Love the work and customer service at Wallace Mazda. Mike is really helpful & always kind. I once rolled in at 5pm with an almost dead battery and (mechanic) Pierre and Mike stayed late to install a new one and get me back on the road safely. If I ever trade in or get a new Mazda, I d definitely purchase here. I feel like they re really helpful and honest.

Kelly just sold me the most beautiful car. It s economical, has amazing technology, I m blown away! Kelly met with me on two separate days, she helped me compare multiple models. Took me on multiple test drives, compared and explained multiple features of each vehicle. She worked with her manager to get me the best price possible. Because of Kelly s dedication and amazing customer service I drove over 60 miles back to her dealership to buy my car from her. She took at least 45 mins going through every feature in the car. Downloading apps to my personal phone so I could maximize my Mazda experience. When I left Wallace Mazda- I not only was able to take my favorite car home but I left having made a new friend. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, I couldn t tell you one other salesperson s name. I will never forget Kelly or my experience at Wallace Mazda! She is the best!

I first dealt with Mazda in Stuart back in July 2021. My son needed a car and I stopped in one day after work and I left with a brand new 2021 Mazda 3, I kept in touch with Arley, who is an amazing professional sales person, because I knew that my dream car was a CX9 (which they no longer make). Finally there was an inventory of not the CX9 but the classy CX-90 and just a couple of days ago, I was able to drive home with my car. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, be it a finance or a lease, Wallace Mazda in Stuart is definitely the way to go; ask for Arley. Mr. Wallace sure knows how to take care with his employees. They are there for many years. They are loyal, professional, hard-working, and they take care of the customers. Arley, thank you for all of your help and getting me into my brand new CX 90 I could not be any happier. My family says it fits my bigger than life personality. Thank you.

Bait and switch tactics. Gave all the information needed over the phone about what I owed on my car, what my car was worth, and what I wanted my payment to be. Cameron, a manager, said he could get me in a particular car in the mid 400's payment range. I said I'd be there in around 30 minutes. Willie assessed my car accurately and then informed me that my payments would be about 650. Waste of my time and theirs. It's these kinds of tactics that give dealerships a bad name. I won't return even for an oil change. They're not getting any more of my money.

I have been shopping for a car at different dealerships over the last 2 months and did not have great experiences. When I went to Wallace Mazda as a last ditch effort, I had a list of what I wanted and Arley Napoles went above and beyond to make sure that I got it. He never hesitated to answer the many questions I had and every single person he engaged in the process was such a pleasure to work with from financing and beyond. I finally purchased the perfect car in 1 day and I'm so glad I found them. I would recommend anyone here first when purchasing their next vehicle.

Im giving one star because there s no way I can give zero. I was an existing customer I had a Mazda from 2021, customer service used to be great, this time I had poor customer service, Shawn the sales person was rude the manager was the same thing. You should take a look the old reviews and the new ones compare and get new staff. Shawn the sales person did not give my key back he was very specific saying that the price of the trade in was different if I leave only one key and turns out that he kept one and refused to send it to my mailing address. Because I am not able to come back, I was coming from south. Thanks for nothing

I m a retired Vietnam nam-era vet who regularly visits family in Jensen Beach.My wife and I were in the market for new cars and visited Wallace. After looking at several cars I decided on a new Mazda CX-90. I took the sticker price, added $1,000 plus sales tax, rounded up to the next thousand and made an offer which was quickly accepted.The finance guy tried to add another $500 but backed off when I threatened to walk.Two days later I discovered that Mazda had reduced the price of the car by $1,750 a few weeks ago, but it was not reflected on the sticker, there was no signage, and I wasn t informed by their sales staff or management. Had I known my offer would ve been based on the correct sticker price.I spoke to the GM Patrick Harrington who refused to budge on the deal and took no responsibility for not disclosing the reduced prices. He also said several things I find very difficult to believe but aren t repeated here as I have no way to fact check.Wallace Mazda made a one time extra profit, but:my wife bought a car yesterday not at Wallace, andmy uncle from Jensen Beach will be car shopping soon not at Wallace.

All I can say is that I was looking for a SUV. I had gone to several other dealers. Stopped at Wallace Mazda when Bruce came out to help. My husband has had several strokes. Bruce got a golf cart to drive us around the lots. He made us feel like he knew us forever. He showed us 2 vehicles that we really liked. The whole team at Wallace made our buying experience even better. A few hours later we drove off the lot with a 2024 CX-50. Thank you Wallace Mazda for being so professional and thank you Bruce for being a great salesman.

Worst service ever. Had an appointment for 7:30 am dropped it off the night before. Wasn t ready until 5:15 pm. Never got my full circle performance report. Picked my car up and it was covered in sand. The service department was so rude. Never even apologized for it taking so long and covering my entire car with sand. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!

I saw a Jaguar inside the glass building,$20,800 I ask the guy could he please take at least the $800.00 off he did,I gave them my 2008 Lincoln for a trade,they took $3,500 off the $20,000, that left me with$17,500 balance, I borrowed $13,000 to make my monthly payments affordable, the finance man knew I had it so he said he could take the $13,000 off the balance just make the check out to Wallace Mazda, I trusted him, he took my check went up on the price of my 2016 XF, make a long story short,Bank America finance the balance they told me Wallace Mazda charge me $32,000 for the Jaguar,they took advantage of me being a Black female,disable in Chronic pain, I wish I could meet Mr Wallace he need to see what his Salesmen or doing to us poor people, the original paper work for the Jaguar was stolen out my car,they left the money in the gluf compartment but took the paper work to my Jaguar,now who want that?? But never took the cash out the Car!!

Arley sold me my first ever brand new car! He went above and beyond through the process and even transferred my Gators plate. He was super knowledgeable about the car and helped me set up all of the stuff like CarPlay and the seat memory. He made the buying process far less painful because he was compassionate, understanding, and personable.

Wallace Mazda was perfect. I can t say enough great things about the staff. Arley was amazing. The finance people were great, they Understood my budget, listened to my car horror stories before them. I will definitely return. my lifelong car dealership. I love my Mazda, CX 30.Kelly was also amazing, arley and Kelly and the finance department did everything for me while I was at work . Kellie was the best sales person! This is now my 4th Mazda and all have been excellent cars!I ve owned a Mazda 3, RX8, Mazda 6 Touring and now my newest a Carbon Edition Turbo Mazda 6! Kellie was fantastic in showing and demonstrating all of the new functions on my new car! THANK YOU!

They took down my Review,it shows how they robbed me, a Black female,Senior Citizen, Disable,Women, they had a 2016 Jaguar inside the glass room for $20,800, I asked the Salesmen can he take at least the $800.00 off the price? He said yes,to make a long story short, that Jaguar price went up instead of down,Bank America told me they sold me the Jaguar for $32,000 dollars, No Insurance No extended warrant,they stole my $13,000 Crooks take advantage of Disable,Black,Senior Citizens!!! Never again!!! The original papers were stolen out my Car at night, I had money in there they left the money they only took the original papers to my Jaguar,now who want those papers??

No hate to the staff they were great and responsive. My issue was only one tech working there and cars are just pilling up outside the service area. Poor guy. Mazda gotta hire more people to help both their staff and customers.

I am a snowbird and I took my car for service before I headed back home to Canada in May 23. This location is awesome. Totally 100% reliable. This is why. When I take my car to Ajax Mazda and ask for my car to be serviced I really do not know what I am getting. I always ask for the air filter to be changed as I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell. As soon as Ajax is finished, I can still smell the dirty air coming through the vents. But in Jensen beach, the air is clean and fresh every time, which means they actually replace the air filter. Honesty is so important to me. I would never buy a new car in a place that does not live up to my expectation. Too bad they don't know it. I would 100% recommend this dealership, the service manager exudes kind, honest and a friendly disposition. Totally awesome! Thank you sir!

I went to Mazda Stuart to test drive a car. I was actually surprised how everyone there was pleasant to talk with and didn t pressure me. I traded in my car for a new cx5 premium plus with Yoel the salesperson. I ve dealt with many dealerships in my life and probably can say in all honesty they were the easiest to deal with.

I took my car here to get looked at due to engine problems. 2 and a half weeks later. Never looked at. I was told multiple times it would be looked at sooner. I couldn t even get a diagnostic. Don t take your car here to get serviced. Never again.

I have NEVER given a 5 star rating to a car dealership. But everyone at this Mazda store was pleasant, polite and true to their word. Now just how often do you see that these days? We bought the car we went to test drive, no bait and switch. And we're still reeling from the fact that we got a fair deal on both ends of this transaction. It is such a shame this doesn't happen more often.

I was so nervous to start the car buying process but now wished I would've done it sooner. I had the best and easiest experience at wallace mazda in stuart. Aaron was so nice and helpful and so was Daniel who did the finance part. I would recommend them 100% and will definitely go back for future cars

The service department is a total waste of time. Managers behave like children who want the customers to pay for their mistakes. Upper management is unresponsive. Go elsewhere because you will regret purchasing from any of the Wallsce dealerships.

I had a leak from my sunroof and stopped into the service dept. I had researched the issue and had discovered it was the sunroof drains were clogged. I couldn t locate the drains so I stopped into Wallace to have them show me where they were located. Mike came out and I asked him to please show me where the drains were so I could clear them. He told me he couldn t do that. I looked at him confused and said I just need to see where they are located. Mike told me I had to go through diagnostics with them and he wouldn t show me their location - that they were a full service company. Not sure what that had to do with anything. I shook my head, said thanks a lot and left. I drove to CARTENDERS and they immediately took it in, blew out the drains which were clogged and didn t charge me anything. AND they showed me how to access the drains. I will NEVER buy a car or get my car serviced at Wallace Mazda. It just seems like they are more into $ than service.
