The misery that consistently happens every time I ve purchased a car from a dealership is unreal. But .. Mitch over at Wallace is and will be the only guy I shop through. This is why.. I picked up my Tahoe from them on a great deal comparatively after shopping around. When I got in the car, I realize there was a couple of ants in the bottom. I didn t think much of it, so I drove home after transferring all the stuff into the new car. By the time I got home my daughter, car seat, and all of the stuff I transferred were covered in ants. When I got home, I called up and flip out on them as I was headed to the hospital to have a baby. Keep personally came out. Picked up the car. Got rid of the ant problem. Filled up the tank and and dropped it back off. Thank you Lance and Mitch for your help. You have my gratitude.

Wow, what a great experience I just had leasing a new ID.4 from Wallace VW!! Everyone involved was a pleasure to deal with. Eddie the GM, Lisa the store manager, Steve in finance, and my salesman Hunter were all wonderful. None of the usual dealer games here, just upfront honest communication! Can t recommend highly enough. Go see these folks if you are looking for a new VW.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a dealership!!! I was treated just like family by our salesman John and by the Manager Cisco!!!! We purchased a used vehicle but were treated as though we were buying the top of the line brand new!!! Wallace held true to their promise to give the vehicle in "new" condition from bumper to bumper!! I would recommend these guys tremendously!! Thank you, all, for caring and treating a costumer with such great attention!!

Hunter and Margaret were AMAZING! It took a good amount of time and I brought my two kids and my kids were entertained and never a burden. The selection of vehicles were gorgeous and Hunter listened to my needs and my price range.

My husband and I bought 2 cars from Arthur 1 in January and 1 in February that s how great the experience was. Arthur was extremely knowledgeable and made our buying experience pleasurable. I visited Wallace Volkswagen Stuart and it was an awesome experience. Authur in sales was great. I had a fantastic experience. Steve in finance does his best in getting you financed. Shop there and you d have a wonderful experience !! Go there and ask for Authur in sales, you won t be disappointed!

Arthur and the whole Wallace staff were excellent during the car buying process. Arthur was fabulous to work with, and I would happily purchase a car with him again. He especially made a girl feel special on her birthday when purchasing the car! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a VW. Polite, professional, friendly and made the car buying experience enjoyable.

Service at Wallace VW was GREAT!! Dave was very professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly to schedule my service. I was greeted kindly by Dave and others upon entering the service center on my scheduled service day. All questions were answered and work performed by Joel was great and Joel even took the time to answer questions & explain in detail what work he did to ensure I understood. Joel went above and beyond ! He noticed something was not working correctly and fixed it. Thank you!!

Quick email responses from my online inquiry and they had the car our front and ready when I arrived to check it out. Really enjoyed all the staff I interacted with, smooth process. Excited about my new to me Atlas Cross Sport!

Don't bother. The service department has had our Atlas no less than ten times and they literally NEVER fix the issue. The car is a disaster and it's a 2021. Also they often do not give us a loaner so I can easily pick up and drop off my children at school. The customer service is a joke. I'm furious at their incompetence.

From my initial phone call to Wallace Volkswagen in Stuart, Florida I spoke with Manager Lance, he was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I went to Wallace Volkswagen and was greeted by Sales Consultant Hunter, also knowledgeable and very charming! I looked at 1 car and that was it for me, I loved the car! I test drove it and I knew it was the one. I then met with Manager Cisco, another knowledgeable gentleman. He did the paperwork and got me closer to owning my car. I then went to Damiko in finance who did the rest of the paperwork. He had a great personality, warm and friendly! I now own my car and I couldn t be happier! I would truly recommend Wallace Volkswagen to everyone! With a team like this it s a win, win combination! Thank you, Susan N

This is now the second car we have purchased from Wallace VW and Sharon in particular. The first was approximately two years ago when I was relatively new here from the UK and had no established credit in the US. Sharon helped me through the whole process, she spent a lot of time with me and along with the excellent finance team, got me into a lovely car that I still drive. Two years on, and anything that I need for the car, Sharon is always happy to help. I can text or call her and she just takes care of it, continuing the same level of customer care and attention that you experience on day one when closing the deal. That degree of after care, you seldom come across these days with any purchase. You can tell that the team at Wallace VW see every sale as the beginning of a customer relationship.Now it was time to upgrade my wife s Kia Forte to an SUV, and I knew exactly who we had to go to. Sharon again worked very hard with the finance team to secure us a deal on a new Tiguan which was too good to refuse. We did shop around briefly, as my wife did like her previous Kia s, also from Wallace, and wanted to see how their SUV s measured up, but VW just gave us the best deal and experience. They are so welcoming and made my wife feel very comfortable. They don t employ any bullying tactics, pressuring sales, demanding on the spot decisions, confusing number games or any other common obnoxious sales tactics we ve all experienced a some point. They are just a genuinely friendly team who want to see you satisfied with your purchase and feel valued as a customer.I cannot recommend them enough, and Sharon in particular for her outstanding customer support and her continuing efforts, even years after the sale has taken place.

Spent months in service with a new Atlas. No regard for your time....loved Vw's but never again. Joe, you were included in this mess. There was no communication between body shop and service, so it took 2 months to repair a car that should have been done with insurance complications in no more than 3 weeks. The ongoing electronic issues including receiving the car back after 2 months still with error lights. I traded in the Atlas full of electronic issues with another dealer. You guys lost a good and, quite frankly, more than patient good customer.

Dropped car off for service and also voiced my concerns about the backup camera and radio coming on when starting the vehicle. I was told it was the battery that needed to be replaced. However, this has been an ongoing issue and I was previously told it needed a system update. I feel like you can never get a straight answer and they just want you to shell out money. Service advisors have subpart attitudes and are not friendly. Also, would be a nice touch if they washed the car before returning it back to the customer. The overall quality and safety of my Atlas sucks and I will never purchase another VW again. I will be sure to let all know about VW and the dealer it's self

We bought a used VW at Wallace VW and Sharon helped us find a car that we loved and were happy with. We got a great deal and experience with Sharon. She s the best and we ve been going back to her a couple of times. Always attentive and willing to help and make us comfortable!

I had a great experience with the whole team at Stuart of VW. I especially give a lot of credit to Arthur my sales person . I had a no pressure experience, nothing but honesty and the best offer for me. I will always recommend seeing Arthur and the VW of stuart dealership. Thank you I love my new Taos.

I checked pricing and availability online. Provided my contact info and was contacted shortly after. Quick response time. I went into showroom where I was greeted by name and introduced to salesmen, Hunter and Mitch. The vehicle was brought around for me to look at. They explained safety, standard and fun features, like the ambient lighting. I found it very easy to communicate with them and manager, Cisco. Ended up paying slightly more than I had planned on. However, I found it to be a very pleasant experience.

We waited more than an hour just to have our car checked for what was wrong with it considering that we arrived earlier or on time for our schedule. Don't get me wrong, the man who was in charge of our service was really helpful but I was not expecting to wait there that long or was just not informed about the waiting time. On our second appointment which was when the car would be fixed, we had to leave the car for a whole day which was okay. And it was released at the scheduled time but it says there on the receipt that we should have gotten and complimentary car wash but I don't think that was done though.

They were awesome, the have coffee and free wifi and it was easy to work and wait for my car. I even got to buy my lease out so now it really is my car!
