My mazda suv had transmission issue in April. Mike Laterra is my service advisor. He took care of getting new transmission under 50K mile warranty, gave me 3 day loaner car. No cost to me. Now I needed regular service 10.4.2023. They found dirty air filter, and recommended items for 52K mile vehicle. All done in 6 hours. Provided ride service to my office. Cost 160.00. Very happy, my suv is good to go, like brand new till next 5K mile service. I will get another Mazda next yearServices: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

We waited a week for the appointment to have the car looked at. It has been there 2 days, no diagnostic yet and they are not answering the phone or calling back. The operator keeps sending me to a voicemail for Mike and no response. Had an horrible experience with Larry. Since the moment I talked to him on the phone he immediately tried accusing me of causing the issue to the vehicle. The same vehicle I had less then 48 hrs. He wouldn't listen to what I had to say just assumed he knew right. I get there and immediately he in mine and my sister face accusing us of causing the damage. I was told that I would receive an apology from Larry when I returned not only did he not acknowledge how horribly he treated my sister and myself. He never acknowledge that he was wrong about me damaging the car. To make matters worse when I saw up the first time they kept calling me the wrong name.

My daughter and I received service from this location for the first time recently and I am pleasantly surprised at how well we where treated from a car dealership! The service department is phenomenal. We all dread going to the the dealership's for anything. I will return and may even purchase my next car from Wallace! Thank you Abra and staff!
