Jessica Carbaugh was my service rep at my recent service at BMW, they had to keep my car for several days and Jessica kept me informed as service continued. She is an excellent rep and I appreciate her attention to detail. Se even took time to personally install my mats that my daughter purchased for me. Thanks. Aletta Shutes

I have used two other BMW service departments in two different states and the service department in Tallahassee, Florida did not disappoint. It is clear BMW trains their staff to provide high quality professional service to their customers along with a commitment to excellence in the maintenance and repairs of their vehicles.I have owned my X5 for 10 years and I will be purchasing my next one soon. There is absolutely no reason to comparison shop for my next vehicle. The service BMW provides is white glove and the quality of their vehicles, well, they are the "ultimate driving machine." So, if you're planning on purchasing a BMW, don't think twice, Tallahassee BMW will surpass all expectations.

This was my first time visiting the BMW of Tallahassee location and I was greeted with kindness and respect. Tony was my advisor and he made sure I understood the process and what was going to happen with my vehicle the entire time. This is my first BMW and he did not make me feel bad about asking questions. He gave amazing advice and customer service. I hope to do business with him time and time again!

Jessica Carbaugh was the agent assisting me at BMW of Tallahassee and I felt she did an excellent job keeping me informed and advising me of the work being done on my vehicle. No one likes having car trouble but Jessica made me feel valued as a customer and made the whole process easier. Jessica is definitely an asset to the BMW service department.

I noticed one of my tires had lost a lot of air on a day trip up to Tallahassee from Orlando. I reached the BMW dealership just before closing time and Ian Wyre took a look and found a hole in my tire. He was a lifesaver - arranging for a replacement tire to be delivered and installed the next afternoon so I could be on my way home without any disruption to my scheduled trip. I appreciate his concern, excellent communication and delightful focus on superior customer service!!

My husband and I recently took our BMW in for service, where we were greeted by Jessica Carbaugh at the service desk. She concisely entered the concerns we had with our car and treated us with kindness and resect.When the service was complete I still had questions about my car. Jessica went above and beyond to answer my questions. She demonstrated specific use and care details of my vehicle that I was not aware of. She was knowledgeable and really wonderful to work with, I appreciate the extra time she gave us!

Helpful, honest and wonderful through the whole experience of buying a car that i LOVE!! Charissa Mason was wonderful as was Kenny in the finance department! we are in Green Cove but would not even hesitate to make the drive to choose this location again!

This was the first time I brought my 2020 BMW M235i xDrive to the NEW BMW of Tallahassee building/dealership. Anthony (Tony) Taylor, service advisor, was able to get my car in for the scheduled maintenance in a very short time on a day and time that worked well for me. The vehicle was completed within the estimated time I was told it would take, and for a cost that was also within the estimated amount I was told during the appointment process. The car was washed and returned to me ready to go (no paper mats, steering wheel protectors still in place). I was texted a video of the technician's inspection prior to completion.The new customer waiting area is a comfortable place to stay for the 2 hours I was waiting.

Jessica provided excellent customer service, and was very helpful to me and other customers. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, there was a customer in the waiting area that Jessica came to her to talk about her car. I was impressed by how much attention she provided this customer with their issues, answered questions, and resolved the issues. She went the extra mile with the amount of time and patience she showed each of customers while I was there. As a business owner myself, I would put her in a leadership position if she worked for me. I observed how patient she was with one customer who was not being very polite, making negative review threats, and making unrealistic demands and blaming management about the wait time. The way Jessica handled that customer alone showed me she has patience and what it takes to be a team leader(if she isn t already) . Good Job Jessica! Good Job BMW for hiring Jessica!

Ian was truly a life saver yesterday and has ALWAYS gone well above the call of duty for each of our service visits with both of our cars! He is the prime and sole reason that we continue our new car purchase experience at Capital Eurocars, despite the ability of better pricing at larger market dealerships

Great experience got checked in very quickly by Ian Wyre. He kept me up to date and got my car in for the service right away. Only had to wait a couple of hours. Waiting area was very nice. Ian was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. Thx for a great job

Today's service was a nice experience. I was able to get in and get out with no problems. I also was able to receive a loaner car on today's visit. Good service today from Tony and my last service was a nice one with Ian as well.

Jessica Carbaugh was my service adviser. She was very nice and helpful. Told me the wait would be around 3-4 hours. And she pleasantly surprised me with having it done in less than 2 hours.I also had the pleasure of having Ian Wyre help me when I first got there. He took my keys and started getting things ready for the servicing. These service adviser work very hard! I am sure it can be really trying for them at times. Very pleasant experience getting my car serviced in spite of crazy weather etc!(tornado warnings!) Anthony Taylor worked very hard to get my cars recall service started before the power went out! Success! He also explained everything very well and kept me informed as I was waiting. This is my first time owning a BMW and I m really enjoying it as well as enjoying the beautiful, comfortable waiting area. I have watch Ian growth with BMW. My personal experience he is so humbled, respectfully, professional, kind and excellent customer service. In addition, skilled and determined to represent self and BMW. Ian is a very qualified person and access to BMW. Employees like Ian you would want to retain and promote.
