Have worked w Ryan over the last two months on a disabled Volvo that ultimately was deemed a totaled vehicle by insurance company. Very much appreciated the consultative approach that he took with me in figuring out best approach to deal with a difficult situation, particularly given that I did not have prior relationship with service dept at Capital Volvo Both he and Volvo tech Rodney were candid and about the potential costs associated with repair and recommended we get insurance company involved. Highly recommend

I recently took my Volvo in for some minor sensor issues. Victor, my service advisor was exceptional! From start to finish, he was very accommodating and professional. He explained everything thoroughly. In less than an hour, I was on my way. Best of all, my service was covered under warranty.

It is a 111 miles to bring my car, but no matter if it is Brian or Victor in charge, I am always treated with respect...and my car too. Future attention -repairs- are talked over and priced so there is no unpleasant surprise and that is important.

The service appointment was exceptional. Dropping off the car was quick and efficient. We used the shuttle service to go to a local restaurant. They called us and sent the shuttle as soon as maintenance was finished. Just a very smooth process

Though not the most inexpensive option available Ryan Boatwright my service manager is extremely knowledgeable, articulate, fair and good natured. I brought my new to me, used 2020 Volvo s-60 in for it s first service and he carefully checked all the records in the Volvo system and pointed out that it was a Certified Used Car in the past and as a result had a 5 year warranty from when it was put in service which was greater than the few months I thought I had left. All services were carefully explained and done on time.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Had a sensor issue pop up. Made the appointment for a few days later. There was also a service bulletin concerning a buzz from one of the speakers. Ryan Boatwright handled all of our concerns professionally and quickly. Made sure that everything was taken care of and that we were satisfied with our service. Everything was done under warranty and is now working great. We have nothing but excellent service here from the sales staff, service staff, and the techs that service our vehicle. We recommend to everyone and will continue to use them.

I was in for regular scheduled maintenance. Ryan Boatwright was most courteous and professional. At my request he also checked the alignment. They determined a tire rotation would solve the pulling issue. It did. Ryan proved his trustworthiness to me.

Ryan Boatright at Capital Volvo is an honest and thorough employee. He diagnosed the issue with my daughter s car, was very upfront with possible solutions and did not try to up sell me with unnecessary services.
