Not big on writing reviews but after my terrible experience with other ram dealerships in west palm beach I took a leap of faith and drove 45 mins to Wallace.I was pretty skeptical and very untrusting based off the week I had dealing with Napleton and arrigo of Palm beaches.I was greeted by Samuel who was my salesman. I let him know my situation and he assured me we would do good business and figure it out (I thought here we go again).I m gonna make a long story short Samuel was a straight shooter and kept his word every step of the way. He didnt mark the truck up 10k like the other guys. He got me an actual rebate and applied it. It was a great experience. Not only that he got me in the truck I wanted which the other guys told me wasn t even possible.Kevin the finance guy worked with me to get my truck payment where I wanted it without shaking me down for a larger down payment these guys are honestly great and I will never go elsewhere in the future.At the end the GM Eddie came out and shook my hand and let me know if I needed anything or if anything is wrong to give him a call! I m a big fan of good business and doing right by customers for lifelong relationships. My hats off fellas! Great work

Tony & Steven worked to get us the best deal on our (new to us) 2019 Ram 1500 limited. They did fair negotiations and we left happy. They were nice and talked us through all of our questions.

I have bought multiple cars from Wallace Jeep Dodge. Steve Frances has been my sales professional on all of them. He really works with us on getting us the best value for our trade in . He also is great at identifying a car that works best for our family. Steve is the only sales person that I will deal with there. We bought a Jeep Sahara from him today that is in great condition. If you are looking for a Dodge or a Jeep, I highly recommend asking for Steve, he is the best car sales person we have ever dealt with.

My daughter Emily and I just purchased a CPO 2023 Jeep Wrangler from Wallace and we are very happy and excited! Sam did an excellent job of paying attention to our needs and presenting us with the right fit. He was gracious and accommodating - he helped me to get the new car home as I didn t have anyone available to help yesterday. I don t enjoy the process of buying a vehicle but they made it painless. I m grateful for their help and I recommend this group for your next car!

Went in to book service for my Jeep Wrangler. Doug sales consultant helped me understand my towing limitations with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler and we test drove a Willy Jeep and quoted me for a trade in with manager. No pressure consultation. His product knowledge was excellent. Crystal the greeter gave me a rocket Duck for my Jeep and then another devil duck when I came back in for some Jeep mug swag. Love the ducks. Wallace needs more ducks!

We just purchased a new Wagoneer Series II yesterday from Wallace Jeep. Our sales rep Jesus Vergara was awesome! He was running around the lot all day with me, letting me test drive and look at every vehicle we were considering. When I say all day I mean over 8 hours and he didn t mind it 1 bit and actually made it fun. He knew every feature of every models I was looking at. Since this vehicle is for my wife and she had anxiety about such a large vehicle, and she was concerned about parking it. Jesus let her drive it to a congested parking lot and walked thru all the steps on the self parking assist feature. I d definitely recommend Wallace Jeep, and if you are looking for a new SUV or any Jeep, Dodge, or Ram, Jesus is your guy.

I developed car problems while on vacation and decided I wanted to purchase a new vehicle before heading home. Called about Dodge I saw on their website. Got there at 6:50pm and left with new vehicle by 10pm. Awesome they stayed to see deal thru.

From start to finish this was a very easy and fast deal. Dealt with three people throughout the process (Gerry, Jeff, and Drew) and everyone was upfront and followed up on what they said. When we went in to purchase our verbal agreement was honored (although not in their best interest) and we were in and out in under two hours. One of the best car buying experiences we've ever had and would definitely come back again.

I had the best experience purchasing my new vehicle from Sabrina Mheiche. She was patient allowing me to decide which vehicle I was looking for. She respected my schedule and time. The best part was we were able to laugh and had a great time talking during the process. Who has a great time at a dealership? It s like going to the dentist. I highly recommend if you re interested in purchasing a vehicle, go straight to Sabrina and that includes all Wallace s lots.

I had a very positive experience securing a new car last week so much so that I feel compelled to leave a review. I started working with Steve Frances back in August when we built and ordered a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The UAW went on strike shortly after I ordered the vehicle and it became evident that I wouldn't get the Wrangler in a timely manner. I visited the store three times in three months. Each time Steve gave me his undivided attention. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient answered each one of my many questions! I came in pretty set on what I wanted but Steve, being an exceptional listener, helped me land on what I actually wanted. I am really enjoying my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler High Altitude 4xe. Two experiences with this dealership and both resulted in me taking my business elsewhere. Both times they switched from the vehicle advertised to a lesser model but kept the price the same. Both times I went to another dealership and bought the better model for the advertised price. At least they are consistent.

Every time I go to the dealership for sales or service I get the best service. I have bought several trucks for business and personal use and Houston the Sales Manager is always a pleasure to work with. For my regular service needs I always deal with Ross. I trust him and I know he will take care of any issues the first time.I would highly recommend these guys.

Jesus Vergara was unbelievable while helping our family purchase our next vehicle. For every question or doubt that I had, he knew the answer and took the time to help me feel comfortable. He spent the entire day with us and was very patient. His knowledge of the vehicles was very impressive as well. He was personable and made sure that we know we can always call him if we ever have any issues and assured us he will be there to help. The difference is, I actually really believe him and don t feel like it was a sales pitch. We scheduled to test drive the car and he sent us a video of it to see it before we even got there. If you are looking for a positive, easy experience, make sure to ask for Jesus Vergara- you will not be let down!!

Just bought a brand new Dodge Challenger from Wallace. The staff there is amazing especially Steve, Stefan, Tony, Dimiko, and Drew. These guys answered all of my questions and I am thoroughly 100% satisfied with this. The price was great. The car looks great and I got a great big smile on my face.

First of all, Jay is THE MAN!My lease was up on my Wrangler and I was so anxious about getting a new vehicle at this time due to interest rates. I went in & told him I wasn t sure if I wanted to buy my car out, get a new lease, or buy something else, but my goal was to stay under a certain amount for monthly payments. He quickly gathered my options that fit my size and budget needs and showed them to me. I ended up leaving super happy in a new lease and under budget! Houston was the finance manager we worked with and he was awesome and beyond helpful as well! These 2 made the process stress-free (Yes! I said it - getting a new vehicle has never been stress free until these two guys) and painless!! I d recommend Wallace Jeep and ESPECIALLY Jay to anyone looking for a Chrysler, Jeep, Ram or Dodge!

If you are a woman, do not bring your Jeep to the auto shop. The chauvinistic general manager speaks down to you (literally- hovered over me with his arms crossed while he grilled me on who I spoke to regarding my supplemental insurance claim and insisted that I m in the wrong). It s clear that there is a lack of communication between the body shop and auto repair. Instead of investing and working on a solution, I was told multiple times that HE does not know ANYTHING about this, while speaking in a condescending tone. The gentleman whom I was originally dealing with, quietly apologized when he walked away, and told me he would try to get someone to help. The GM returned and continued to grill me vs. exploring the notion that there is likely an internal issue between the two departments. Once I pointed out his condescending tone and lack of communication skills, I was told to take my Jeep elsewhere because he would not tolerate being spoken to that way. Interesting, because as a customer, I just voiced the same thing. I immediately called my adjusted and he returned about 5 minutes later (with a woman who flipped through papers stating that they had no record of the supplemental claim). I reminded him that I was told to go elsewhere, so no need for further conversation and I already spoke to my insurance adjuster. I bought my last two Jeeps from Wallace and have never been treated so poorly. I will never return based on this awful experience.
