Great experience, would recommend.I have a 2014 Chevy Express Van, and not every mechanic can work on it being it is 8600 lbs. Auto Xperts were able to make an appointment for me to drop it off within a week of my calling them. They were pretty busy, so weren't able to get to my van the day of drop off, but were working on it early the next day.I needed a brake inspection to determine wear on all 4 brake pads and rotors, and needed the back passenger door latch repaired due to a rod having become unseated in the assembly and causing issues.These guys could have easily suggested I replace all 4 pads and rotors and I wouldn't have known the difference. The van still has its original pads on, with over 75% wear left. They were exceedingly honest and upfront, letting me know the age and wear levels and providing their own recommendation (If it wasn't squeaking or vibrating, they should still be good with current wear levels for now.). So they could have gotten me for 500-800 of brake work, but instead just charge me an hour for the shop time and another hour of shop time in fixing my back door lock assembly. They had to remove the door panel and fix the actuator rod, then put it back together. You cannot tell they did it, other than the previously broken latch is now fully functional.They clearly communicated the status of the repair via text as it was progressing and I felt well informed throughout.These folks are now my go to mechanic for anything on my vehicle.

Xperts were recommended to me by another shop. Got prompt practical service prior to a roadtrip. I was ready to pay for a full alignment but Jud mercifully charged me a much cheaper rate for just an alignment check when he saw what good shape my vehicle was in:)

My friend recommended this place, so I gave it a try because I needed my brakes replaced. They do great work for a reasonable price. I couldn t recommend them more!

They are able to schedule us to bring our cars in within a couple of days. Auto Experts has correctly fixed small items when they could have run up a huge bill. Fast, honest, accomodating!

This is the best auto place in Tallahassee. I was from out of town and my car broke down while I m Tallahassee. I had to leave and had a family emergency. They took good care of my car and it s driving much better than it s ever done so. If I could give them 10 plus stars, I would. You will be extremely satisfied. Thank you so much. Incredibly helpful when my car broke down on I-10. Looked up the diagnostic code and provided recommendation to fix. Overall just the nicest people. Would 100% go back again if my car breaks down near Tallahassee ever again. Thank you!

About 1&1/2 hrs from home @4pm on Friday when low fluid lights came on and a strange noise started shrieking from the engine .. I pulled into Auto Xperts thinking I was about to live a new nightmare they were so friendly, helpful, honest, and told me the horrible noise was because of low Power-steering fluid nothing major ..filled it along with coolant. and I had no problems or worries getting home! Thank you so much.

We went to get a vehicle inspect before purchasing a used car for our daughter. They seemed to do a thorough inspection so we purchased the vehicle and will take it back to them for some small repairs. Update: we had work done. Everything went well. They even called to follow up a few days later! I was amazed by that. Thanks for the great service!

I thought I had a leak in my engine gasket, so I brought it here and they told me that there was not any sort of leak so I had nothing to worry about and I very much appreciate their honesty and how helpful they were with recommendations! They were quick to help me short notice as well- I highly recommend Auto Xperts!

I find Jud and his team very friendly and helpful. Even when I don't have an appointment and something goes wrong with my Hyundai, they are always quick to help, to 'fit me in', and fix what needs to be done so that I can get back on the road again!! I've been to see Jud and his employees a few times as my 2004 Saturn Vue is starting to show her age. I am always greeted with kindness and professionalism that is rarely seen these days. Jud always sends an email or text seeking feedback on the service he provides. I have nothing but praise for this business.

Auto Experts had been doing the work on both of our vehicles for couple of years. They are easy to work with, they dont keep the car all week, and they are HONEST, even when it would be easy to over charge us.

Auto Xperts started off as my go to for oil changes during the Pandemic. Over the years their attitude and willingness to want the best for the customer has changed them into my go to for car repairs. From my latest fix, Hub Assembly to simply changing my battery(I have a Lincoln Hybrid so batteries are hard to find), I can trust Auto Xpert to have me covered.

Would not recommend. They do not guarantee their work. Took in vehicle for service engine light. They diagnosed and fixed it. A few miles down the road it came on again. The shop says it needs an oil change. We do that, still have engine light. Their solution is to just drive it anyway as they would not guarantee that taking a look at it again & fixing would be no further charge.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic

Recently I happen to breakdown right in front of Auto Xperts and coasted into their parking lot where two employees came out to help me push my vehicle into their parking lot. They were willing and able to work me in the same day and had my vehicle ready that afternoon.Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Scheduled an oil change and car inspection here.Both times I showed up I was told my scheduled appointment was for another day. It wasn't.The owner was extremely hostile, aggressive, and rude insisting that it was my fault and doesn't acknowledge that it is even possible for his company to make a scheduling error.You won't be in business much longer if that's how you treat your customers.NEVER coming back here again

Jud and Don were great to work with. This shop was recommended to us by Discount Tire on Killearn Center Blvd (also a great shop). We let Don know we had just bought the vehicle and needed to get some things looked at. They preformed a travel inspection and looked over everything for us. They were honest about services that had already been preformed and we truly feel like they only did what was necessary to get the car running in tip top shape so as not to rip us off. They even fit us in when they didn t have any appointments available because they knew we d be going out of town and wanted to make sure the car would run safely for us on our trip. It was our first time in but it won t be our last and we d trust any of our vehicles to them. I used to fix my car with them multiple times. They are good mechanics and i think their prices are fair. I towed my car to their shop one time and they diagnosed and found that it is a transmission issue. They recommended for me another specialist shop and they did not charge me any mone.

Auto Xperts is a great shop, they work with me on trying to get the best fix at a price including working with me on hard to find parts for my SAAB cars. The guys really do a great job on the work, and troubleshooting. I have been using Auto Xperts for several years now and would not consider going to any other shop. They have always been kind with great service. They may not always be the cheapest but they are competitive in their pricing and have always gone out of their way to help me. I often see the owner at this location (nice to know he keeps in touch with the every day work). He is friendly and approachable. I love the manager, Booth who always greets me with a smile! And as a woman, I've never felt that they talk down to me. I've brought in a series of cars needing extensive service (I bought them used with this in mind) and they are great of helping determine priorities and giving an estimate to slowly bring them back to full service. I've also referred family and coworkers to them for service. Thank you for the wonderful service! (PS. If you use them, you also get promotional postcards with discounts on future service mailed to your home. I love these and have saved a good bit on services by using them.)

Don went out of his way to find the solution to my 2002 T-Bird instrument cluster problem that the Ford dealerships in Tallahassee and Havana had been unable to fix. The solution was very affordable and they fixed the car as soon as the part was delivered to the shop. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and and how the staff went the extra mile to get the vehicle operating correctly.
