After the Purchase of a 2020 Atlas Cross Sport with low miles, I experienced issues with my electrical system. I was able to schedule a quick appointment at Capital Volkswagen and my service consultant Victor was very helpful and provided me with great service and advice. The issues were handles with the best possible solution and I am appreciative for his support and willingness to accommodate my concerns

Dustin Wheeler is and has always been a great service advisor. When I bring in my car, we always go over any issues and he keeps me up on how the repairs are going and options available for the service. He is a top notch service advisor always looking out for the customer.

Since I moved to Tallahassee, I have always had the absolute pleasure of working with Dustin Wheeler when getting my car serviced. He's super polite, thoroughly explains any issues and resolutions, leaves me with updates, gets my car fixed quickly, and just overall makes my car service experience incredibly pleasant. The facilities are also pretty nice for the rare occasion I actually stick around while my car is being looked at. Usually, I never care to write reviews however Dustin Wheeler has gone above and beyond with impeccable customer service for the three years I've been a customer at Capital Volkswagen.

Victor Whaley was my service provider when I went in on Friday to have my car serviced. I needed an oil change and there were some additional optional services he offered. He also had my battery and alternator checked because of an issue I've been experiencing. His service was prompt, friendly, and professional. I will schedule an appointment with Victor the next time I need service.

Dustin did a wonderful job on my car. He is thorough, detail oriented, explains things clearly, and shows pictures to better explain what is happening with the car. He is one of the better mechanics that I have ever had work on any of my vehicles.

I avoided taking my out-of-warranty VW here for service for years because euro car repairs are not cheap, and you will always pay a premium at registered service centers/dealers. But after finally sucking it up and taking my poor ailing GTI to Capital Eurocars for some much needed repairs, I have to say- you get what you pay for.The customer service here is very good; Dustin Wheeler was super communicative throughout the whole process, gave me lots of information and let me weigh the pros and cons of various recommended fixes. And the turn-around time from drop-off to pickup was faster than anywhere else I've ever taken the car, especially considering the fact that this was a pretty labor-intensive repair. You schedule an appointment, and they will respect that appointment. Best of all, my car feels like a new car now. It seriously hasn't pulled this strongly or driven this smoothly in years. They even washed the car inside and out! I definitely got what I paid for, and would be happy to come back if my car needs additional work. Sometimes the best option really is to take it to the proper professionals.

We have only had good experiences when working with this dealership!Dustin Wheeler has always been professional, and insured that I understand what is going on with my vehicle. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable with any services being completed on our vehicles.This past weekend, we took our Tiguan in for some maintenance, and ended up coming back to purchase a new Atlas with Michael Phillips. He was very patient with us, as well as our kiddos. He made sure our experience was smooth, and helped us make a decision that will benefit us for years to come. I'm very proud of our new Atlas, and very thankful for the amazing Team at Capital Volkswagen.We were even there during the football game, and they made sure it was on for my husband. We are happy to be part of the Capital Volkswagen Family!

Dustin Wheeler deserves a cheer! He and the Volkswagen service team got my Volkswagen Jetta back on the road quickly after a flat tire. I discovered I had no spare! They got me serviced and back on the road so I could get back to work. I highly recommend seeing Dustin at Capital Volkswagen in Tallahassee!

We needed a new tire. The damaged one was shredded after getting road debris stuck in it and driving across town to home. I ordered the tire Thursday and had the car in the shop Monday back at the house Tuesday. Victor got it done and got it done quickly. He was easy to work with and communicated through the process. It was higher end price but the service at VW is trusted and everything checked out and ran smooth.

I was charged a diagnostic fee even though my check engine light was not on, and they knew it wouldn't show anything. He told me they would charge me EVERYTIME because their service department do not get paid a salary that they get paid on the work they do. I wonder if this is an illegal practice because I'm sure a diagnostic test was not performed. Why would they? It wouldn't show anything. I was there because the car made a clicking noise when making a turn. I was given a quote that was $12,000 of mechanical work, supposedly needed. The car isn't worth that much. I still am not certain everything they claimed truly needs done, but I was informed that they charge $233 an hour. I am getting a 2nd opinion and will update this post if needed. I'd be curious to know if anyone else questions the diagnostic test fee or if everyone is charged this fee?

Last week I took our 2015 VW Sportwagen TDI to Capital Eurocars for some diagnostic work. Dustin Wheeler was my service advisor and has been for previous visits. He is always upbeat and very customer orientated. His product knowledge is top notch and most of all does not recomend unnecessary procedures so common at many dealerships.
