I had a lot of faith in the guys but they did me wrong yesterday. First off they said that the warranty on our vehicle was out by date. But when we talk to the dealership we purchased the vehicle from, they say it s valid. Hilton said they diagnosed the starter was bad and that wasn t the case. We had our vehicle towed to the dealership and come to find out the Motor locked up. They are NOT to blame for that, but my point is that they said the starter was bad and it isn t. The dealer ship says the starter is fine. So basically they lied to me and said they diagnosed the vehicle and DIDNT. They charged us 150$ to release the vehicle and never even looked at it. They said they never found the key fob but it was right where we left it. This is bad. I ve been referring people to you guys for the last 2-3 years. My mother in law refuses to deal with you guys anymore for whatever reason. This isn t right. They seem to take advantage of woman who don t have any one on their side because my wife is the one that actually dealt with the guys. She said they were rude to her as well.

Would not recommend for a diesel. Dropped my F350 off for an oil change and told them we were smelling fuel. They said they just had to tighten up the exhaust gaskets. Got the truck back and it still smelled of fuel and was no longer running smoothly in reverse. I took it to another shop and in reality there was fuel leaking from a fuel line!! It took their tech less than two minutes to find it and show me the leak when I dropped it off. The second shop also found that the transmission fluid was bone dry and said there were about 3 quarts too much oil in my engine....

I broke down 3 miles away. Told AAA I wanted to be towed to Hilton Auto. I called Hilton and was told it would be a few days. I needed a simple repair and couldn't wait 3 days. Opted to be taken to a competitor who fixed my car 20 mins.

Staff was very helpful dealing with my situation which I was visiting from out of state. I didn t have to wait too long and they were able to squeeze in an oil change since I was there. Thanks for all your help.

Good, honest place. Had my transmission flushed and filled before cross country move. Made it to Arizona. I'm sorry I won't have the pleasure of doing business here again.

Great guys. Great service. I was in a bind needing 2 batteries replaced which are mounted on the frame /side of my Ford Diesel van. Not an easy job. I called a few minutes ahead. Upon arrival I got a very reasonable estimate. Less than 2 hours later I m paying up and pulling out. Very impressed and appreciated the quick service.I was impressed with the knowledge and expertise in the crew. When you have competent knowledgeable folks it s a pleasure doing business.Don t hesitate to take your ride to Hilton. I glad I found Hilton

Do not go here they will just take your money they do not look at your car ask them to check to see why my car wasn't starting they put a $250 battery in the problem is still there I will not ever go back to these people be careful

This rating would be a "no star" review but that is not an option. I am the first to give a great review.However... Hilton Automotive does not deserve one. I was lied to. I was treated very rudely. After my vehicle sat there for 4 days, they had not even attempted to diagnose. When I called to inquire, they were rude and sounded bothered by my call.I sent a tow truck to collect my vehicle to bring to another repair shop and they had "conveniently" lost my key. They acted as though we were abusing them for asking firmly where our key was.Thankfully we had a spare key and was able to get my vehicle out of that place.I was also informed by them that they only had 2 good auto techs and they were way behind in their work. Why wasn't I told that when I had my vehicle towed to them in first place?Not sure where their 4 star rating is coming from? Family, friends, owner maybe?....Before posting this review, I asked businesses and people local to Hilton's. NOBODY RECOMMENDED THEM.I suggest Wilkes Automotive. Ask for Jack. He had our truck repaired in less than 4 hours.

My serpentine belt broke right down the street on Saturday. On Monday, I had my car towed here, after talking to Tom. They got it done fast, were super efficient, and the price was jaw dropping! I thought for sure it was going to be $300 more than what I was charged. This is the first time I've gotten work done on my car and haven't felt like I was being taken advantage of!!!!I will DEFINITELY be takin my car here from now on. I have been looking for an honest, decent, mechanic (since I moved here in '09) and I believe I've finally found them! Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU to everybody at Hilton Automotive!!!! You have eased my mechanic anxiety

Amazing professional experience. I had a AC issue. Need ed new compressor on Mercedes-Benz. They ordered and installed in a quick time frame! Reasonable price. The shop has a family owned feel. The staff is thorough and friendly . We are now enjoying cool air thanks to Hilton Automotive. I would recommend these people to anyone who wants honest, efficient, trustworthy service! Thank you guys! 5 plus stars!

What more can I say about Hilton Automotive they always stand behind their word I remember one day that they called and said that my vehicle is ready so I go down pay my bill get in my truck in real life and there is something wrong so I was told to bring it back on Monday no big deal no one's perfect and it's no big inconvenience so I take it back Monday unbeknownst to me the work had to be redone on a certain area hey look everybody makes mistakes no one's perfect shortly thereafter I was called and my truck was ready to go they paid for their end of the deal and of course there was no charge to me since I had already paid folks you don't get any better than that so when you get a chance swing by and say hello to Tommy or Don I guarantee that you won't be disappointed thanks guys for standing behind your word for standing behind your word

Took my car in with no notice due to a check engine light.Even though they were busy, they checked it out and found a minor issue and sent me down the road without a charge.Good people and although I hope to not need em anytime soon, if I do, they'll be first on my list !!

The staff is amazing. Stopped in for an emergency flat tire... They said they don't patch tires there, but filled up all four with air, and then ran a diagnosis on the car, and referred us to a great tire place for free. When my car really breaks down, this is where I'll be going to get it fixed.

Tom was very helpful. We thought it needed a new computer. He could have charged us for that. It did not need anything but tighten connections. Honest people! Very impressed!

I've been taking our cars to these guys and I'm never disappointed...Pricing competitive but reasonable. Professional, courteous, personable and very patient explaining issues about your car....12 yrs of doing business with them and I don't care to go to anyone else...Great job guys...I always leave as a satisfied customer. Been going to the Hilton Automotive in Summerfield to see Don since around 2002 when my extended family recommended his shop. They ALWAYS treat me well, my vehicles get fixed for a fair price and they don't cheat, haggle or upsell anything! They tell you the issue they've found, give you their price, and the choice is yours as to what you'd like to have them do. They're honest, trustworthy and operate with integrity... that's the kind of place that I will continue using for as long as I am able to! Thanks for the Great Work!

Friendly service BUT requested simple oil change and tire rotation ..... oil leaking before I got home from a faulty gasket installation at the filter. Was told tires couldn't be rotated due to missing lug-lock wrench adapter but it was in the console all along ... However they did come to my home and replaced the gasket rather than have me drive my low-on-oil vehicle back to their shop.

Brought my car in to be fixed at lunch time, they finished and i went on my way, but it wasnt driving right didnt get more than a mile before i turned around and brought it back just as they were leaving. They atayed and are looking at it now. One of the mechanics who had already left, even came back to work on my car. That is super impressive service.
