There was a recall on my vehicle for the heated/ventilated seats. They told me in January (I believe) that they would order the part. They also said there was a second recall and they would order that part also and call me when they were in. Well I didn t get a call, but I got at least 3 letters saying the part(s) were in. So I called to schedule. After the girl lost her bad attitude, she scheduled my appointment and confirmed the parts were in. I go in today, they inform me that only one part is in and they have to order the second part. (Thought we did that in January). So after they complete the one recall and the oil change, I get in my car. There s a tag hanging that says they cleaned my car. They clearly did not clean my car. My first time there and was definitely not happy with the experience. But guess I have to go back whenever the second part comes in.

The service department at Wallace Cadillac is an oxymoron. They had my new Cadillac for 4 days and returned it to me with the same problem. When I took it back for the same issue they had the vehicle for 7 days. I could never get a return phone call from Anthony in service. When they finally called and said vehicle was repaired and ready to pick up, Anthony still could not tell me what was wrong. When I went in to pick up vehicle Anthony again could not tell me what they had repaired, but said he could read me the ticket if I needed him to.

Awesome service. We always owned Mercedes, but did not like going to Ft. Pierce for service. Wallace service rivals any service we ever experienced.

I was visiting the area, and my check engine light came on. I made an appointment for the next morning, and they had my XT5 up and running a few hours later. They even worked with my 3rd party warranty to get everything covered. I highly recommend.

New XT4 left me stranded on the road last night. Lost power steering. No real sense of customer support from Wallace, which is very disappointing. Will update with outcome.

What was initially an overall decent experience with Wallace Cadillac of Stuart has now turned sour. What could have been a somewhat solid deal has deteriorated into a 1-star mess.Searching high and low for a decent deal on a Cadillac XT-4, I found one online at Wallace, about an hour south of my home in Vero Beach. Dealing first with Kayla, then Charles in sales, to Nick in finance the purchase package was competitive, and the salesman wasn t pushy. I told them I wanted the car straight up no extras. Charles delivered a sales order with none of the fluff that is typical of a new vehicle purchase. Especially, for the inexperienced purchaser.Drove to the dealership on September 11th and advised that I had about 40 minutes to close the already credit approved deal through GM Financial. Having initially miscalculated travel time in picking up my kids from school, I was in a time crunch. Credit was already approved, and I cleared the fraud alert on file with the credit reporting agencies. All I had to do was sign and drive.40 minutes became 50 minutes. 50 minutes became 60 minutes. Only after calling my kids school to advise that I would be late and thereafter advising Charles that I was leaving in 5 minutes if the deal was not completed immediately, was I brought into finance.Nick was polite and didn t push any already rejected products or warranties. It did take another 25 minutes, though, to complete the deal. Thereafter, Charles the salesman chased me down as I was exiting the parking lot to execute a final form completing the sale.Over the next month, I patiently awaited the welcome and payment instructions from GM Financial. As a purchaser who quickly establishes an online portal and automatic payments, I also quickly make the first payment to reduce overall interest. With that said, I never heard from GM Financial. No welcome no request for payment. Two calls to GM Financial were for naught I was not in their system, and neither was the Cadillac XT-4 loan.Several calls and voicemail messages to both Charles and Nick were ignored. One e-mail to Charles was responded to indicating that the finance package may have been held up due to the Columbus Day holiday. A full month following the vehicle purchase. Another call to GM Financial was made with no luck.49 days after purchasing the Cadillac XT-4, I received a call from Nick in finance at Wallace Cadillac. He advised that the initial loan approval from GM Financial had expired and that the finance company would call to again validate identity due to the fraud alert on my credit report. The loan although previously fully approved was never submitted to GM Financial for funding.Following the call from Nick, I started to receive alerts from the credit reporting agencies of numerous credit inquiries. Credit report inquiries that were not authorized as I had previously been approved through GM Financial for a loan. That s all that s all I have to report about my experience with Wallace Cadillac of Stuart.

A nice bunch of salespeople, not pushy. They would rather you drive 5 of their vehicles and make the correct choice than have buyers remorse weeks later. However, they will lowball your trade.

Buyers Beware...they are masters of the distraction technique.Looked at a vehicle I liked and proceeded to make a deal. I then left dealership to eat lunch and promised to return to complete the purchase. Upon my return they had me wait for an hour and a half for the paper shuffle. Once in the Finance office the guy was using alot of excuses including having a terrible hangover. Pathetic! Forced me into extras...warranty, Gap insurance & service plan which I didn't want. Was told they wouldn't do the deal without it.STAY CLEAR OF WALLACE.......

I brought my vehicle in for the AC which was blowing hot air, I met with service advisor Kasey Difrancesco who told me we are really backed up but I will do my best to get you in today. It was my first time at Wallace Cadillac, Kasey walked me to the waiting area told me there was coffee and snacks to help my self. My car was fixed in about 2 hours Kasey came to get me and give me the news ,dealing with him was a real pleasure. My only dislike was in the men's room it looked like workers/mechanics are washing their hands in the sink and there was a grease ring around the sink.

I dealt with Rob at the service center and once again the guy was an absolute lifesaver (I had car issues a couple years ago and he was a huge help at the Wallace Chevrolet service center next door at the time). The mechanics are also worthy of praise but Rob went above and beyond seeing as how I had to leave my car there overnight and the vehicle has an ignition interlock installed and he managed to step up to the task of making sure it wasn't an issue.Keep up the great work Wallace, and order your employees pizza or something because they're outstanding mechanics and service reps and definitely deserve the recognition!

Worse dealership experience I ever had. Salesman Jeff was nice But Sales managers need more training on how to behave with customers!!I waited 3 weeks for Van and i was told to fill out credit application and it was sold to me. After waiting for more then three weeks, I received call from them saying someone is offering more money so they are going to sell it to them!!

Charlie was great to work with on the purchase of my new Cadillac. Luckily they had what I was looking for as they didn t have much inventory on the lot to choose from.. Other than that great experience!

Thank you Wallace Cadillac for taking good care of me and my car. My service involved both a repair covered by my extended warranty (thank goodness we decided to buy one since my original warranty expired just 20 days previously) plus the purchase of new tires. My service advisor, Kasey, handled everything expertly and efficiently. He followed through with my request to obtain a loaner car as my service appointment took the entire day and I do not live in the Stuart area. Being a fairly new resident to the east coast of Florida, I have a choice of two dealerships with which to do business. After experiencing routine care at both, my decision to return to Wallace was an easy one. Good service, good people in a comfortable setting wins.

BUYERS BEWARE they sold my wife a used 2012 Cadillac SRX 92,000 miles on it that was a piece of junk and should never have been legally on the road .She had problems with the car from the beginning . She was scared to drive it .I took it to my mechanic and he became very upset told me it would cost $15,000 to make the vehicle functional , They stole $10,000 from her knowing the car was nothing but a piece a junk , they saw her coming , she thought Wallace was a reputable Co. NOT TRUE , IT WAS CRIMINAL WHAT THEY DID TO HER I'm working on finding out how many others became Wallace Victims. The car was totaled and went to the junk yard. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE I would give them no stars but the system won't post this horrific experience

I got a used car delivered to my house from Wallace. The sale transaction was simple, but I wish they had conveyed a few things that I thought were standard and apparently were not (the car did not come with a spare tire or a user manual). I didn't ask about these but in retrospect should have. If you're buying a used car, apparently most dealerships won't disclose that it doesn't have a spare, so make sure to ask.A couple other minor gripes are that after the sale, the title didn't arrive for about 2 months. This was concerning to me so I reached out the sales rep Jeff, but he never responded to me. I got it in the mail a little over a week later so fortunately it worked out, but would have appreciated a response about the process. The other incredibly minor gripe is that the delivery was several hours after what was scheduled, but I can understand that. All in all, I got a good used car, but they could definitely improve their communication, and if you're looking to buy a used car, I'd ask about everything even if you think it's standard (battery condition, spare tire, etc.)

Unfortunately, after 3 generations of using Wallace Cadillac in Stuart, I will now be taking my services to a different Cadillac location. The customer service was extremely lackadaisical, distasteful, and rude. After purchasing my 3rd car from this dealership - my husband and I noticed swirls in the paint (inexperienced wax/detail job) on the car that was created after purchasing the vehicle and the charging station would not charge our cell phones (apparently, my cell phone was too "new" for the 2018 charging station in my 2018 cadillac XT5 which I have an iphone 8?? Makes zero sense - make sure you double check your cell before pulling off the lot.) Oh well, I ended up having to pay $250 to update the charging station, what a joke! We then attempted (called and received no return call- twice) to make an appointment to have this issue resolved before there was permanent damage to the exterior of this car. I then drove myself to the dealership to explain the situation with my newly purchased vehicle. This is when I was told that nothing could be done to fix this issue and I was then questioned if I was the result of this paint job error. After customer service stated they could not do anything to help me, my husband stepped in. At that moment, I could see the staff's demeanor change completely towards my husband in such a positive manner that I was stunned. We finally had to have our SALES manager come out and schedule us an appointment. After Wallace had my car for 3 days, we never received a phone call for pick up nor a returned phone call after leaving multiple messages. All in all, it's a shame to see the customer service side of what used to me such a great dealership go down hill. I hope it changes because my family and I will not be back until it does.

As a longtime devotee to the Cadillac brand, it pains me to write this...but definitely want to give a heads up to fellow consumers out there, in hopes you can avoid having an experience similar to the one I recently had here.Earlier this fall, I noticed an oil leak and took my car to Wallace to have them lend their expertise. They ran a diagnostic and I was told that it'd cost about $2,200 to fix the leak. A breakdown of the cost of parts and labor was conspicuously absent from the written estimate. When I asked, the Service Dept told me the number of the part that was needed in the repair. But, again, no breakdown in regards to cost of parts versus labor. When I called a parts supply outlet on my own, I was told that the cost of the part was less than $150.This particular vehicle was initially sold by Cadillac back in 2015, had been maintained fully in accordance with the owner's manual, and was experiencing this oil leak issue very shortly after the warranty had expired.A short time later, my Cadillac stalled on the highway ('due to 'engine propulsion failure'), and I had it towed to Wallace for service. Because it was towed in after hours, I called and left a message with Wallace's answering service, so that the Service Dept would know why my car was there when they arrived in the morning. I asked them to run a diagnostic and get back to me.For some reason, it took almost a full week for a diagnostic to be performed on the car. The Service Dept determined that the issue was a 'system anomaly' and billed me $75 for the diagnostic. In the meantime, I called Cadillac CustomerCare, to ask for a goodwill discount on the relatively exorbitant cost of labor that I'd been quoted on the oil leak. The CustomerCare rep told me they'd review the issue, thanked me for my ongoing business, and assured me that Cadillac would cover the cost of the rental car I'd been using. That was very reassuring, at the time. When CustomerCare called me back a few days later, they offered a very nominal discount. I was told they could elevate the case and have CustomerCare mgmt review. I was told they'd contact me later that afternoon, or the following day. I thanked them and waited...several more days went by with no word from CustomerCare, despite my attempts to call and reach them.Wallace's Service Dept contacted me and asked if I'd heard anything. I told them I hadn't...as their customer, I was expecting to hear from them.Shortly thereafter, the Service Director/Customer Experience Mgr, Mike Rivera, called and left me a voicemail. No word on the car, the potential for a goodwill discount, etc...he was calling solely to say that they were in no way going to be covering the cost of the rental car. When I explained again that Cadillac had committed to covering the rental, he told me that I needed 'to go talk to Cadillac'. The Customer Experience Manager for Cadillac told a Cadillac customer to go talk to Cadillac. At that point, I realized that I miiiiight not want to trust the mixed messages I was getting from the various Cadillac representatives I'd been speaking to. I returned the rental car, at a total cost incurred of about $850, and went without a vehicle for several days while I repeatedly tried to contact CustomerCare.I reached out to Wallace Cadillac's Sales team, to inquire about the possibility of trading the vehicle in. They told me that I'd need to come in person to have the car appraised. I explained to them why that would be difficult, at the moment (my car was in their possession at the time). I gave them permission to appraise it without me being there, but never received an offer on the trade-in of my vehicle. I did, however, receive several end-of-month sales calls from the team there.Unable to continue living for weeks on end without reliable transportation, I picked up my vehicle and took it to another seller, who offered me a fair trade-in price within an hour of my arrival. If you value your time, money and general sanity, I highly recommend you choose a brand other than Cadillac or Wallace.

This dealership is absolute trash! Traded in my cts v for a Shelby across the street. Little Robert and Mike Rivera keep telling me my car was wrecked yet it has a clean car fax. If you are looking for a perfect 2019 cts v go to essential Ford across the street and speak with Guy. He took great care of getting me into my Shelby gt500. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

I can t say enough about the Wallace Cadillac dealership. We just purchased a 2020 vehicle and had one of the best salesmen in the business. His name is Victor Dunn. He took on the task of explaining every bell and whistle that the car had to offer and was patient with all of our questions! Our best experience ever! I have also used the service department with another vehicle and had excellent service. Wallace is #1 in our book!

From the moment we stepped in we were treated wonderfully. Every detail was taken care of and treated with the utmost importance. There was no typical pushy, over the top sales tactics. The finance department even called the next day to help lower the apr through a new bank. I would definitely recommend going through this dealership for any car.
