Horrible customer service!! Every time I go here they change the rules!! I used to pay for my order when I picked up my tires, then they made me start calling corporate to pay! I would then have to fight with them to email me a receipt, which I need right away to do my paperwork for my job!! Now you can t just walk in and order tires, you have to call corporate to place an order!! What s the point in have two people sit there to take care of customers, when they don t do anything!! The people sitting there are very rude!! I will make sure that the City of Tallahassee never orders tire s through them again!!

Great professional people. Loaded the tires for me & were friendly as could be. Only reason why it's 4 instead of 5 it's because of how long it took them simply because at a place that closes at 5 there's only 4 people running the entire place at 3-4 o clock. For the size of the business that's definitely off a bit.

Truckload delivery is fast and quick ! Only by appt ! Nice and cool employees! No overnight parking !
