The intake agent was highly competent and friendly. She promptly and efficiently logged in my vehicle's problem and arranged attention by the service technicians. She kept me informed of the technicians' progress. I was pleasantly surprised that the bill for services was lower than the estimate. It was the best experience I have had at the dealership.

We went into the Dealership to look for a 3500 Denali Truck, Paul Fannon spent the time to ask us what we needed the truck to do for us. We determined, with his advice, that a 2500 would a better fit our situation. He found us a beautiful 2500 AT4 that is a perfect fit for us. Thanks Paul!

Our salesman was Cully Crawford. He was very patient, knowledgeable and willing to help us get what we wanted in a vehicle and worked with his finance team to get us the best price. We didn t plan on buying a car today but he made us so comfortable and found us a great deal. 10/10 recommend coming to this dealership and asking for cully! Not pushy and very friendly!

As usual, I scheduled the service ahead of time. When scheduled, I walked in and they immediately generated the paperwork and took my truck in for servicing. A short time later it was all done. Paid my bill and was on my way.If you were to look up the word Professionalism, you would see their smiling faces. I couldn't ask for better service.

Very good experience from beginning to end. Travis Asbell was the salesman that i just purchased my new truck from and he has been more than helpful. Very accommodating, and also responsive to all of my Calls/Text/Emails. He has worked diligently with me throughout this process, and has made sure to give me the best buying experience possible. Disappointing experience to say the least. Took my GMC truck in for service work under warranty, and it's been a nightmare. No communication unless I called them. No updates about status unless I reached out. They've had my truck for more than a week now, and I've heard from them precisely one time when they first received my truck. Service person was rude to my wife. The person helping couldn't be bothered to give us an estimate for when we'd have our truck back. That truck is our only transportation and we have no idea when we'll get it back.

First and foremost, I scheduled a 10:00 appointment for an oilchange. We arrived promptly at 9:55. As we waited, 1 hour passes, 2 hours pass, we inquired when would the service be completed? Then they informed us that they had broken the oil plug, and was waiting on the part to be delivered to the service department in a few minutes. The part arrived an hour later ( 3 whole hours for an oil change with no communication). We were finally told our vehicle was ready from one of the service mechanics who just happened to be passing by the waiting room, not even our adviser. I cant believe no one in the service department had the decency to keep us informed about the current situation of our vehicle, and acted like it was no big deal.This is probably by far the worst customer I've experienced. I can no longer with good conscience refer them for anything (and to think I've bought two vehicles from this company). SMH

Paul Fannon, Austin Howze and Jamie Crum made it an incredible experience. They were able to help me with trading in my car. I came in thinking I wanted a used car and we looked at a few but ended up with a new car with a 5 year warranty. They made it easy! They explained each step and helped me find what I needed. Paul took the time to walk me through the features of the car and introduce me to the service department for oil changes and maintenance. Amazing service!

From the moment I stepped on the property until I drove with my 2024 GMC off the lot I have received EXCELLENT straight forward honest service. Travis Asbell and Austin Howze have been excellent at finding me a truck that suited my needs despite an Auto Workers Strike. Every step in the process they have been warm, friendly, professional and patient with me. I highly reccomend buying from them. Josh Williams was amazing helping me thru all my paperwork and financing. I'm very happy and pleased with every aspect of my purchase.

Jennifer is an experienced, customer focused, excellent service writer. She is always professional while being friendly and welcoming. She keeps you informed on progress and status of repairs.On another note The new check-in process is not customer focused -better for customer to be at counter and be able to see screen while talking to service writer.

Great experience. First time I came in I test drove a truck that I enjoyed but was out of my price range. Tanner sent me some more options that were appealing and in my price range and I came by a couple weeks later to test out and purchase. Good customer service and patience

This review is more for my sales professional of multiple vehicles (Paul Fannon) than the dealership overall. We have purchased three vehicles from Paul...he is going on 20 years at this dealership and is super knowledgeable on the vehicles, options, and pricing. He is also patient and not at all pushy or overbearing...quite the opposite actually. He communicated everything clearly in writing and took time to test drive and go over features in the vehicles of interest.After we got offer pricing from Paul on our recent purchase of a new Yukon Denali, there were a few dealer add-on items that I did not want (not asking for them for free, but not wanting them at all). I didn't want LoJack ($1,500) or ceramic coating ($2,500) added to the vehicle and I showed that our trade-in offer was low. Paul went to management with my request as neither of these add-ons had been installed yet.Management then sent out young sales clown Austin to 'play hardball'. After Austin honked his red clown nose and and was completely unwilling to budge on either of my requests, we told Paul thank you and left. This literally took about 30 seconds from start to finish.A few weeks later at the end of the month, our original offer must have sounded much better as Paul went back to management and got the deal MUCH closer to our offer and we purchased our 3rd vehicle from him. They two dealer add-ons were dropped and Paul got our trade-in value up.Also, Jamie Crum was a pleasure to work with. He is the guy who shows you warranty and service options and you sign final paperwork with him. Very informative, not pushy, and very quick.

Paul Fannon and the rest of the sales team made me feel confident in my decision when buying my new vehicle. They were knowledgeable about their own products, as well as comparable vehicles and outlining differences between them. They were very patient and responsive to the myriad of follow-up questions I had, as well as my multiple requests for test drives as I mulled over my decision. Having been to multiple (!!!) dealerships on my car buying journey, I can honestly say they were in the top 2.

I purchased my GMC truck from a used car dealer here in town last October and I didn't haven't a week the engine blow out. So since it was made by GMC I had it towed to the GMC dealership last November and my truck has still been sitting there with no communication with me on when it will get fixed. It's been there for the past 6 months! They don't call and give you any updates and when you go in person to talk with a staff member they completely ignore you the whole time. I've tried many times to call and can't even get through. Totally unprofessional and thoughtless to their customers. I really thought this dealership was much better but I get treated way better at Werner Kia!

Beware before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a new vehicle in December of 2023 and 2 months later seem that the vehicle was in some type of accident. The dealer never told us about the damage. Now the paint is peeling and has air bubbles. The dealer told me they can't do anything for me. Buick told me the same thing. I will give it a zero star if I could.
