Parke Stafford, Mercedes Service Advisor, has been taking excellent care of me for 10 years. I called for B service on my 2022 GLS 450 from Panama City, FL, 2 hours away. There happened to be a driver with a loaner car in the area and he had the car picked up in 3 hours and a car dropped off for me to use. As always, SEVEN STAR SERVICE. He also kept the vehicle to handle two recalls and two replace under warranty the running boards. I have also purchased an S550 from them and Parke Stafford has taken excellent care of me every time. This is my go to Mercedes Dealership. Customer service is Parke s number 1 priority.

Parke Stafford is The.Best.MB.Service.Advisor.Ever. Hint: First MB advisor that I've dealt with (many years) who didn't look down/talk down to me because I was a lowly Sprinter owner. He was great and, even though we live an hour and a half away, I'll be back for future service.

Thank you William Gilkes! En route to Birmingham, our Mercedes suffered a dead battery. While we were able to get it jump-started, warning lights caused us to seek out the nearest Mercedes dealer. Mr. Gilles, despite an overbooked schedule and under staffed situation, had us checked out and on our way quickly. The dealership was clean, modern, and very efficient thanks to everyone there. R. I ve had my GLC for 11 months now and I ve visited Capital Mercedes once before for a service. During my most recent visit there was a problem with my prepaid maintenance policy. Parke Stafford worked diligently to get the issue resolved. It took about a week but Parke remained in contact with me to give status updates. I really appreciate his patience with the entire situation. Thanks again Parke!!~ Erika M.

I had to take my uncle's Benz to Capital Eurocars for service and had Bill as my service advisor. I had an excellent experience with having the service. Bill was amazing with his communication, as I had to give him a separate phone number for communication with me. The service was completed in a timely manner and I was notified when the work was completed.

The guys in the service department are awesome to deal with. From regular service stops to replacing busted tires first thing on Saturday mornings, these guys will get you taken care of. Parke Stafford is who has helped me historically, and I have not heard anything negative about any of the other guys in there either.

Joe Trozzo was the team member who helped me with my service and he was AMAZING. He kept his word with regards to the loaner vehicle, the timeframe, and cost. He communicated with me thoroughly through email, phone call, and text. I even got a video from the service tech SHOWING me what needed to be done, instead of calling me and assuming I knew what they were talking about. VERY satistisfied! Thanks again Joe!!!

Bought my 2011 Sprinter 2500 recently with 70,000 miles on it but it had lots of problems with the DEP system. Joe Trozzo was the service manager I worked with and he was highly professional and the reason I will go back to Capital Eurocars in the future. Capital took care of the warranty issues and I am very pleased with their Sprinter repair specialist Lucas also. Thanks again. John Lee Ph.D.

Joe Trozzo at Capital Mercedes in Tallahassee, FL has been the service advisor for my 2016 Sprinter Crew Van for many years. He may be a bit slow in communications sometimes to set up appointments, but he has always been completely open and honest regarding what services my van actually needs, and works with me to arrange service times and dates that fit MY needs. He works hard to get me the best prices by utilizing any specials, or M.B. / Capital Eurocar coupons available. I fully trust that Joe has my best interest in mind when arranging for service on my personal Mercedes Sprinter Van.

Service representative Mr. Parke Stafford and the Sprinter Service Technician Mr.Lucas Fritz provided excellent to both customer and Sprinter portion of a Winnebago RV. The CEL led to an intensive Crown Multi-point Inspection that revealed existing and potentially Impending deficiencies and therefore presented to myself for discussion and decision on service approval options. My decision was to fix all deficiencies and include advancing to the 60K major service interval. Both Parke and Lucas concurred the decision was prudent and would ensure the less likelihood of any future on the RV road delays by correcting all and potential issues now. Parke kept me continually informed on status, remaining issues and estimated completion date. Parke also voluntarily agreed to send me foto s of fender bender damage to the Coach caused on the trip to Tallahassee and saving myself a return trip to document the accident.I can t say enough for the Service provided by Capital Eurocars All the way from the excellent customer waiting area, to the individual service provided by the Service Representative (Parke) and Service Technician Lucas. My and Ursula s thanks

After struggling with repairs to my coolant system by a 3rd party repair shop, I took my Mercedes to Capital Euro. The repairs I had done were a mess. They had to redo all the previous work I had done plus do some additional hope replacement. My service advisor did an excellent job keeping me in the loop, keeping the repairs on track, and advising me of repairs he recommended. I would return to their service department and would consider buying my next pre-owned vehicle from them.

As I was on a road trip traveling to the 30A concert in Northwestern Florida, I unfortunately developed a tire issue and needed to get it replaced ASAP. Luckily, I was close to the Tallahassee Mercedes Benz dealership - Capital Eurocars - and dropped in to see if they could help me out. They treated my circumstances as an emergency, got me right in, replaced both front tires and had me on my way to the concert in relatively short order. I really appreciated their customer service attitude and willingness to solve my problem and wholeheartedly recommend them. Shoutout to Bill Gilkes, my service representative!

Another EXCELLENT service experience with Parke Stafford and CES. While someone goofed and ordered the wrong part which caused an additional one day delay, I was put in a rental car at no cost to me and my car was ready the next day. Cap Euro did great! Too bad I Can't say the same for my so called bumper to bumper extended warranty which refused to cover the coolant line repair at a cost of $800. I'm not done with them yet. Great Job Parke!!
