Are you looking for a mechanic you can trust? Someone who is going to tell it like it is and not give you the runaround? Then you ve found the right place. From friendly customer service to professionalism, this is the BEST mechanic I ve been to.From the moment you walk in the door you re greeted by Tara, a wonderfully sweet lady who is gonna get you on your way. Once you ve got your car in their shop, you will receive a link with your estimate. In this link you can tell them what you want them to do and not do or you can call with any further questions. This is a huge convenience and there will probably even be a note at the bottom explaining what they ve done or seen so far.Now, outside of a great experience at the door, you ll find KC to be an expert of his craft. He is truly in it for the love of the game. He s not going to do unnecessary work or try to fish money out of you. He gets the problem solved the right way and is constantly trying to learn and better himself with each vehicle he works on.Overall, this family owned business is the only place I would take my car. Don t let the dealerships or BIG mechanics (Pepboys) give you the runaround. Bring it here and they ll get you rolling in no time.

What a great experience having my daughter s car repaired here! Everyone was very professional but mostly just kind and helpful! Took our car in the next day as everyone else said I had to wait another week! They took us in not even knowing us! Thank you

A last minute car repair was needed, so we stopped at A2Z Auto Repair. Firstly, the receptionist (I cannot recall her name at the moment) is a true godsend. Her personality and courteousness were spot on for handling the Customer Service aspect. Secondly, there were only 2 mechanics on duty and they were busy, but they managed quite well. Lastly, the problem was diagnosed rather quickly, an appointment was set, and the repairs completed. Everyone was competent and very professional. I highly recommend A2Z.

A2Z is the best place to come in town! They are always up front with you about any of the issues your car is having. Even if your car only has one problem, they ll make sure to check out anything else that could possibly be related to it, so you know for certain that your vehicle will be perfect once it s out of the shop. They don t skimp out on making sure your car is in its best condition. The owner and his employees are also some of the nicest people I ve met! A2Z has quickly earned its place as being the only shop I go to have service done on my car. Can t recommend this place enough!!

Today was my first time visiting A2Z Auto Repair. I am very pleased with their services and professionalism. Even though I arrived later than expected the technician CJ still took the time out to look out for me. He did an excellent job and I really appreciate his time and effort. I ll definitely be a regular customer from now on!!!!

My son just moved to Tallahassee and had a problem with his car. He went to A2Z and they took care of it quickly. It ended up being a minor issue but they could have told him anything and charged him anything and he wouldn't have known. These people are honest and professional. Also, when you call Tara answers the phone right away and is super friendly. I cannot praise A2Z highly enough. Thank you.

Best place to go to in Tallahassee. Great customer service and great prices. They will take care of you. The lady at the desk I forgot her name she was excellent as well as CJ who helped me and the other mechanics. My apologies for not remembering names but don t go anywhere else but A2Z they will help you quick fast and in a hurry!!!!!

Great customer service. The receptionist, Tara is sweet as pie!The mechanics are thorough in their diagnosis and check and re check to make sure the job is done perfectly!!I will never go anywhere else for my car repairs!! They are the best!!

Thank you, A2Z! I am a part-time resident in Tallahassee, but they treat me like the side of the family you like! I pulled over a curb, dislodged an under carriage cover. They whipped it into a bay and got me back on the road fast. Whether it is minor service or major repairs, this is a group you can count on. I appreciate they care for my Audi like I do!

These guys are knowledgeable and honest. I visited them for my car maintenance and both of my daughter s cars, and they have delivered 5 star service each time!!! Additionally, they give you the best advice for your car maintenance and aren t out to drain your pockets.I don t usually leave reviews but I do read other s reviews . I wasn t compelled to leave the review and there is nothing in this review for me. My review is for you. Try them and see for yourself!!!!!

A big big thank you to the staff at A2Z! I drove my Honda Civic up from South Florida for homecoming and by the time we made it into town, we heard something scraping the ground. We were referred to KC by a friend and the service was SUPERB! At first, he secured the undercarriage as it was loose, however, there were other issues that were causing the sound. We took the car back and KC did not stop working on the car until he found the source of the issue and he fixed multiple things along the way as well.I highly recommend A2Z and KC for your servicing needs. They re kind, patient, hardworking and trustworthy. The woman at the front desk was lovely as well. Thank you so much once again!

Hands down the best place to get your car fixed in Tallahassee. They are honest, transparent, and reliable people. If you want your car to actually stay running without having to go back to the shop weeks after, this is your place. They won t over charge you for nothing and will give you a year guarantee for the repairs. Took my VW after taking it somewhere else where they said my battery was failing when it was the alternator so I spend a good chunk when I didn t need to. Here they made sure my car came out perfect before it was good to go, and showed me the exact failure, not less and not more. Totally recommend!

Incredibly fast service and friendly staff. I went in with the bottom of my car dragging due to the last service place not bolting it back up properly. Here, the damage was quickly repaired and I was in and out within 30 minutes. There was no attempt at up charging for services or trying to have unnecessary repairs done. I definitely recommend A2Z for any car service needs and I will certainly be coming back for any future car servicing and repairs.

Very professional, felt super safe leaving my car in the mechanic's hands. Came in for an oil change and he took care of an exhaust rattle free of charge! First time getting work done in Tallahassee and I won't be going anywhere else.

Tire light came on right before I got on I-10. They checked for nails and splits and filled all tires, fitting me in immediately, and charged nothing. Desk manager was very kind and personable, and bathroom was immaculate. Thank you! I ll be using your service in the future!

It would be hard for me to be happier than I am with how today went! Last night my serpentine belt failed, which meant no power steering or cooling so my truck was undrivable. After seeing no mechanics open (that's the weekend for you lol) they answered and I had her towed to A2Z this morning around 11am. I'm now sitting here at 1pm with a fixed truck! They were straightforward and transparent about the process but also quick and focused. I don't know a lot about mechanic pricing but it seemed pretty fair to me! The woman in the office (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name!) was very nice and honestly really funny, we had a good time while I was waiting lol. The mechanic who was in today was great too, clearly knew what he was doing and had me in and out very quickly while being up front about everything.As an aside, I was told that Saturdays are for quick emergencies, so if you have a big issue on the weekend you'll have to wait for Monday. But with this kind of service I wouldn't be upset about that! Will definitely be coming back with any other issues with my truck.

I came to this shop because my Honda CRV's AC was continuing to give me problems after multiple high cost repairs at another auto shop.Alex did an AC inspection and spent a lot of time trying to identify the problem. Once he did so, he repaired it and my AC is working great.Throughout the process Alex visually explained everything to me and always spoke to me in a respectful and professional manner. And after all the time and work he did on my car, I was not charged anything beyond what I paid for the initial AC inspection.I want to add that I was willing to pay for a new compressor because I was due to travel and thought that would fix the problem quickly. However, Alex was not convinced that was necessary and was reluctant to recommend that I replace any parts. He provided clear reasons for his determination.In the end Alex's professional judgment was correct. Alex and Tara were always friendly, professional. patient and helpful. My only disappointment was not having gone to this shop sooner. I highly recommend this place!Service: Air conditioning

This is my go-to car repair shop in Tallahassee. Every time I was there, they immediately took care of my car and quickly got it repaired. The prices are very reasonable, and they even did a (small) repair for free last time! Also, I really like that they take the time to explain what the problem is, what they are going to do about it, and why.

The team at A2Z did an awesome job taking great care of me and my car. From the initial phone call to the actual repair they were on it! I was able to get back on the road and head back home to Atlanta quicker than any normal repair shop would have pulled off. Their goal is to deliver great customer service with quality workmanship was reflective to the reviews from previous customers. Called in the day before and made an appointment. Was a little late but I was welcomed in by KC all the same. The mechanics here were pleasant, helpful, and attentive to what my car needed. I brought brake rotors and brake pads for them to put on the car along with a engine under shroud to replace my damaged one. They got it done quickly and took care of me and my car. Would definitely recommend these guys and will be coming back again!Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

After having an awful experience at the BMW dealership, A2Z was recommended to me. I wish I had gone there first! They were able to get me in & service my car expediently. Not only that, KC took his time explaining my options to me and fully answered all of my questions. They were honest, professional, and friendly and they have earned a loyal customer. First off I m start by the lady at the front desk I love her so much !!! She keep me updated making sure my car was getting taken care of !! Very nice and professional!!! One shop had my car for 3 months which was capital euro ! They tried charger me 33,000 !! Then A2z got my car and fix it within 3 weeks or less and the price was understandable!! I love this place !! This would be the first and only place I would come !! Thanks so much
