I was not impressed by the staff who left me sitting in the parking lot, but only after they said they would install the battery if I bought it there. Once I bought it, they came out and started to remove it, but once it got hard, two of them walked into the store pretending they would return but left me standing there.Another younger fellow came out and helped me from scratch because he had a special tool to lift out the battery because it had no handles. He ended up helping me until it was swapped out.

Amazing costumer service!! Cole made sure that I had the right blinker light for my car, and he even installed it for me at no additional cost! I was extremely impressed with his professionalism. I highly recommend AutoZone.

Don Hargrove is the best!!! Fixed my brake light bulb and put new wipers on my car!! Great service!! Go to this AutoZone for any problems you have!!!

Had a problem with my electric window hit was off D track and down as you caregugs know that ain't a spot to be in with the weather starting to rain the situation was headed in the wrong direction quickly to quickly needed a specific size tool to complete the job the only place had just what I needed AUTO ZONE went to a couple of stores the wife and I well that was a mistake on two account then the wife looked at the product we needed and that was not it cooler heads prevailed and we to AUTO ZONE and the pros hadit by the time the rain started by then the wife and I was high and dry thanks guys for being there

Wonderful customer service and knowledgeable staff! I d had a somewhat frustrating experience at another store the night before and a service shop wanted to charge $71 just to look at the car. The staff here came right out to the car to triage potential issues and was able to find the solution quickly and easily!

AutoZone's a great store with great people I really enjoyed going there and using their tool loaner program I've saved thousands of dollars by doing work myself that I would otherwise be unable to do without buying thousands of dollars worth of tools. I really enjoyed turning ranches and saving the money that I do and I like going here cuz the people are always helpful and they always have what I need.

Apalachee Pkwy is the best Autozone in Tallahassee. A huge Thank You to Manager Christopher F. I used the Autozone website ahead of time and found the car battery I wanted to purchase. I took the screenshot of battery on their website (which said it was a match for my car) and went to the Capital Circle store. The guy there told me no, wrong battery, and wanted to sell me a more expensive one (Ps - I am female). I left Capital Circle store pretty angry, after showing him my screenshot and having him double check his info twice. I went to Apalachee store down the street. Christopher F in the Apalachee store agreed with me and sold me the car battery I wanted (which WAS made for my car), and installed it without complaint even though it took about 30 minutes due to the odd placement in my vehicle. He recommended an additional product, which has benefited me as well. He was friendly, professional, and I will be going to this Autozone store from now on.

Had to take battery back (corrosion), still under warranty. Once the sales person saw that my battery was still under warranty, no words passed.Switched it out and I'm rolling for real
