Service was fantastic. Had our vehicle towed in from a breakdown on Easter weekend. Got a call early Monday morning from Theresa.They immediately looked into the problem while waiting for verification on warranty coverage I had a diagnosis of the problem within a matter of hours was informed that the parts were in stock turned out to be a fuel pump control module. They discovered that everything would be covered under warranty all work was taken care of, they recommended other work like new tires and all that which I ll take care of when I get homeThe facility was fantastic, very modern and up-to-date. Theresa went way out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of even delivering the vehicle to me personally outside the garage door and explaining all the details I would recommend them anytime.

Nothing but Gratitude. This is probably the most sincere review I will write because the people of this awesome dealership, Terry Kelly, Barbie and Jace and "Landmine". Either this is the finest collection of silver-tongued-devils, or they're just some of the nicest folks I ever met. They took care of me and made an impossible deal successful. They worked hard to fulfill my dreams of my red v8 6.2L Camaro. Terry even had the hood wrapped and surprised me with that.... wow!!! These four people I mentioned are really good people. Go Earnhardt Jr. CHEVROLET!!!

What a great experience it was today with our guy Will Smith. Chelsea was hell bent on getting a truck, she has missed hers so. Will and Terry made the transition very easy. She got her truck. Thanks guys!!!! On the other hand, very disappointed in dealership not giving perks. After spending 50,000 you would think she would have gotten perks. 1st time EVER buying a vehicle and not getting a full take of gas and oil change and services for at least a year. They did give us an option to purchase. I will not buy from them again.

Bought my truck from Hendricks and 3 days after truck broke down took it back 3 different times and never was taken care of, called Dale Jr and Forest and Dinnis got me right in and truck is good to go!! Thanks Guys I will only take my truck to Dale Jr on Tennessee st.

We purchase a vehicle from this dealership and the salesman was great. The issue came in with acquiring the tag. We're called the finance manager numerous times and left numerous messages over the pass three weeks and no reply. I've even reached out to the GM once and left a message with no reply. I highly recommend not buying a vehicle from this dealership if the service after sale is horrible.

Brought my vehicle in to the service department today for an oil change and they did a wonderful job. Jae in the service department was wonderful and knowledgeable. She made sure my car was done when I needed it. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back for all my future oil changes.

My husband and I feel lucky to have found Ham, who was honest and informative from the moment we met him on the lot without ever being pushy. He kept in touch until the model we wanted was available and understood that we wanted to wait even though he showed us other good options. The manager, Jules, was very up front and helpful as well, and the two of them gave us a deal we could not pass up; they made sure we felt comfortable and had all the information we needed. Elaine was also lovely to work with on the financing and paperwork, making for a smooth process altogether. Everyone was friendly and personable. Highly recommend!

Jake helped us today with the purchase of a truck. Our plan was just to look around and we had no intention of purchasing today. However, Jake did an excellent job with showing us plenty of options that fit our budget and needs. We would have been fine shopping around, but he made it make sense for us to purchase one of the trucks we saw today. Excellent service from Keaton, Elaine, and Terry! We traveled from Panama City to Tallahassee to make a great deal on the perfect truck for our family! The teamworked tirelessly on a seamless transfer for us from Hendrick and Dale Earnhardt Jr. and their network of dealerships. It was an extremely pleasant and easy process, working with professional, prompt and efficient experts on this team was a pleasure. First service on new truck. The advisor kept me informed of the progress. The interior did not smell like I just had an oil change! I travel 120 (round trip) miles to use this dealer even though another dealer is 15 minutes away. I will be back.

Dawson Brown and Jace got the deal done fast! They knew we were shopping around and helped to bring the price into a comfortable space for us! Dawson was pleasantly assertive, not pushy. It never occurred to us that Dawson had only 3 months experience with the company. He was knowledgeable, patient, and confident. Jace also did a great job working with us to bring the price down. Both were very personable and professional. With only three months experience, Dawson will do well selling cars.

My experience with chevy is horrible.came to chevy because my engine was making a knocking sound from the engine, so as a guy i looked it up on google and youtube comes to find out the chevy has a big problem with the lifter and camshaft but unfortunately they told me my warranty didn t cover it because i have no records of my maintenance on the oil changes because me as a man that do it myself and go to auto zone to buy my oil and filter in cash i never kept my receipts.i had to pay 12k out of my pocket , keep in my i only have 67k miles on this truck , so i paid it, so they called me up today to tell me my truck is ready i go pick it up when i get home i see that s all the coolant is leaking from under my truck. i called the service guy and take the truck right back they told it was a clamp that holds the tube in place was off , and now i came back home with the truck later on that day i went to the store and my truck started over heating and i open the hood and see that the coolant container is empty no coolant. would never ever buy a chevy again im going back to FORD

I absolutely love Chevy dealerships for my repairs however I felt that there could have been more time to explain the diagnosis and what was found without having to ask even though I could not afford to do them all at that time I still paid for a service to know what was wrong with my truck rather than having to ask and decipher the rest. I like many others, work daily, and I was told that I could wait for my vehicle then be told that it would take 24 hrs only to wait 2 days, for basically nothing. While I know this may not have been the intention, I am self-employed and was inconvenienced and then my email was ignored and the system to check my status never changed. Why offer self-service and then not update it?!

Me and my family had a pleasant experience at this dealership. Our sales person was Kris Wolff and he was very helpful in locating a vehicle that suited or needs and wants. That also would fall within our budget. He was very patient with us as we worked through our wants verses needs. I would recommend him and the dealership to my family and friends hands down.
