We had problems with the truck starting so I took it to Advance Auto. They first confirmed that it was the battery then replaced it. Took all of 15 minutes. Great service provider, well recommended

In at 11:00 AM on 1/15/24 and got great service from the gentleman upfront working! Unfortunately the store is busy and the two lady employees saw fit to just stay in the back and talk all day! Where s management, where s the accountability?

Thanks Chris for all your help not this guy rather go hit high in the parking lot Jim was helping me and asked Chris for help looking for this part 2 times Chris said I don t know and walked away had to get a code reader meanwhile Chris smoking out of a pipe in his black truck so I won t be back here

Very slow service. The two times I entered the store it wasn t busy took a while for someone to help at the front counter both times they had computer issues or weren t trained properly.

My go-to auto parts shop. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Ask for Aaron or Tim. Top block in my book and can swap out a battery in no time.

Went to this store and purchased a new lawnmower battery that was defective and Tim replaced no problem as it turned out we got another defective battery this time we had to deal with Aaron who is quit arrogant and at first did not want to warranty the battery that was only 2 weeks old, I asked for a refund and finally got it after he finished arguing with a female employ about it, they refused to return my core I gave them and kept my 10.00 core charge, will find a new place to do business. Glad your using this to train your employees but I will not return unless they return my core or charge.

5 stars to Advanced in Summerfield who allowed me to return an unused motorcycle battery which the Advanced in Sebring said they were not returnable. They only get 2 stars, one for being there and two for having the battery.

Just stopped by because I was in need of a new battery. I m not into cars at all and boy was I happy that Amber and Dan were working. Amber was fast friendly and replaced my battery in minutes. Dan came over to drop some battery knowledge as well. I would absolutely come here for any needs and hope amber and Dan are appreciated.

Like this store, however each and every time I buy something they overcharge me. If it's a buck I don't say anything so I can support local stores but it's getting too common. Last time it was 5 dollars over, I was already home when I noticed on the receipt. It's getting old and amazon is easier.

I had a very good experience at advance auto today.The staff was very helpful and was committed to helping me resolve the issue with my vehicle today.I suddenly developed a serious oil leak on my Chevrolet impala that had to be fixed immediately.I will explain what was going on in case you may have a GM vehicle with a oil leak that you have attempting to deal with without secess.The oil drain plug uses a oil seal that ripped apart when I tighten the drain plug and I am not over tightening the oil drain plug it a horrible design and if I didn't tighten it enough it leaks and if I make it tight the seal rips and of cause it leaks and this has been a pain in the but the entire time I owned this car.Advance auto had a new drain plug that came with a much better gasket seal and won't rip and I can tighten it to a normal torque of around 8 to 10 foot pounds and of cause no leaking.The employee showed me the part that would work for me.I was in a Auto Zone location that the staff members showed me a part that used the same gasket set up that doesn't work and when I told him this won't work and why it won't work he just waked away like I had a disease he would catch.

Have it all car service store. Very friendly and helpful service. They even tell you if what you are buying has a warranty without asking.Fast , attentive service. Thanks for replacing my windshield wipers for FREE!!!

I have been having a four day issue replacing the alternator on my 2002 Toyota Avalon. Long story short, I went into this Advance Auot today and not only did Tim and Amber price match AutoZone; they also, on their time, used the store air wrench to swap out the pulley wheel from the old alternator to the new one. Tim and Amber saved me hours worth of work and days worth of trouble.Thank you so much guys!!!

Asked for 100 percent antifreeze, kept trying to ring me up for 50/50 saying that was 100 percent. I wasn't sure because bottle is confusing reading until I brought it to counter. Asked lady how long she had been doing this as to why she's telling me 50/50 diluted is 100 percent and she took a huge offense. Just tried teaching her something, since she does sell auto parts. Turned into a huge argument with the women.

This store is a newer store. Only been here a few years. The clerks were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was neat and clean both inside and out. It is located in a very convenient spot. All in all this was a positive experience. The clerks were able to research the part i needed. It was in stock and i was in and out in roughly 15 minutes. Not bad. Thumbs up on this one guys

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worse customer service period, I believe the associates name was Brian, and is simply the rudest person, also don't go here expecting prices to be right, they have things all mis labeled and falsely advertised. I will never be back.

Great experience today as always I looked for the items I believed to be the solution to my automobile issues brought them to the counter and consulted the two men at the service counter and they gave me multiple possiblities of the cause of my issues and suggested a few solutions and warnings. They were VERY helpful and opened my eyes to a few things I didn't think of and thank God they did because they helped me to avoid making the issue so much worse and so much more expensive. I realized quickly that it was way above my skill set to attack the problems myself and they even went above and beyond and helped me search and even contact a few service techs that were the best priced amongst the rest and even tested their knowledge to make sure that they helped me make the best choice of who would take me through the next steps. I took their suggestions because they simply were the best choice period. I have got to hand it to these gentlemen because I honestly believe that I have never had service to this extent before especially at just a simple parts store. And get this, it wasn't even an actually vehicle... It was about a commercial zero turn lawn mower for which they don't even sell parts for lol I just went there for temporary solution lubricants to hold me over so I wouldn't blow up the engine when I ran it to move it on and off the trailer between it's location and my shop. I don't think I've ever wrote a review this long but it was worth my time. Thanks guys, I feel at home in this Advanced Auto.

I have been buying my auto parts and accessories at the store in Summerfield for the five years that we have lived in Florida.Knowledgeable and friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile to get me what I need. Sure, you could shop online, but when I need something, I usually need it right away. When I walk into Advance, if they don t have it, they get it for me in a few hours. You can t put a price on that!

Very unhappy!! Bought a Marine Battery and purchased a warranty which both came to over $100.00. The battery won t even start our boat and tried to return twice and was told the battery is good. We know it s not but they will not exchange. Feel very robbed. Now have to buy a new one . Guess we ll go to Walmart. Will never use Advance Auto Again

I've decided not to use this company anymore. Warranty does not transfer store to store without receipt. Bought new wiper blades. They installed them. Within a month one flew off. Employee told me my blades we're old and dry rotted. The dry rott was actually sand. With a AutoZone close... Never again.

Good service in the store, but when you make an order online never let you know the order is ready, have to call to check. In the others Advance stores they send you an email to let you know when the order is ready, like they said in the first email you reseived when make the order.

I looked at this stores website and after seeing "LGBTQ friendly" I will go to NAPA! Why must all these companies be "woke" or pander to a specific group? How about... Everyone is welcome here?! AutoZone may have cheaper prices, but you can't buy my loyalty or respect for those companies that keep their noses out of political practices. Goodbye AutoZero!Here's an idea for your website:*Asian friendly*Caucasian friendly*African American friendly*Mexican friendly*Japanese friendly*Female friendlyYou get my point? I could go on with different ethnicities, but, it's not worth my time. Stick to selling oil and car mats... your much better at that, than you are at being a woke and pandering company.

Some of the parts should be better quality. Dan is a good worker. If they don't have the part you need they can get it for you quick.
