Just had another pleasant and effective visit to your shop. My wife and I had a great experience here. We had two cars go down the same day and had no/very little time for repairs. Doug and his team made quick adjustments to accommodate our time crunch. This is one of the most excellent service centers I have encountered in my almost 74 years. You can expect honest quality service at a fair price. Doug is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in such a way that a lay man can understand. When he gives you a price you can be assured that that's what the price will be. I highly recommend this service center. After 10 years of fine service on my car I brought my golf cart in for new front tires and received the usual fine service and a fair price. These guys took over the fleet at the a/c company I work for. Way better than the ford stealership on pricing and customer service. I'll be bringing my personal vehicles here now after my good experience with the work van.

I went to this location a year ago for a timing belt and water pump. Great job!Recently my car had issues with oil leaks and these guys found and fixed them! They are trustworthy and dependable.It s great Doug will text or call the day after the work is completed to make sure everything is good. (Definitely a nice touch!)

I've been a valued customer for at least 5 years, and always have my oil change, fluid level checks, and tire rotations done every 5000 miles. Doug Ritson, and Dave McClelland, are both very courteous and helpful every time. I can count on these guys to keep my Honda Element SUV running smooth and safe for my family. I've also had other repair services performed flawlessly, with accurate and professional diagnostics. Doug makes it a point to review such repairs, point out worn or replaced parts and speak with me to assure I am happy with the repair. I'll be a happy customer for a long time.

I noticed i had a flat tire and went directly to NAPA AUTO CARE located in Summerfield at 4:15 pm. One of technicians was kind enough to come straight over and took a look and noticed a nail in the tire. He lifted vehicle up with Jack stand and put air in it for me. They ordered what was needed and hanled everything with my tire protection plan in getting the vehicle back up and running the very day. It was so late in the afternoon they had to order my tires for next day delivery. I've been a long time customer for at least the last 4-5 years. Highly recommend them. The service center was a bit hard to find (behind other buildings and trees), but we re glad we did! The waiting area was clean, the manager and mechanics were very courteous and professional, and the job was done quickly. Doug and Rob were very professional.Even after finding out that the transmission was bad, they explained the affordable options I had. They were able to remove and replace the transmission with a rebuilt one in a very reasonable time. I was expecting it to take several weeks but the job was done in less than 4 days.I would definitely recommend them for anything from a basic oil change to a transmission replacement.

I had a very pleasant experience at this shop. I needed to have my cracked oil pan replaced, I was quoted about $1000 over the phone for the job. I went in 2 days later, and while having the oil pan replaced I was informed that there was a broken sensor connected to the oil filter that also needed to be replaced. I knew that it was broken prior to taking my car to the shop but didn t mention it to them, very pleased that they noticed as well and asked if I wanted to replace it at the same time. Overall I was charged $1060 with the extra work and car is running great without issue.

I took my vehicle here to get an oil change and an alignment... they kept my car for 2 days only to give me an oil change.. apparently due to "staffing issues" they were unable to fix my car in a timely manner than quoted me $1,100+ on things that the car needs done mechanically.. would DEFINITELY FIND SOMEONE ELSE

My AC blower was shot. I was in at 1PM my appt time. Then within an hour and half. The price was reasonable so I was happy. Brought my other car in a week later for an oil leak. Sitting in lobby right now waiting.

I have done business with Doug and his crew at NAPA for going on 6 yrs. He has worked on at least 5 of my cars including a specialty DeLorean .Doug has always been fair and stood behind his shops work. I could find cheaper work for sure but I leave feeling confident it was done correctly and any problem will be handled quickly and it is very rare that will happen. I highly recommend all of his service big or small.Service: Oil change
