I had the pleasure of being assisted by HABIB, and I must say their level of service was truly exceptional. From the moment I entered the store, he greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor.Habib demonstrated an impressive knowledge of T-Mobile's products and services. he took the time to listen to my needs and provided thorough explanations, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of the options available.My experience at the T-Mobile store was elevated by the outstanding service provided by him. he truly exemplifies what excellent customer service looks like, and I am grateful for the positive experience. Kudos to T-Mobile for having such dedicated and customer-focused individuals on their team.

When I am going to give an opinion I try to be as transparent as possible and in this case I am going to refer to the t mobil in surfside as the best because they always welcome you with a big smile and their representatives do their best to provide you with a solution, this makes it a very special store. This is how I see it, as I always visit this store, it is my favorite because they give you fair treatment, especially Ilana, Enmanuel and Habid for all these details above and for the good disposition of their employees... I always recommend this store

Kendra at the Surfside Team Mobile store is "Outstanding" !!! She efficiently and courteously transferred all the data from my old phone to the new phone without delay or hesitation. Kendra is very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Kendra delivered the Wow! She is a Super Star

Is this anyway to run a cell phone store? (12/28/2023) I called Surfside T Mobile: "Do you have Samsung Flip 5s in stock?"The woman (manager) who answered said "Yes". So an hour and a half later, I walk into to a store void of customers, but with three of the four employees present (lady manager and two men) arguing aloud right in front of me. As the loud arguing continued, I asked a pleasant sales girl, not involved in the argument, to show me the Samsung Flip 5. We walked over to the display and the Flip5 on display was dirty and not working, and the screen was bubbling like a bad car window tint job. (The first thing you are taught in store merchandising is... It is all about the presentation! HAHA.)It gets even worse... because I definitely wanted a Flip5, I said"Even though this looks horrible, I will buy one, just not this one. (giggles)" The sales girl replied "I have to check if we have it in stock." I said "Oh I called, and the manager lady said you have Flip 5s in stock." Turned out the manager lady had just said to me on the phone "Yes we have them." without even checking (so lazy). There were NONE. When I complained directly to the manager lady, she shrugged me off and said " We don't hold phones, we could of sold it." My thought...four employees in an empty store would remember if they just sold a Flip5 in the past hour and1/2.In conclusion: Employees arguing in front of a customer, Laziness, Dirty Merchandising Display, Lying to cover up horrible customer service.

0 stars - Pathetic This goes to T-Mobile Corporate.. go to AT&T Verizon or anywhere else.. after 7 times with customer service I needed Yalena Delarosa deleted on my caller ID.. T- says I have to change my number.. they could not fix... wow the technology they have..Poor and pathetic.. AT&T is soo much faster and no disconnects in Miami Beach- T-mobile is horrible

I would give zero stars if I could. I dropped off a wifi router from them after my service was finished, and a few months later I got a call from them that I owe $250.00 for not returning the wifi router. I spoke to many reps for hours throughout multiple different phone calls and their conclusion was that the router was never scanned in so I had to pay them the $250 fee for a router I had returned, horrible store/company dishonest, and they threaten to send to collections if the invoice is not paid. I would stay far away.

team worked there on Saturday 9/30 evening around 5 pm - the laziest people i've seen in my life. Manager is useless and rude. Please do not go there or teach your staff how to help customers if they are in a need. How can you be so indifferent human beings.... shame on youhope corporate is reading this and will be able to take some actions.

today, 7/25/23 at 2:40pm I entered the store and was "helped" by a very rude, disrespectful employee. It was a guy and had no care in the world about customer service. I know it's hard finding staff but he isn't fit for a retail job. I don't have his name but you can check who was working. I wouldn't hire him as a Walmart greeter. Horrible attitude. It was 3 employees a lady, a guy with a handicap and then the rude guy.

Agnely , a worker at your store was so helpful and pinpointed the problem with my phone right away. I had been having problems getting phone calls and making calls out for many weeks. I had come to your store many times for help to try to fix the problem. They said they fixed the problem each time I came but the problem persisted and I did not have correct use of my phone . To day I came in very desperate and upset about no one being able to help me fix the problem. Agnely spotted the problem right away as a old and faulty sim card. She changed the sim card and the problem is corrected. You and I am blessed to have someone like Agnely, whose knowledge, skill, honesty and care made the difference to enable me to use my phone and make and receive calls. People like Agnely are indispensable and a blessing to help your business be successful. I think she should be aknowledged rewarded for her skill, knowledge care and honesty and so nice, respectful and pleasant.SincerelyGenia Rachel Weinkranz

Horrible experience. I went in with my daughter to purchase an iwatch. Greeted and helped by Angely (whom looked higher than a kite) also smelled of MJ. Again let me emphasize I m with my minor daughter who in inhaling the terrible smell. This store needs a revamp of employees. No one needs to go into a phone store and be drowned in the horrible stench of MJ Simply not clean. How can I feel secure giving my personal information to someone who isn t in there sober state of mind

What a bad expierence, went to bal halbour got an updated phone 5g. Three months done the line, I'm told my plan is the reason why my phone is slow. After i have paid numerous charges for no reason, qs i should have cverage in the places tmobile is advertising. I was never informed of this for one. Second chance, needed a wifi device for work, ended up paying for the device outright. I was told there were unable to get into my account, so i was sold a prepaid. Now thinking as a customer, I was never informed that I can put this on my current bill nor was i informed of the reason why my only choice was prepaid. . I was also informed that this device was 5g and believed it because my receipt states a 4-5g sim card. Down the line, it's not. So now we are 2 months down the line, as i needed a decice for work purposes and this was cleqrly stated at point of purchase, im getting called into compliance as im being told this device ip does not indicate it belongs me to me. Next,I was unable to pay my bill due to multiple people including customer service unable to locate my account. Three days of wasting my time and traveling back and forth in hopes something can be done. Went to store and found out my account was not even under my name. So now, all that is done is a update to the name on the account and nothing more. Also, expressed my concern and I was told basically that I cannot return the device nor get my money back. A waste of 200.00 dollars, like anyone wants to hear that after being a customer for so long, going back and forth, no accountability and definetly people are misinformed about the devices they sell. Also. Was told that this device can go anywhere, now I'm told there's a limit. The point that I trusted I would be taken care of and be treated fairly, HUGe disappointment and unprofessional. I was treated the entire time like I was suppose to know these things when the sole purpose of going to any store is to be fully informed and know of your options. Been a customer of sprint for 17 years and never had this type of experience. Wasted time, money, gas and its under review. Definitely, will never go back there. Meanwhile, I'm fighting charges due to me not having a stable service when I have a updated phone. Ridiculous, please hire people whom understand there job aide and can fully perform there duties as a representative of tmobile. The quantity of devices sold looks good but will never compare to the quality of the support given,if people just go in to get a check and not Perform there job to the highest quality of a retail or mobile supposedly expert.

Even though the store was empty the Manager was dismissive to my simple concerns , did not try to sell me, assistant seemed willing to help but played on supervisor lead. I know there is no employees right now but the manager is a bad seed or needs an extensive retraining on sales, manners, and store procedures. I have been an owner and as well as in sales for 25 years so I am as sympathetic as it possibly comes. Beautiful but empty store !

Had an amazing experience a week ago when our iPhones came in and we arrived at the T-mobile store less than an hour before closing. Ilana helped us with the entire phone data and eSIM transfer and stayed behind after the store closed to ensure we got all the help we needed on a Friday evening. Anthony also stayed behind late and helped us complete the number transfer. Thank you both for all the help!

Donimea and Agnely were very helpful and went above and beyond with their customer service and would recommend them both. In the surfside store I was warm welcomed upon my arrival from beginning to end I felt wanted as not just a customer but a friend thank you guys and The T-mobile team.

Just changed my phone company to T-mobile yesterday and the customer service in this store was incredible. Super helpful staff, explained everything i needed to know and more. Especially Jadiaya, who helped me the entire time and made the process go by smoothly. Thank you for helping me make the switch!

Let me tell you a little something about Willie.. hands down the best service I ve received in any T-Mobile store I ve gone to this date. Very friendly and professional, super knowledgeable with all the products they have to offer, and he really goes over the top to make it a good experience. Definitely recommend this location to anyone shopping around!

The worst service in this store. FromAldem. We waiting for 3 weeks to receive 2 Iphone 13 pro max. and we never received the phone and the time we go to see the Problem the lady she say come back tomorrow because we working to much and we need to go home .

Great experience at the Surfside T-Mobile DEECEE helped me back up my phone and was able to successfully transfer all of my information on the iCloud from one phone to another he was very patient and he explained a lot of information about the Internet service available and about the phone itself I highly recommend him and I will definitely be back and it save me a trip to the Apple store thank you again
