My Mercedes Benz Client Advisor, Samuel Barnes, was an exceptional salesperson, knowledgeable, showed enthusiasm towards the purchase of a new vehicle for me. He made sure that my understanding of the new vehicle's technical navigation was in place, made himself available for any questions at a later date, felt welcomed and appreciated as a new customer. I didn't feel any pressure in purchasing this vehicle, confident in my decision to purchase. I am pleased with his professionalism and technical knowledge.

Took a VW for a new rim and dealt with Victor. He was so nice and patient. A real asset to your team. The dealership is very busy but he was so calm and collected getting the car fixed and out the door. Great experience!

Claude Rabbath was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful starting with me building my GLE 350 to keeping me up to date on its arrival to the delivery of the SUV in the showroom with a huge pink bow! He helped me download the Mercedes Me App then sat with me in the car to help me get familiar with all the fantastic things the car does! It has been a pleasure working with Claude.

I wanted to purchase a car and I was so lucky to walk in to Capital Euro and meet Sam. He was so inviting and amazingly helpful, he was patient and answered every question I had. Got a Phenomenal Vehicle from this dealership! Brad Snyder was an honest and straightforward salesman and helped my family and I get the right vehicle for us WITHOUT being pushy. Really nice guy, really nice dealership and can't recommend it enough, my Family and I had had a long day and dealt with a lot of shady dealings but we came out of Capital Eurocars feeling great about the whole process.

I had the best experience at Capital Euro Cars thanks to Alex Boucher. He was extremely helpful and most importantly patient. He not only worked with my budget but was also able to hold the car for me after I had a personal emergency that delayed my purchase. Definitely go see Alex if you want a sales person that is understanding, and does Not fit in the typical stereotype box of car dealers.

The outstanding experience I had at this car dealership was one of the best I've ever had, due to my very smart, knowledgable Sale Representative, Jessica Wade. She went out of her way to ensure all my needs were met. From the beginning to the end, she did an outstanding job. She was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. All the people I met were very nice and the atmosphere in this place was very welcoming.. I got the car I requested for a good price and I'm very satisfied. I will recommend all my friends to see Jessica Wade at this dealership for their next vehicle.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Alex Boucher was extremely professional and helpful from the beginning to the end of my purchase. There is no question that I asked which he could not answer. If I could give Jessica 100 stars I would. She went above and beyond from the moment we met on the lot. She is professional and personal all wrapped up into one. Not only was the experience to notch I also made a new friend. The finance manager was amazing too. 5 gold stars for him. Being apart of the Capital Euro Cars family is amazing. They treat you like you should be treated. Once again thank you Jessica for all your help and I will be back when the time is right.

I can truly say that I have had a seamless and as efficient of a car purchase than I have ever had. Firstly, I am 400 miles away from Capital Eurocars, however, my salesman Claude Rabbath, was SO EFFICIENT, in making this happen, I felt like I was in the showroom. Everything was smooth and done effectively on line or by texting and email. Strongly recommend Claude and Capital Eurocars for your next Luxury car purchase. Claude, THANK-YOU! Very good dealership, Jessica Wade and Norman Hunter were the best. Jessica was super awesome and helpful; even though she was busy she took the time to help set our new car up and made sure everything was good before sending us on our way! Had a great experience here, I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm smile by Michael. He helped me the entire time. It was my first time buying a car myself and he made it so easy! He has only been there for a week and he was great!! Jessica helped him throughout the process and helped me as well. They both did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone.

I'd like to personally thank the salesman Michael, and the service rep Victor for their unbelievably amazing service. They cared for my unbelievably unlucky lease situation, and they helped get me into an affordable deal that left me completely stress free.I highly recommend the service department here. Dustin has been fantastic to me up until this specific situation where I had Victor as my service rep.Never had a bad experience here. Thank you again Capital Eurocars!

Jessica Wade at Capital Eurocars is amazing. She worked tirelessly to find the exact vehicle that we were looking for. Once the vehicle was delivered she took the time to help us figure out the features and promised that "She comes with the car" so that we can call on her anytime. Working with Jessica Wade and others at Capital was a positive, hassle-free experience. I completed 99% of my transaction remotely and Jessica was thorough and communicated well throughout. I was confident in my purchase and the ease of the transaction thanks to her hard work. She went beyond though as it was clear that she truly cared about making sure that we were happy. When it came time to pickup, everything was as she said it would be (or better) and even the paperwork went fast with no high-pressure upsell on items I did not want.This was truly a remarkable experience!

Absolutely outstanding. I live in Atlanta, and bought a 2016 BMW without first seeing it. I was a bit nervous that the pics were just really nice....Jeremy C. really helped me out; he drove the car from Tallahassee to Atlanta for me! He's a certified "BMW Genius", which is a real thing, and knows the cars backwards and forwards. Could not be more pleasant to deal with. Patricia C. helped me with the paperwork for the transaction, and that could not have gone smoother. Finally, another man named Jeremy C. (they have 2 Jeremy C's!) was super helpful with the BMW protection products like extended warranties and so forth. All were very professional and knowledgeable. The car arrived **without a single scratch**....even the wheels were absolutely pristine. Capital Eurocars is recommended without reservation. I'll be back when it's time for a Benz, for sure!

I ve been going to the dealership searching for something that fits me best for about a month and Justin Harrison helped me each visit. He answered all of my questions and didn t pressure me into vehicles that I didn t like. He listened to my wants and needs that allowed me to find the perfect vehicle for me. 10/10 will recommend Justin to anyone looking to buy a new car. Everyone there was nice and welcoming. As soon as we entered the door Norman Hunter welcomed us with an inviting smiling. He spoke with a sense of assurance and professionalism; he was extremely helpful with the car buying process. I just purchased my 2023 final edition c63s from Capital Eurocars. The staff was great and friendly. They took the time to show me all the features and options on the car. My salesman was Justin, I highly recommend him for your any future car purchases.

I would like to give a special shoutout to Mr. Samuel Barnes for his phenomenal service and helping me find a new Mercedes Benz even though it was at a different location! Amazing customer service and highly responsive to all texts and calls. Couldn t have asked for a better experience at Mercedes. Thanks Sam for all your help! Others there should take some notes from Sam. I think he should be the sales manager of the entire place!
