I would recommend that no one purchase a used vehicle from here. I bought a used Cadillac in December 2023. Fast forward 4 months and the brakes shake the car and need replaced front and back. I wasn't happy about it but I understood. I also understood that it wasn't covered by the extended warranty I purchased. I was given a 'reduced' quote of $1500 to replace the brakes. So I asked to speak with the manager that gave that offer to discuss - even at a reduced rate that is still very high, and I wanted to discuss the fact that they sold me a vehicle knowing the brakes would need replaced almost immediately. I would have loved to discuss this with the manager so they could understand my point of view, and maybe we could come to a resolution, however the manager that I was told was going to call me back, even wrote my number down, never called. Must have been too busy trying to exploit some other used car buyer. If you want trust and to be satisfied with a car purchase and not feel like you're bring bent over the second you leave the lot, Dale Jr GMC Cadillac is not the place for you. If you want a vehicle that you want to guess what will fall off next, and want another dealership will not communicate and not work with you on resolving issues they were well aware of, then maybe they are the place for you.

I had a very good experience shopping a used Cadillac Escalade here. I was not pressured, which was nice. Ended up not buying the vehicle as it was not as good as I expected. Sales person (Tanner) was very knowledgeable despite not usually selling this particular model. I thought he did an excellent job. At the end of the day, the engine did not perform to my expectations, but that was not his fault. I would consider shopping here again in the future.

The experience at Dale Earnhardt Jr. Cadillac Service was excellent. The work took as half as much time estimated and it was well done. My only regret is that I have to drive out of the state of Georgia to Florida (an hour and a half trip) to get my car serviced. Lisa, one of the service managers, was patient and extremely helpful.

We just purchased our first Gmc Denali3500 from Craig. He was awesome!! Totally kept us informed, it was not on lot yet. Answered all my phone calls. We have always been Ford family now we are Gmc . If you are looking for a new vechile I would come here first, they treat you like family.

Dale Jr. Cadillac was great! I was in the market for a new vehicle and live out of state. Travis Asbell accommodated us every step of the way from sending a video introducing himself and giving me a tour around the vehicle to making special arrangements to accommodate a unique situation. The entire staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process. This was the best buying experience I've had and I never physically went to the dealership. Dale Jr. Cadillac and Travis Asbell have earned my business for all my future vehicle needs.

Ridiculous what you charge for service. Won't come back.$396 for a battery? You said we were complaining about hard to start. Never happened. Makes us wonder about all the other charges

I have always had a wonderful experience with Dale Earnheart cadillac. I usually have Jennifer as my consultant. However I had to change my appointment online and got a Brian Skipper. I'll make sure I get Jennifer next time.

This dealership has a great selection of cars, but please RUN!!!!!I purchased my second vehicle from them in October of 2023 and have yet to receive tag/ title paperwork. I have been calling and emailing Betty (title lady) , Jonathan (sales manager) and other staff for over 4 weeks and no return calls or emails. I am beyond frustrated and very disappointed in the lack of concern from the dealership. I was promised yesterday (DEC 27th)that the title work and docs would be overnighted and to my tag office today! After weeks of voicemails and emails, Betty finally answered the phone and admitted she had not checked her messages because she is so busy and behind. Betty so kindly sent me the tracking number, but WAIT...... she didn't get Fedex to pick the package up sooooo the documents are still sitting on her desk as of today (Dec 28th)at 11:14!!! Betty is also not answering calls today. I personally think Betty needs an assistant!I could go on and on with issues and complaints, but please run to another establishment and do business with people who are competent and can process paperwork in a timely manner.61 days and counting!!!

When we purchased our Cadillac from Dale Earnhardt, Tallahassee we were told by the salesman that anytime we brought the vehicle in for maintenance we would get a loaner vehicle. This has been the norm for every Cadillac we have purchased in the past no matter which Cadillac dealer we took it to for service/maintenance. When the vehicle had less than 5,000 miles with a bumper to bumper warranty the door lock never worked on one of the doors. We made an appointment with Dale Earnhardt Cadillac and took it in but was told we had to wait for a loaner until they ran a diagnostic to insure the issue was under warranty. This process could take several hours to perform depending on when they had the time to do it even though an appointment had been made. Now a new Cadillac with less than 5,000 miles and a bumper to pumper warranty any issue should be under warranty.We have purchased several Cadillac s from Dale Earnheart, Tallassahee in the past but this is the last one we will purchase from them.

My Cadillac STS had been sitting in my garage for two years without being driven. The tires had dry-rotted and the battery was dead. I had it towed by AAA to Dale Earnhardt Jr. Cadillac Dealership. It was received by Service Manager Terrick McNealy who managed the total service job-- replacement of battery, and four new Michelin tires. He kept me updated on the progress of the service and sent a driver to pick me up at home when the car was ready. My car ran as smoothly as a brand new vehicle! Thank you Terrick and all staff involved, including David, the driver, for superb professional service!
