*WARNING* Stopped in to get tires. I asked for a certain tire and was told a price, then I was asked if I wanted a "free" alignment check. Absolutely please. So then I wait while they install a totally different set of tires than I asked for, but they never said a word about the swap. When they finally tell me its ready, they explain that they used a different tire because the one I asked for wouldn't meet the proper load rating. Keeping in mind that the tires had already been mounted at this point. Perplexed because they never told me anything until now, I figured I pretty much just had to accept it. Then I was given a paper that said the alignment was indeed out and another paper where they decided to fix it (again without ever saying a word to me sitting in the waiting area). I was again taken by surprise! Now the employee let me know that the tires they installed were discounted to the same price as the ones I asked for and that I was only being charged $37 for the alignment. HA! So on their website, these new tires are already listed as $3 cheaper! I paid my invoice and left because I'd had enough of the run around for one day. While changing my shocks the next morning, I noticed that it did not look as though a wrench had touched any alignment parts on my truck. Next day, survey came in via email and I filled it out. I was called to come back to the store for them to investigate, so I drove 45 minutes back up to the store. I was met with many reasons why this could have happened and apologized to many times. They put the truck on the machine again and miraculously, the numbers were off again (ironically, some of the numbers matched the starting numbers from the first measurement - before they supposedly aligned it the first time) so they did yet another alignment. I am attaching photos of the parts that should have been affected when doing an alignment. You be the judge. When everything was all said and done, i was offered the $37 as a refund. Lol, I declined as my gripe wasn't about the money. So I was asked what they could do to make it right since i wouldn't accept the money. I explained that it would be up to them to make things right. I let them know that since this truck was so rusty, i would this weekend be replacing the steering and suspension parts therefore knocking the alignment back out. I thought they might offer to fix the alignment after that? No, they apologized some more and kept making excuses as to how they are sorry that my bolts and nuts weren't "shiny". Never again for me.....you should enter this store knowing things don't always add up. Too many tire shops in town to have this many questions after a service...

Do not go here!!!!!I went to this shop 2 times last week. It was Tuesday and Friday. Tuesday the service guy blew me off after I told him I had an appointment. At the time I did not know my card was locked from the bank I use so I had to get a new one. I asked the guy could I reschedule then or schedule online and I got blew off. So I left, I understand people have bad days especially working in customer service jobs. So I rescheduled online. Customer service on Friday was much better. The guy was more social and didn t try to upsell me any tires that I did not ask for like the guy did on Tuesday.So after I dropped my car off and came back to pick it up. I check my car and notice that there s a BMW valve stem cap missing and no valve stem cap was placed back on there. Let me remind you that those caps cost me money to purchase. So I m not sure why something the careless tech DID NOT PAY FOR was not placed back where it belongs. ITS A CAP So I shouldn t have to come out of my pocket to purchase more. Also my steering wheel has a hole in it where the airbag is located!!!! THERE WAS NO HOLE ON MY STEERING WHEEL WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF To make matters worse NOBODY at the store mentioned anything when I came in to pick up my vehicle. They just gave me my keys, and that s it.Everybody is at fault until something is done. This is ridiculous how careless and inconsiderate they were of my vehicle. Something needs to be done immediately because this is piss poor service!!

I am from Tampa and got a flat tire while in Tallahassee. The staff was professional, friendly and quick!! They checked my tire and found it was a nail. They were able to patch me up in 30 min and I was able to be on my way!! Kudos to everyone! Wish I had one of this business back in Tampa!

We were on a road trip and encountered a nail in the tire that was causing a slow leak. We stopped by Discount Tire and were greeted professionally. They gave me an hour time frame to fix it. To my surprise when I came to pick up the car they had a policy of not charging to fix nails in tires. What a great experience and staff.

Had an exceptionally great experience from start to finish.Blake, David and Hubert provided great customer service and took the time to ensure things were done correctly and in a timely manner. The technicians doing the work were very professional and conscientious.I had concerns over who to use for new tires on a lowered sports car with custom wheels. I won't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I really thought about wanting to post this review. I have had great experiences before this but my last visit to this store was so terrible and disrespectful. I visited on 12/11/23 for my Buick Rivera and told the person taking me in that I had a tire that was separating on the front passenger side (as my mechanic told me). The person inspecting, who I'm calling mechanic #1, disregarded this and said that they couldn't feel it with their bare hand and I told them that I had previously come in for a separating tire only a month or so prior. It was causing my wheel to shake in the same way the previous tire had. Again this was totally blown off by mechanic #1 and they told me it was /probably/ an alignment issue.Then I sit in the waiting area for my car for two hours for a Mechanic #2 (who was actually very nice and listened to me, he has longer red hair and was super apologetic) to tell me that the alignment is slightly off. I asked if this would fix my wheel shaking and they looked at me super confused, and turned out that mechanic #1 hadn't even mentioned any of my comments on why I brought the car in so the mechanics didn't even check! I don't usually feel like someone so blatantly disregarded my words due to gender but I honestly can't decide what else made him figure that I had no idea what I could possibly be talking about. And yes, my alignment was slightly off but mechanic #2 repeatedly told me that it was safe to drive and I could come in to have it fixed with a cost estimate after the holidays.After I told mechanic #2 about the tire they went back to check and crazy enough it was separating. So here comes another mechanic so now we're at #3 telling me they're putting my car back up to check all the tires.Then another, so mechanic #4 asks me to come check out at the counter and this is when I really started to feel awful about my service. Mechanic #1 and #4 are checking another woman out same desk with me and both are HEAVILY flirting with this woman to the point of just ignoring me and I'm just standing in silence for 2-3 minutes. I have already been there almost two hours now so I'm just so mad and want to pay for the worst service but can't even do that because they're having so much fun flirting with the woman. Then #4 who is not paying attention hands me back my keys and tells me I'm ready to go. I look out the window and my car is still lifted up in the air in the garage, is anyone actually paying any attention in this place at all? I then had to give him back the keys. And yeah harmless mistake but to have so much repeatedly happen while I was here could only be chopped up to disrespect at this point.I purchased these tires from this business which now I'm thinking they sold me bad ones off the bat since they both separated months from one another, I had such blatant and completely disrespectful behavior. I made sure to ask that the rest of them weren't going to need replacing, because it seemed like they sold me bad tires, and I bought all four from this business.I always told all my friends that I had wonderful experiences here, but now I can't even think about recommending them because of this. Please work on making a staff who communicates better with the customers and with each other, so much of this could have easily been avoided.

I ordered and paid for the tires and servicing on line and selected an appointment time that suited my schedule. The service was prompt I was done in less than 30 minutes, and they were quite busy. The service was friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend the the south Magnolia location. These guys are great!

I have been purchasing tires and having tires repaired here since the late 90's. I have never had any issues. Great customer service, quality, and the swiftness and care are an A+...... My whole family uses Discount. Highly recommend!!

My Michelin tires were purchased at Costco Tire Center in Tallahassee Florida however after 18 months I'm trying to get my recall tires replaced by them I finally called Michelin directly and Michelin suggested that I bring my car to Discount Tires in Tallahassee Florida from the very beginning the people at Discount Tire were very professional and helpful. They communicated with Michelin and in one week I had my new tires and set up an appointment when I arrived at Discount Tire I waited no longer than 5 minutes and they brought my car into the bay and had the entire operation finished within approximately 1/2 hour it was very refreshing to find such a efficient and professional company.

Great staff!! Courteous and quick. Tire rotation without an appointment in less than an hour.Update: Got me out with a rotation and no appointment in less than two hours.Update 2: Consistently able to take care of me... even without a problem. They were hopping during this visit and still got my rotation in and out within an hour.

Realized I had a nail in my tire, was pressed for time but these guys got me in and out quick! Friendly, polite and efficient. I'm careful where I take my vehicle but Mike, took great care. Thank you guys!

Sam and Cody were more than helpful. The employees are also very nice. They did a great job on my Jeep! They will beat any price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a great deal and exceptional service! I will give them my business from now on. Thanks guys!

Visits as a male was always fine. I recommended this place to my girlfriend to change two front tires of a Hyundai accent, but they try to take advantage of her. They 1st try to sell her new windshield wipers when they were replaced 1 month ago... Then they tried to sell her new back tires when they were still plenty of threads left. Finally they tried to sell her highend tires for the front saying they didn't have her exact tire size in stock. How is that possible, this is the most basic car and they don't have her tire size! Everything was done to upsell her. Very nasty service. She had the foresight to recognize the poor attitude and service and simply left. I will never go back and will recommend to all the friends and family to not go to discount tire due to terrible practices.

Usually very good, been using them for years. However you still need to check their work because the technicians don't always know how hubcaps work. These wheels were purchased from discount tire and installed by discount tire and rotated. They failed to reassemble the hubcap correctly which could lead to premature failure if I hadn't noticed it. Disappointing.

Scheduled for alignment, took off early from work, drove hour to my 4:30 appt only to arrive and be told, Sorry, the alignment guy went home sick today. Last text reminder coming thru at 4:02. Not a courtesy call or anything. Never had a bad experience & been buying tires from Discount for years. Rescheduled today, left work early again hoping they d want to accommodate somehow for the inconvenience, but NOPE.. customer service these days just isn t what it once was!

These are the nicest and most honest and professional people ever. It starts at the top. This is a well-managed store with great hires. We took our car in for an alignment. Great experience. It's just a great team and their service was excellent. Separately, they discovered a possible safety issue with something another shop did wrong and fixed it for free without hesitation. We will definitely go back to them in the future, and we highly recommend this shop on Magnolia Dr.

Was in and out with a set of new tires in less than an hour. I called them at 5:00pm to see what time they closed, which was six. They gave me a price on four new tires and said to come on in they had plenty of time to get me serviced that day. Customer service at it s best! Very impressed.

In spite of having a 3:00 appointment, it was after 4:00 before they got around to me. However, Walker went right to work on replacing my camper tires and wrapped up in about 30 minutes. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating while servicing my travel trailer!

I went there to get a new rim installed in replacement of a bent one on 9/9/23. This was an aftermarket rim, and Blake did a thorough check of the new rim and found that the offset was different than my old rim. He was extremely knowledgeable and it saved me hundreds, as you cannot return them if they re installed. Always get my work done here, they are awesome!

Brought my car in after 3:00 to check a tire that was under warranty and had a nail in it. I was leaving to drive out of town early the next am. They didn t have the tire in stock but sent someone across town to pick it up so it could be done before I left town. I really appreciated the incredible customer service Tyler provided. Thanks!

Always had great experiences here. Awesome customer service and very affordable prices. Today I thought I had a bad tire. However my rim was cracked. Their not manufactured anymore. So Manager Mike and Terry amazed when Terry told me Mike approved him to give me an entire brand new set . And even gave me two choices to pick from. And usual I was out of there fast. I truly did not expect this. Itzike Christmas came early

I use this location when my work vehicle needs tires/tire repair. Over the years, I've had the pleasure to deal with Tyler Monroe. Can't say enough good things about this employee. He represents your company extremely well. Top notch... and it makes my visits SO easy to come inside and deal with that caliber/type person.

We went in today with the intention of replacing a tire on our Tundra and getting information on a different set of tires/rims. Blake went over and beyond helping us out, to the point we went ahead and bought new tires/rims. It s not often you find people like this willing to go beyond their scope of work. Had a new set of MTs mounted and balanced... which was priced great, even Kyle had amazing customer service however I specifically asked them to be careful with my rims and do not scratch them. Couple days later I noticed a deep scratch on my right rear rim which of course is farthest from me and put there intentionally for me not to notice. I will be contacting them to discuss this issue and will or will not re rate this store per our discussion.

Took my lawn mower tire to these folks and I was just absolutely amazed with the service. As soon as I showed the nail in the tire to Brantly he immediately took it and said "I'll take care of that for you right now so you don't have to wait." Simply awesome service. He took the tire and repaired it in about 5 minutes. No charge. My wife needs new tires on her truck, there is no doubt we will be going right back here, and when my car needs new tires, same. Thank you to the whole staff! You all provide the epitome of customer service!

These guys really helped us out over this past weekend. I want to thank the store manager, assistant manager, (Tyler) and Logan from the shop who all put their heads together to get our problem resolved. They really went above and beyond the call of duty and spent a significant amount of time and patience with our vehicle. Thank you for giving this mom peace of mind leaving her college freshman in good hands on the other side of the state. We cannot thank you all enough! We have never had a bad experience at any Discount Tire but this experience confirmed why we do not buy tires anywhere else!
