Nice people, employees, corporations Suck, they wanted to charge me $160 an hour, $300+ after taxes to put in a exhaust system, they gave me a 2 hour install time for a 45 minute job! Got it done for $100 elsewhere! Definitely Not a good place to go to except for an emergency

DO NOT GO HEREI went in for a tire and was quoted on over $400 worth of work. I m assuming since I m a girl they thought they could pull a fast one on me. They mentioned my wipers needed to be replaced but my bf replaced them 2 weeks ago. They mentioned I needed a new battery and that mine was on %1 but my battery was still under warranty and less than 2 years old. They also recommended an oil change that was completed 2 months ago. When I got home it just needed to be topped off.Do not trust this place with your business. Look else where

Don't go here. Made an appointment online for a wheel alignment only to be told when I get there they have no one to do it and to come back tomorrow. I would recommend going somewhere else that values your time and money

Took it to a tire choice center for brake pads. After inspection they said i needed front and rear pads and rear rotors. I said ok. I came back and they said "have some bad news, your front passenger side is craked and that will be another $275. I ask them to show me and indeed it was craked. How do I know they did not crack it themselves when removing the caliper? Would they not have found that before quoting me?they also explained i needed new boots because they were terrible.$895 for this mess

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHAT YOU NEED JUST TO RUN UP A BILL. I WENT TO HAVE A TIRE PLUGGED, THE TIRE WAS ONLY 4 MONTHS OLD, THEY SAID OH THIS TIRE IS NOT REPAIRABLE YOU NEED A NEW TIRE. LIARS

These guys were great! Called with an alignment issue and they fit me right in and fixed the issues same day. They explained things to me since my truck is lowered and it's little more complicated than regular vehicles to do an alignment on. Was my first time going there and they definitely have a returning customer. Tom was excellent with the explanation of the alignment perimeters.

My grandmother took her car here and they tried to tell her all kinds of stuff was wrong with it. I'm a mobile mechanic for last 10 years and I can tell you they're lying to people and taking advantage of the elderly. I also came across another person who said they tried doing the same thing and it's the main manager doing it to make money.

Recent experience was awful!!Made an appointment for a quick oil change and tire rotation, after waiting for AN HOUR, they didn t even touch my car!!! Then, after waiting another 45 mins, I paid my bill and left only to realize they didn t even rotate my tires!!! So I had to go back and wait another 20 + mins!! All total, two and a half hours later, the NEW manager apologized and gave me a card for a free oil change for next time, I informed him there won t be a next time!! This was the SECOND appt I went in for a tire rotation, paid for it, and they didn t do it!!! On top of all that, he was very sales pushy for things I don t need or want!!I m going back to FIRESTONE where I ve NEVER had any of these issues!!

My tire pressure was low due to the cold weather. I pulled right in and the technician put air in all four tires was very professional. They never charged me I would go back there the next time I need tires or an oil change very impressed

Dont come here they are idiots twice they have put the wrong tire size on my vehicle. Dont trust them if they are capable of screwing up something so basic as a tire change I cant imagine when something difficult comes along.

Do not go to this place! The guy working behind the counter has no idea what is going on in the shop floor and the technicians are a bunch of young kids. They did a rush inspection on my car only for me to find out that they broke the clips on the top of my air filter box the very next day. I brought the car in and they all just stared underneath the hood not wanting to take blame for what happened. The technician said he did not take the top of the air filter box off which is absolute craziness. How else could they have inspected the air filter without taking the top of the air filter box off? Word of mouth is more powerful than you think and this business will suffer.

Had a flat repaired that was flat the next day again great job! Ordered 4 tires that were promised the next day never called...so I dunno if im supposed to say this but I went to Sumpter tire today got 4 new tires put on they had them in stock and my trailer tire repaired in about 30 minutes so I dunno how they do it in Rochester New York as ur guy was bragging about but here in Florida thats how its done

I went in there five minutes before they closed and they were so kind and never rushed me or made me feel rushed they literally fix my tire and didn't even charge me great people

This is the ONLY place near the villages, lady lake, weirsdale that would repair my trailer tire. They are awesome, highly recommend!!!!
