We come here often and they have completed many nice repairs and updates, but was not happy with the new hot tub not working there during the entire visit. We pay a bunch in maintenance fees yearly with Bluegreen, and I tend to get rather upset when things aren't maintained or serviced properly. The new rubber coating on the entire outside deck is a very nice touch and much easier on the feet.Rooms: The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept.Walkability: There is a great walking, hiking, biking path that follows along the beach just behind the resort which is fantastic. The beach is easily accessible and the resort provides towels, chairs and sun umbrellas to their guests on the beach.

Great location, right on the beach. Very helpful service too, including free beach chairs & umbrellas on the beach for guests and activities for families at the resort. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and have a full kitchen. For Bluegreen owners, this is the type of resort where they bought a hotel and converted it to a Bluegreen resort. That means the rooms aren't as big as the self-built resorts but they did well with it. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff excellent. Valet parking is very nice. Too bad owners have to pay $20 a day for parking. The worst thing is the wifi. Almost impossible to work or watch a movie using the internet. The amenities are very nice including a pool table and air hockey Surfside is a much more layed back place than other parts of Miami. So the beach is awesome.

Great place other than all rooms, not even most are water front. Staff is super friendly and kind. They activities are really cool. The worst part is the bathroom. The door opens into the toilet. There is hardly any light. None over shower and very dark. Also no fan so there is mold growing around the sink. Other than that pretty nice.

This hotel has no amenities at all. Very high traffic area. Beach is beautiful. Resort is beautiful, just nothing to do unless you drive somewhere and ya better be a good driverNearby activities: Very priceyFood & drinks: No food or drinks at this place. A bar and grill would go over big time and some activities

If you are already a BlueGreen owner- then make it your business to book your stay soon! The property is newly reopened after an extensive refurbishment. Parking is easy, and the resort has some great amenities. The unit we reserved is great too- newly updated & very comfortableBlueGreen is showing OFF with this property!

NO TV THAT WORKS (55" smart tv's). SERVICE MAN DOES NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH. otherwise very nice place.Rooms: beautiful, modern 1 bedroom 11/2 BATH apartment home. roomy. GREAT BED AND BEDDING!!!!!

It's a small resort but the facilities are top-notch. Everything is spotless, the rooms are enormous, the bed was SO comfortable. Small pool but lots of tables, chairs, lounges. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Located in a very convenient lication - easy access to whatever you need. It's been a terrific stay!

This location was cool. Easy to find , very nice and spacious, very much everything I have come to expect from blue greenThe gym was small but had good equipment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beaches aren't very sandy here, mostly all shells, it's also shared with a bike trail so its narrow right behind the resort. Also know its $10per day to park.

The room was nice, and it was a good location but that is where the good ends. They would not let any delivery drivers come bring your food to you, you had to wait at the elevator for 5 minutes and go down and get it yourself which defeats the purpose of social distancing in the first place. Whenever you needed towels or hand soap you still had to go to the lobby to get it. The customer service was awful, when we checked out they hit us with a $30 valet fee... surprise, there was NO valet parking.

The location was not were all the action is, but a short drive and your there. The staff is so friendly, and engaging. My short stay he was great! The room i stayed in didn't really have a view, but it was extremely spacious. It was like a apartment. Had everything needed, dishes, toiletries, laundry soap, and dish washing liquid. The bed and couches were super comfy! Definitely would stay again

Nicely upgraded. Still needs some cleanup work in the bathrooms (bathroom door), but overall comfortable. Staff is always friendly. Unfortunately, I am a premier owner and have yet to be treated as promised, especially upon check in.

Great vacation. We had the 1 bedroom villa and the place was outstanding. The room was clean and everything met our expectations. The pool was warm at all times of the day (staying in early June). Located right on the beach was a HUGE bonus.

If they let you in its an awesome place but they really stick to that 3pm arrival time - don't expect to get in early! Place is booked all the time, Timeshare that allows hotel guests. Construction going on at beach and next door will keep prices down and people away. Good location, rooms are nice..Most of staff great. Loved Hector from parking area....

The front desk staff is very friendly. Clean facility nice area around. The employee at the beach (Rigoberto) was amazing! He was very sweet always making sure we were enjoying ourselves, he was in charge of getting us comfortable (lawn chairs beach towels ect.) He truly went above and beyond and always with a smile.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The view was beautiful, the beach was amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool, bbq grills amd other amenities were easily accessible. Overall it turned out to be a great vacation for our family.

Very nice place. Great staff and valet parking. Beautiful views of the beach. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, so you have to drive. And that means waiting for your vehicle from valet. Lots of toll roads/bridges in the area.
