheel is a dying art, and they did it correctly the first time. I was upset my hub broke, but it happens. I recommend this shop and will bring my bike back when I need to. Thanks for the quality service and good prices

I brought my older bike in for service at Florida Motor Sports. It was in bad shape motor wise. I knew it would be expensive and would probably take some time. I wanted to bring it here specifically because of the mechanic on staff named Wayne. I have heard great things about him from fellow riders and business owners in town. They fixed my issues with my bike, but with the loss of my gas cap and a couple of bolts. Yes, they lost my gas cap. How? I have no clue and neither do they. This is a little scary giving that a gas cap is not meant to be off of a bike long enough for it to go missing. This also questions how organized they run their business. I requested they order me a new one and overnight it. They did do this, but it was a cheaper and a completely different style and color gas cap. I was pretty discouraged with this and let my feelings known to the owner Kent and staff. Being a business owner myself I would have handled it differently. I would rate their customer service a 2 out 10, yes that bad. The final stray to what lead me to even do this honest review of their service was when I checked my radiator fluids on my bike and noticed a different brand of coolant was put back after the repairs, different meaning not as expensive and not as good. I asked the owner Kent if I could get a replacement of my coolant and he said" Ya, you can buy some at full price", WTF? You would think after the embarrassing mishaps he would show some good faith and fix his companies mistake, but no. I will never return to this shop and I will try to warn people that ask me about their service. I would like to add if you spend a lot of money with Kent and buy new bikes form him you will probably get better service than I received. Unfortunately I am not in the financial position to spend 20k a year with a bike shop just to receive better customer service.

I just bought my first dirt bike from Florida Motor Sports! Kawasaki KLX 140G! This thing is sick! I went into the shop undecided on whether I wanted to buy a dirt bike or not. FL Motorsports had the KLX140 which is what I wanted. A beginner bike for a shorter guy. First, there were already people inquiring about buying it. I sat on the bike, got a feel for it, looked at, and then talked to Kent. Kent was easy to deal with and laid back but he was also super busy it seemed. I had nothing stopping be from buying the KLX everything pointed in the direction of buying the bike. I decided to make the deal as offered for the bike as well as a helmet, goggles, and a loading ramp. Deal was done in a couple of hours, and the shop is a pretty cool place with a lot of nice bikes so it wasn't so bad. Dirtbikes currently are low on stock just like almost everything through covid and so I jumped on this bike and Kent had it delivered the next morning first thing just like he said the night before. That afternoon I went to Silver Lake and ripped up the KLX! Fell down a few times, but was taking it easy as a beginner which made it even tougher out in that wet sugar sand. Excellent bike sold by Florida Motor Sports Kawasaki KLX140G, SICK!
