We went to batteries plus with our golf cart. The charge wasn t lasting as long as it was previously and charge was draining very fast. Don checked our batteries and found we had a bad cable and it should be replaced and also told us we should take out some water and add battery electrolyte. After doing the things he recommended we have noticed our cart is running just like when we installed the batteries 1 1/2 years ago. Don is very knowledgeable and knows golf batteries extensively! If your having any issues with your carts batteries or charging go see Don. You will not be disappointed!

Batteries Plus and Don Novak the store Manager in Sun City Center, FL are the Bomb Diggity when it come to replacing your old Golf Cart batteries. Don replaced my old batteries in a very short time and I was on my way to play a round of golf. He was extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL!!!! Look NO FURTHER for a Golf Cart Battery store. THIS PLACE IS THE ONE!!!

I had the pleasure of stopping by the Sun City Center store and was impressed by the top notch customer service delivered by Don. He was gracious with his time and provided me with a lot of great information. I stopped in to have my FOB battery replaced and Don was able to do it in less than 5 mins. I was also impressed to learn about their lifetime FOB battery plan; you pay once and you can keep returning at no extra cost, what a great deal.

The absolute best customer service I ve had anywhere in years. They spent hours in the hot sun to program a key for my car until it was working correctly. I highly recommend coming here if you want to feel special and get what you need taken care of. I can t say enough positive things about the two gentlemen that took care of me today. Thank You!!

Prices are a bit high from other retailers and the Manager did not have the charger I was looking for so he insisted on doing some research to find the charger I needed for a specialized battery. He promised he would find it somewhere else and call me when the charger was in so I could pick it up. Stated he never gives up. Very nice gentleman but he did not fulfill that promise even 7 months later. He never did call and I assume did not find the charger which he could have told me and I would have completely understood. He asked me to please give him a 5 star rating, and normally I do and give very positive reviews, but I simply cannot in this instance due to the broken promise and no further communication about not finding the charger. Sorry. :(

The staff was pleasant and professional. I came hear to get my phone glass replaced and they did a very good job. My friend needed her windshield wiper replaced and they replaced it on the spot. I highly recommend this loction and they are open 7 days a week.

I just came back from Batteries Plus on Cortaro Drive and I just want to say what a fabulous experience I had. First of all I was having a difficult morning trying to locate a battery for my Prius let alone someone to install it as well. With gray relief Don informed me he had my battery in stock and that I would be able to get it installed for free. Thank you Ryan for your great and fast service. Thank you Don as well.

Went in for a new battery. Staff members were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Made the whole process smooth and painless. Installer did a nice, thorough job. : )

Called at 6.30 pm asking asking about getting a battery in my iPhone 6 plus. Was told we have one in stock. Drove over same night was installed and out the door by 745 for $ 65 New phone $1000. Do the math. Ryan was professional good service price

Not just batteries!! They also do a fantastic job of making laser-cut keys at a great price. KIA wanted $75 to cut one key. Batteries Plus made two for me for $40 in under 15 minutes. Great selection of batteries and light bulbs of every type known to man!! Great service.

I stopped in for a new car key for an old car after trying two other places, and facing frustration. The young guy (sorry don't remember his name) worked hard and had to diagnose several issues before getting all three keys programmed. Then, there was another issue: They saw my battery was nearly gone. They were able to replace that, too. Bottom line, their approach, service and customer focus were great. I highly recommend this place and will be back.

Don was awesome! He answered our questions yesterday, defined the possible battery options for our vehicle, assured us he would install the correct battery if he possibly could (our situation was a little tricky), told us the hours he would be there today so that we could pull right in as we were passing through. Today, Don installed our new battery professionally and perfectly so we made it to our destination with everything in order. Very happy customer! Thank you!

I went to Batteries Plus in Ruskin a few weeks ago and had the BEST service by Ryan! He went above and beyond by being patient with me I was experiencing some medical hurdles and had multiple battery issues with my new car.I meant to write this right away as I was so impressed but we had some family things come up. I would highly recommend this store due to the service, knowledge, inventory, and easy access parking.Thank you again Ryan for taking some stress off me, you are very appreciated!
