I cannot say enough about this shop. But for all the worried parents that are far away from their college kids, Dan, Scott & Rita will make you feel at ease. They were so courteous & professional to answer all my questions and concerns. They were meticulous in working with my insurance company and letting them know what needed to be fixed properly and safely. But the best part is when you go to pick up your vehicle. It looks so amazing and beautiful. The paint is gorgeous and you cannot tell the car was in a motor vehicle accident. It looks brand new!! They are truly skilled at what they do. I cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of my son's car and fixing absolutely everything. 10 * shop !!!

They did a great job on the paint on my replacement bumper. I did have one issue after the repair but Dan contacted me after some fact-finding and made it right. The paint on the bumper matches the color on the rest of the body even better than the Honda factory paint did.

Very happy with my paint job. Dan and the boys did an excellent job. My 16 year old truck looks brand new. There are no flaws in the paint, it looks like it did 16 years ago. Great job!

I had a deer decide to kill itself by jumping in front of my car while i was doing 55 mph. my insurance company was going to make me wait almost a month just to get the damage looked at. i called Ms. Rita at Capital City Collision, and lucked into a cancelled appointment the following monday. They took care of all the haggling with my insurer, and got my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time and it looks brand new again. they did an outstanding job. thank you.

About ripped the bumper of a recently purchased van. These guys got under there and popped me back into place free of charge and provided a fair estimate to get it cosmetically right. Kept me on the road! Big thanks!

I am so grateful for Dan Hendrickson and Capital City Collision. Instead of taking four days to fix my bumper, they got it done in one day. Their price was lower than other estimates. And they did a fantastic job. And they are pleasant to deal with. I am a fan!

This business has horrible customer service. My daughter took her car in for an estimate and was given an appointment to service the car. Her car sat there for 3 weeks without any work being done. We called several times to get an update- wrong parts came in; it ll be ready Tuesday. I went by there today because I was tired of the phone conversations. I was told by Scott that her car still wouldn t be ready this week. Keep in mind this is Week 3. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for the car keys. He gave me the keys. Didn t apologize for the inconvenience nor did he try to persuade me to give him more time. To me, he didn t care about about the inconvenience or the dissatisfaction as a customer.Service: Body & Trim

I m so glad I chose Capital City Collision. They did a flawless repair and finished quickly for the job I needed. They were very professional, super courteous and accommodating and communicated regularly. I hope I don t need to go back there again lol but I would recommend them in a heartbeat. If I could leave negative stars I would. Exceedingly rude to a potential new customer for asking for an estimate. Whether you agree with a customer seeking an estimate for their own files or not, there is no reason to be so rude over the phone. 10/10 would not recommend.

I tell you I love this place. They didn't rush on my car at all and I was fine with that. It made me feel that they cared about my safety and how the car would look. Capital city collision center is the best and I thank you guys for the hard work y'all do.

I truly lucked up. I was in a horrible accident in July and my car (at least I thought) was damaged beyond repair. It was towed to the shop next door to CCCC and I asked them to take a look at my vehicle in order to provide an estimate to the insurance company. They happily obliged. After deciding that the car was repairable, Dan and Scott communicated with me often and assured me that they would do the best work possible. I had LOTS of questions and Dan responded promptly via email at any time - even if he was not in the office. I got my car back in perfect condition and am so happy with the work that was done. Thank you guys so very much! If you're looking for great customer service and even better work, stop by and check out the professionals here. They are the best!

Absolutely without a doubt the very best collision shop in Tallahassee. I worked next to them and have seen the quality of work time after time coming out of thier shop. I was also contracted to do some mechanical work for them and when my employees would make a mistake It was always brought to my attention by the owner/shop Foreman Scott in a firm respectable way he demanded the very best and treated every car as his own. The office Manger/ owner Dan has alot of knowledge in the field and can guide you through the insurance issues and sympathizes with the customer

I took my car into Capital City Collision with little to no expectations. They quickly gave me a computerized estimate which was honest and accurate. I needed my car fixed in a timly manner and their turn around was amazing, especially from estimates and quotes that I had recieved before. Not only did it take 4 days to replace and paint my door, but the results were fantastic, it was like I never got into a wreck. I would recommend their services to anyone that asked. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

Great people that gave me the best price I could find. They answered all of my questions and concerns patiently and they didn t talk down to me as a young woman which I appreciated. My car looks just as it did before and they got it done when they said they would. Excellent experience, Great work! My son got into an accident on the way to school (Not his fault). After getting frustrated with the whole insurance process, I finally got my car in to Capital City Collision. They handled all of the hassle with the insurance, got the parts needed and did GREAT work in making the repairs. We got the car back today and couldn't be happier with the work and experience. Ms Rita (office manager) was always pleasant and helpful despite my tons of phone calls throughout the process.

Went in there last week because a cement wheel stop in a parking spot had pulled out my front bumper cover panel. I showed up with no appointment and desperate to get it fixed because I had a long drive home the next day. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and the auto body tech did an amazing job putting the panel back on. Very nice and kind in there. I wish I had gotten the name of the estimator and the auto body tech. I had nothing but an amazing experience.

Capital City Collision made my 2003 Honda sparkle like it was brand new. They do excellent work and the staff is professional and courteous. They really took great care of me. So I would strongly recommend using them. I wish I could post a picture of my car. Thank you Scott and Dan!

Capital City Collision was awesome to work with. They worked with me using some aftermarket parts in the repair instead of stock. Then when there were some shipping issues and I had to go out of town causing some delays in the parts and they were still very cordial and did their best to get the truck finished quickly once all the parts were in and paint was done. Overall great people here!

Scott Hollon really came to my rescue when my battery was no good! He was timely and super courteous, and when eve after replacing my battery the car didn't start he then took the time to carefully examine what all could be wrong and turns out my starter needed a good kick. I am impressed with his services! It's been awhile since I have been around a nice trust worthy mechanic to help.

Bare in mind when you're reading this that I'm intricate about every bit of my car and treat her like a baby every day. After my accident I did A LOT of research and after almost a week and a half of sleepless nights, I decided to go with Capital City. Dan was always happy to answer questions (I had a ton) and so was Scott, they assured me of a quality repair and I decided to trust them. Through the repair, Rita (customer service) was always available when I called and kept me updated, I insisted on OEM parts and they delivered. When they finished, she looked brand new, the paint is so perfect you can't tell it's been resprayed. All in all they had great customer service and did a great job with the repairs, I'm extremely happy I chose them and would definitely recommend them if anyone needs collision repair!

Thanks to Dan, Scott and the entire team for doing such a great job on my car after I was recently rear-ended. They made the process easy, convenient and hassle-free -- even with the insurance company. My car looks perfect -- they even vacuumed the interior. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. Capital City Collision is always "by your side."

After a other shop attempted to RIP me off I brought my Tahoe here. Within minutes of talking on the phone it was obvious that these guys know there trade and care about their customers. The work was done well, in a timely manner and for a fair price. Highly recommend to all my friends and family

I got in an accident and saw the good reviews so I went here. They gave me quick and amazing customer service. They also gave me the lowest estimate of three places in Tallahassee and it only took 4 quick days! They even gave me my car back freshly cleaned on the in and outside! I have been a been to about Capital City Collision about three times. Every time they have done expedient, quality work, with professionalism. In addition, I normally shop around for the best price, and found that every time I compared they were the best price. My favorite part, though, is that one more than one occasion they went beyond what could be expected to resolve my problems.It's good place that does good business and treats there customers well. I plan to post this around because I'd like people to have the experiences I had.Tim

I don t care what the business is in the Tallahassee area, or what they do, it s just a fact that you are not going to find a business that provides better, more honest, quality service than that offered by Scott Hollon and Capital City Collision. My friends and family have used them for years, and there is just no better. My latest encounter was just last month, and I have never seen a guy go to more ends to make sure that I was getting my money s worth. Capital City Collision has worked on several different cars for us. We send all of our friends and family to Dan and Scott knowing they will be taken care of and the car or truck fixed right. A great example is my wife's brand new Mustang got 2 huge scratches on each side of the car. They were able to match the paint perfectly to the point I could not tell where the work was done. Thanks again for all you guys do!!!!!

Scott and Capital City Collision Center are Tallahassee treasures. They worked with us and the insurance company to bring about a more than satisfactory outcome.The results of their attention to detail are plainly viewable in the finished product.
