I had a really bad experience at the autozone on Tennessee St. My car was next door at a gas station and wouldn t start but the woman who helped me saw me waiting for help but didn t come to help me for about 5 minutes. I was the only guest in the store at this point. She was incredibly rude when she informed me that I had to bring my car into their lot to have them replace my battery (something that I didn t mind doing at all). The next issue I had was after someone at the gas station jumped my car and I was in the correct parking lot for them to work on my car, the same woman who helped me before came outside and informed me that she couldn t change my battery because of a cover over it. When I asked if there was anything I could do to take it off she acted as if that was a stupid idea and just kept saying she couldn t replace it. This whole interaction wouldn t have been upsetting if she had been kind in the way she told me this information but she entire time we were speaking she was accusatory and condescending. The only reason I m giving two starts instead of one is because a very nice man who worked there came outside about 15 minutes later to try to help. But at this point I already had family on the way to help me out. Needless to say I did not purchase my car s new battery from autozone and I will not be doing so in the future. And to the woman who helped me and made me cry, you may have just been having a bad day, but I hope in the future you find a way to cope with your negative emotions besides projecting them onto other and making them feel bad too.

This is a two part review- the five star is SOLELY for Amor- who was kind, patient, and happy to help each person who came in needing help with installations outside (I got to wait around and watch a few ). He was courteous even when he got to deal with me after my experience with his coworker Mikayla (Makayla?) who was a completely different experience. I could go on all day about all of the things wrong with the experience I had with this girl in our (maybe) 3 minute interaction. But, I will save it and just say. Please check your attitude at the door every day when you work in customer service (or anywhere!) as you truly have no idea what others are going through, what one morsel of kindness or understanding can do when someone has questions about the headlights they re purchasing. If you aren t capable of being kind or not making your customers feel like idiots- please go somewhere else. Autozone- I hope you show this to mikayla. And I hope she thinks about this the next time she wants to make someone feel small for asking for help. Amor- keep being kind. I appreciate you.

Derrick Morgan (store manager) was very helpful, insightful, and unbother by my 15,000 questions. He changed out my battery and didn't complain at all when it started raining.

Came in today to get my battery tested. Was told by the Hispanic lady with blonde hair that they don't have a tester in that location & to go further down the road to use theirs. Meanwhile, the tester was hanging up behind her. .

I came in I was taken care by Sonia G. she was great answered all my questions very helpful and had a few people waiting for her I can see why she was very nice and professional will be coming here again definitely appreciate her customer service

This was the least helpful Parts store I have ever been in add to that not only did I receive such poor customer service but both the cashier whose only 2 abilities were to ring up whatever was in front of her and call the manager, who actually said 'if you don't know the name of the part how are we going to help?' I then said I have the part after asking him to click on one of the many A/C component/accessories that were right there on the screen he never did and asked why I hadn't brought in the part so I retrieved it...he had no clue. Thankfully there was a customer who was in line and he asked him and I told him that it was for the A/C that was supposed to shut it down in case a freeze up, he asked if it went under the dash I said yes and he said it was for the evaporator and still the manager was baffled.. no knowledge, while the girl didn't even know what ANTIFREEZE was and was trying to show a guy some refrigerant and thought that was correct?Finally he eventually clicked on the button and there was my part, out of stock of course and wanted payment before ordering but wouldn't do that until the next day since they were closing soon.Horrible experience. I will avoid this place like the plague it was for a waste of time. 0 stars

If you are a woman please don't go to this autozone they will not help you. Prejudice white older man rude. I'm so lucky my car started up I was able to go to interstate batteries go over there they are super nice and helpful

Had an old battery at home for a while and I asked the AutoZone on Monroe st. if they take old batteries even though I didn't buy mine there and they said yes and they'll give me a $10 store card but not cash. Went to this one on Tennessee st. and the old man told me " if I bought it at Walmart take it back to Walmart". I asked him before I took the battery inside and he even told me I get a store credit. I think he just didn't want to deal with the paperwork.

I came in for a part and JD and mike had excellent customer service. They made everything so easy. They both deserve raises and the proper praise for their outstanding service. Excellent.!!! I absolutely love this location. I live off of n Monroe but always choose to come here. I love it here

Got there a little before closing it was four people in the store two customers and 2 employees I was there to get a can of fixaflat and the one guy up front went in the back and got the other guy I asked for a can of fixaflat of course there were a variety of cans different sizes so with my knowledge of the business I got the size that was needed by that time the guy that was waiting on me headed for the checkout register and I followed rang me up$13.00 and some change in and out in a matter of minutes prompt professional helpful good attitude I will go back again because the store had what I needed at that time. quick and simple that's more than I can say about lots of things now a days thank you auto zone I'm a repeat customer great job

For this visit they didn't have what I needed, but was able to order it and have it in stock the very next day at a discounted price. The staff here was super friendly and they even told me what tool I needed to install the item upon my request. They had the tools in stock, so I purchased and had an easy install.

Awesome customer service and even the young onesWorking have much knowledge. I Love this place! O also wanted to state that the 20 year old Pedro was the utmost of help polite knowledgeable and a reason for anyone to come back. Its great to be able to say this about a younger person. As most are lazy and only at work for a paycheck. I hope he gets up in the company and he deserves it. He went beyond his means to help and make my needs his priority

The BEST customer service Ive ever experienced. A different location had sold me the wrong battery for my car, so wrong, it could have exploded. This location let me know about the error and put the right battery in. The manager without hesitation approved this being remedied at this location, even though it meant a loss in profits that the other location should have suffered. He said, "Replace it, take care of the customer." Without a second thought. This location puts their customers first! I will always use this location, even if it's out of my way from now on, and you should too.

After giving them my old battery and my car make and mode, they sold me the completely wrong battery. The + and - signs were even in the wrong place. On my way out, the clerk even told me that I had a receipt in case it didn't work. Upon my return 10 minutes later, "Dwayne W." said that I would have to come back in the morning for the manager to return it. Living in South Florida, that's not an option. The others were understandable, but Dwayne W. was not only completely rude but not sympathetic to our situation whatsoever. After I realized I would just have to buy another battery and take the loss, I told him I needed a new battery. He started counting the cashiers money in front of me. After waiting on him again, I asked if he was going to ring me up for the battery. Like a complete jerk, he responded, "what battery?" Unbelievable. I have to deal with my home and my neighborhood being destroyed back home, and Dwayne the jerk. Thanks Dwayne, management should really consider letting you go!

Came to figure out what I would need to replace my back breaks. JD went above and beyond to serve me and get me all that I needed. He is highly knowledgable and helpful. He had great customer service, but was also real and personaible. If he hasn't gotten a raise recently he definitely deserves one. Because of him I will be returning for my future auto needs.

The girls who work here always have some kind of attitude for some unknown reason. Normally they have what I need in stock, except for having to return a brand new gas pump because it didn't work. It's a decent parts place.

Terrible place to go. Nobody knows what they're doing. They're lazy and take forever. Just going in to get some oil and fuel system cleaner took me 20 minutes. There were only 3 customers ahead of me. The guy checking me out had no clue what he was doing and had to get someone else to check me out instead, who also didn't know what they were doing. Will not be going back to this store or likely any other Autozone. I guess from now on I'm going to be going to Advance Auto.

Took care of my marine battery problem. Completely satisfied, would definitely recommend for marine batteries and chargers. Never had any problems with my truck batteries either.

AutoZone not just the place for service but a place for knowledge as well and help when you need help doing the things that you have no clue of as simple as putting on windshield wipers or changing a lightbulb or minor things that needed to be serviced that you can do yourself without costing you any money other than the product that you might need to buy like a light bulb or windshield wipers and occasionally they have tools to help service you with the convenience of getting the job done or they could recommend someone certified or a company to help you with the specifics of your needs.

Rude! Not helpful at all. That surprised and upset me. My a/c went out and I've been driving all day in a hot car half with my grandson. AutoZone has always been helpful and pleasant. Very surprising! I just asked for help with putting some freon in.

Very friendly staff as they helped me navigate where I needed to go through the store. I had two toddlers with me and the staff did well at being understanding of the situation. things where not the easiest to find but the place seemed clean.

Called and talked to Brandon asked if they had a fuel pump assembly for a 1998 Chevy Silverado Z71 with a 5.7 engine. He proceeds tell me they don t have that option to choose from called Lauren at the Quincy location she nailed it from the start. So thank you Lauren! Brandon let s learn some of the makes and models on vehicles

Asked for specific oil the man treated me like I didn't know what I needed and actually sold my daughter a different type if oil I had to go back inside and get what we initially asked for. Also told us the wrong amount of oil needed for oil change.

They didn't accept the University of Florida tax exempt certificate. They said they need a notarized hard copy. Never happened before.

Ashley went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem. She most definitely knows how to give great customer service and is very knowledgeable to work in the auto dept.
