Stopped in to have a driveshaft shortened for my F100 last week after calling. They ended up making me a new one within a couple hours during the same afternoon. Excellent service and craftsmanship from Robert and Deric. The driveshaft fit perfectly and the quality was second to none. Impressive

Took a drive shaft to them to have a new drive shaft support bearing put on and they ordered the wrong bearing, I had to locate the correct bearing for them when I finally got my driveshaft back it was an inch shorter and they blamed it on the bearing. Spoke to owner and he denied any wrong doings. Highly suggest you don t take your driveshaft to these guys.

Watched one of their salesmen cause an accident out of pure road rage for no reason. Saw the whole thing unfold from start to finish and there was no excuse for it. He could have killed somebody driving the way he did. The cop should have arrested him for acting like he had a gun, pointing his hand and shooting like it was a joke, as well as the accident caused by the road rage part. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND IT'S EMPLOYEES!

First call has a huge selection of services that cater to heavy duty truck parts and the specialty tools. They have a good selection of things you want like heavy duty construction and truck accessories. Rigging and other things that is priceless that you can't find anywhere else. Logging/heavy chains, straps, and other specialized equipment like 10ton Jack's. Specialty lighting for construction vehicles and accessories. They are also able to build driveshafts.

I get most of my fleet parts from here I've always had great service good prices and they always have what we need. Great place for all of your fleet truck parts purchases.
