I was so excited to be put in this beautiful semi new rv, everything shiny nothing looked wrong . I go to sign the papers and the lady ask me if I wanted to look before I signed the papers I told her I had already seen it then she explains that she wasn t able to get me into that one but had one for me it s an older but bigger one with red oak lining etc.we go look at I was extremely sad it was older not anything to be too excited about had some issues but due to my living arrangements I needed to do something .so she gave me a piece of paper and told me that if I seen anything broken, wrong to write it down on the honor sheet , that they promised to repair every on the paper. I put on there things about the floor in the bathroom being lifted they said oh that s cool we can come to you and fix it (knowing we didn t have a fifth wheel hitch or even a truck big enough to pull it) then there was the ac and then the stabilizer motor, and so much more.they replaced the ac with one that runs constantly and not only that the man put unnecessary holes in the roof causing my rv roof to leak. They said listen you want it fixed you have to bring it to us they knew I lived in this thing. I even told them it looked like water damage in the corner cabinet when I viewed it they said it was something they repaired when they got the rv. Needless to say I ve lived in here and never had the courage or I guess anger to write until now. Be careful they act to be your friend and there for you they try to relate to you and then screw you completely. Now my dogs and I are living with no ac in the room or regular bedroom lights due to being afraid of getting shocked when it s pouring rain inside my rv, I have to go to the park bathroom to shower .I warn all my patients and friends to stay away from here and I will do the same for you I still have 27000 $ to pay on this travel trailer and I can t shower in there I can t sleep in the bed I have to manually put the stabilizer down. Try rv swap shop or optimum rvs anywhere but here!!!!!!Update still nothing

We just bought a 26ft Shasta from Forest River RV in Ocala and i want to tell you these people bent over backwards to take care of our needs from finding the right one to getting the insurance and finance taken care of! Deacon was on it with us and answered every question we had and got us in the camper we wanted and Shay in the office took the time to help us with the banks and Insurance, She was great to work with. So if you are in the market for an RV go see these people. No pressure they listen to your needs and work to find you the RV that fits your needs! I give these people 10 stars! Thank you for such and easy and fun transaction. Will use you in the future as our needs change!

2/24/2021 This was our "HAPPY DAY"... We had paid for our new NO BO 19.5, including the upgraded Solar Charging system, Lithium (LFP) battery bank, and 2KW inverter/charger. We worked with Nathan at Forest Rived to ensure the RV build included what we needed for self-sufficiency off grid. We had a good quote from an Ohio dealer, but Nathan convinced us to move to TravelCamp Ocala (TCO), closer to our home in Pompano Beach. Nathan was good for us except for that dealer choice. That "Happy Day" came after fighting with TCO service department to complete hit list items from an early Jan. 2021 inspection visit. We spent 5 days in local hotels waiting for service to complete their work. We left with a shorter hitlist and the famous "We'll call you when the parts com in FIB".Our trip to Camelot RV Park in Palm Bay was an easy first tow. I recommend the park. Our Telluride AWD SUV handled trailer towing like a champ, even using advanced cruise control in Orlando traffic.I spent most of our 2 days at Camelot correcting installation errors in the Solar/LFP charging System. The inv/cgr was displaying a fatal error code from some installation error, replaced by the vendor, but cost me another $600 to remove/install.Easy trip back to Pompano and into covered storage.Part 1 ... More to followJuly 3, 2022 Im BAACK... Mid March 2021, Went back to Camelot RV Park in Palm Bay, FL to enjoy our RV and the Space Coast. Woke up in the middle of the night in a thunderstorm swimming on our new 12" Bed-in-box wonderful mattress. Rain was pouring in around the big front window. It turns out that TCO had repaired the leak with massive amounts of silicone that does not adhere to glass well and with temperature changes, leaks again. The next morning, we opened the front window shade to assess the leaks, and found a crack from the upper left corner of the large safety glass window wandering toward the center. Future forensic evaluation indicates the massive blob of silicone along the top of the window and the thermal changes in the Florida sun caused the crack.Back to TCO with long warranty hitlist including cracked window.Daily... weekly... monthly calls... "We're still waiting for... (pick an excuse.. parts, approval, tech, vacation, hell to have snow)". We needed to visit my ill brother, so we "borrowed" our RV for 2 weeks in August 2021. Repaired the park cable and Wingard antenna system TCO installation errors. Added additional hitlist. Back to TCO.Calls... See calls above... Oh... Happy 2022...Late March 2022, Call from new service writer. It IS ready, yes really, I checked it my self. And so we made an appointment to pick it up and go through check list. No, we will sign off on the repairs after inspection...As we made our way forward in the coach we found a few items that were fixed and others... The "NEW" front shade was still water stained, and when raised revealed a longer crack, now past the center.TWO Very Furious Customers stomped back in to TCO corner office to talk to the GM aka smooth talker. Promised to pull window from another unit. Fact.. New window in stock from FR. Back to HI for another night. Tech trouble shooter from TC Jax corporate did some fixes and installed the window. After repairs, hitlist not completed and Items we paid for not completed, we decided to hook up, during a FL squall, and try to enjoy our unused year old coach. Promised $300 for 2 nights HI.We had lowball offers from 2 other No Bo dealers, so we decided to try again to sell it back to TCO... GM had finally returned from his long lunch? and he offered us 20% less than the others. $400 would not compensate us for taking it to the other dealer so we gave it to TCO.The check for $19600.00 was printed 6/1/22 and sent by overnight mail, arriving 6/16/22... do the math! Refund on $2600 extended warranty authorized 6/3/22, TCO check 6/21/22. Check for HI expense... did it go to you???Definition of Oxymoron .. "HAPPY TRAVEL-CAMPER"UNLESS YOU ENJOY DECIDING WHICH LIE WAS BIGGER.

Placed a $500 deposit down on a camper. Looked at the camper and decided not to purchase it. Was told my deposit would be refunded. So far no refund. Contacted the sales person Jennifer numerous times and was told it shows a refund on our end. My credit card was never credited. Contacted David in management and was told no problem I ll look in to it and get back with you. So far no return call. No credit refund. It s been 2 months now and I am now disputing the charge with the credit card company. The credit card company said they tried to contact Travelcamp of Ocala with no response. It s still in dispute and the credit card company said it will take about 5 weeks to resolve and they issued me a temporary credit for the deposit. Avoid this company!!!After posting this review I contacted them again and they finally refunded my deposit.

Really awful experience.Don t let them charge you for the PDI or the cleaning. I questioned the over $2000 in additional fees and Adam insisted that the PDI was vital and that we d appreciate the cleaning since it was 20 years old. Neither were done at all. . It was filthy at the walk through. When we asked he assured us it would be rectified before delivery. It was not. There was literally an ancient bar of soap in the shower. They didn t even bother to wipe it down and pretend. I could go on and on but I am too busy fixing issues that should have been caught. We actually love the trailer, but the service was literally terrible.

I had the great experience of buying an RV today from travel camp in Ocala. The staff was outstanding. They worked with me through the whole process, treating me with kindness, patience. Making me feel like I was family. This is not an experience you get to sharing much anymore so it was greatly appreciated. Adam, Jeremiah, then Adam.(different atom.), and Calvin were in that order each one so informative and helpful. Definitely a place that I would not mind doing business with again. I could recommend very highly to anyone looking for an RV.

Our sales representative ( Emily) was very professional and knowledgeable! No pressure at all and she just wanted us to be happy with our decision! Adam ( sales manager ) also went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our newly purchased travel trailer! We highly recommend Travel Camp of Ocala before you buy anywhere else!

Still waiting on my tag and title and I've been waiting for months. On top of that, the camper had way more water damage than they told me about along with mold. They did a great job trying to kill and hide the mold though.

Fantastic shopping and delivery experience! We traveled 3 hours to find the Winnebago Micro Minnie trailer we wanted and found the newer 2020 model with the fiberglass front cap. Our Salesperson Calvin and Sales Manager Patrick were extremely helpful and provided fast, responsive, and accurate communications. I highly recommend this RV center.

As this was our first RV buying experience, we didn't know what to expect. Orie not only showed us the RVs, he took his time to educate us on what we were getting with each model. We arrived at a comfort zone with our RV selection based on our talk with Orie. We had done research prior and Orie confirmed what we had read. Appreciate his help and can't wait to take the camper out for it's first trip. Calvin worked to meet our financing budget as well.

I highly recommend TravelCamp Ocala!!!I recently purchased a 2020 No Boundaries (NoBo) 19.6 travel trailer from TravelCamp Ocala in Summerfield, FL. The salesman, Ramon, did a remarkable job and treated us like valued customers. Prior to our purchase, I have been speaking with Ramon over the phone about several of the NoBo travel trailers on sale at their dealership, and he was always very patient and answered all of my questions. Also, throughout the pre-purchase process, Ramon and Calvin were always helpful to address any concerns I had about the NoBo trailer s specs and capability in a timely manner. This is our first travel trailer and our new trailer walkthrough with Ramon and the RV technicians was very informative.I really hope that TravelCamp Ocala understands they have an exceptional salesman within their company; people like Ramon are few and far between. Once again, we appreciate the great care given and thank the whole TravelCamp Ocala staff for helping us buy our first camping travel trailer.Nelson Gonzlez

Worst experience ever. I gave them a check to hold a trailer for 3 days. Told me they would hold the check. Went back 3 days later, they told me they sold the trailer. Asked for the check back. Told me they sent it to corporate. Corporate would send me the money back. After being lied to about the check, then about the trailer being held, I did not believe I would ever see the money again. Stopped payment on the check. And, I felt like they do the bait and switch, over six thousand dollars in additional fees that they claim is being transparent about cost, not. Same trailer seen elsewhere for the same advertised price.

We traded a camper that did not work for us for an older model class A motorhome which fit us to a tee. Our sales person was easy to work with but was not pushy. Being an older model, it did have some issues which, Calvin, the general manager has been hands on in helping us have those issues resolved. We have recommended them to friends who are also in the market for an older model Class A. Had we wanted a new unit, I'm sure they would have helped us find one. The service department is friendly and has worked with us so we could fit in camping trips while waiting for parts. Thank you all at Travel Camp

Went to the car show they are sponsored by Gary Yeomans Ford and Heather's shabby crafts. They had the electric pickup truck there which was really interesting to see the front with no engine. Heather's shabby crafts had some really interesting and customizable things you can order. I definitely recommend

Horrible customer service. Drove from Jacksonville to Ocala to look at a camper to purchase. Found a few things that needed to be fixed and was told it would be done before delivery. We received our camper with full black water and grey water tanks. Was charged $300 for cleaning and it was never cleaned and was actually dirtier than when we first saw it. Refrigerator was holding water which spilled on the floor during transport. Which they use some guy without the license and insurance needed to be transporting commercially. Washing machine had water in it. There were mice in the camper when we received it.. after having the camper for 3 weeks it was noticed that it leaks and now has mold on the carpet.we have been trying to get the issues dealt with for 3 weeks now and only get told someone will call us back and they never call back. Completely unprofessional company that only care to make a sale and will leave you hanging as soon as they get their money. Would not recommend travelcamp to my worst enemy

My wife and I had a great experience with the team at Travelcamp. We were looking for a coach we could live in for the next couple years with our kids and Jeremiah helped us find exactly what we needed and more. The trailer was a great price and they were super thorough about getting it prepped and ready for us. The walk through also helped us understand more about the unit since this will be our first time. They really did treat us great and we're grateful for the experience they gave us. Highly recommend if you are looking to get any sort of RV!!!

Met with Mr. Caleb Bryan and his team at the Tampa Rv show. Their knowledge and experience about their product is excellent. They were able to help me pick the right Travel Trailer. I would recommend Travelcamp for your first or next purchase. Specifically the Ocala location. 10 stars for the team.

Bought my pre-owned 2019 Passport Elite 23rb from here 2 months ago. Jeremiah showed me only what I wanted to see. No pushy sales tactics which I appreciate. Everyone there was very nice , even offering us food and drinks. First trip out last week the A/C had a problem. The Ocala manager called the Tallahassee manager near the campground I was in. They sent out a couple techs to evaluate the issue went and got parts and had me cooled down within roughly 24 hours. Excellent service.

Great experience at Travel Camp of Ocala! Our buying experience was truly enjoyable from our first meeting with Mike through the purchase/delivery process with Calvin and Felix. Mike came out to talk with us (in the rain) while we were walking the lot. His low pressure laid back style was just right for us! Our purchase experience with Calvin was unlike any other we have experienced (and I have financed a few things in my time). Calvin s approach was friendly, low key and thorough. He went the extra mile to get us approved and it was appreciated! Our walk through with Felix was top notch. You can tell he takes pride in his work!Thank you Mike, Calvin and Felix for making it great. We love the trailer and are looking forward to many years of trouble-free traveling/camping.

I have waited a few weeks to write this review because there is normally a certain point where the customer service drops off and you are pushed out the door....That did not happen here! My wife and I recently bought a camper. Went in knowing what model we were looking for and they were able to get us the camper we wanted for the price we wanted...very fair. We worked with Bev who is the equivalent to a cool aunt. She was straight forward and earned our business with honesty. Terry was our financing liaison and she was amazing. Jeremy did our walk through and made sure we knew all the ins and outs of our new camper. There is nothing I would have done different. It is an amazing crew here just walk in and ask for Bev you will see. They will earn your business.

Let me start by Saying from the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out of the door you are treated like family. Bev my sales rep was Totally awesome. I was looking to buy a toy holler she was very patient with me and took me outside and showed me a few models. After making a decision the next step was to go back and see Calvin The general manager. He made me an offer I couldn't refuse boom done deal. To sum it up Everyone who works there are all rock stars. So stop in have a cup of coffee and tell him David sent you.
