Professional, Efficient, Friendly and Courteous is the only way to summarize my visit to this location. I was visiting Florida from New Jersey and needed an oil change prior to the return trip. I was initially concerned about visiting an unknown auto service center, but my experience at Valvoline was pleasant and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that there was none of the hard sell tactics for additional services that is typically offered . The entire performance took no longer than 15 minutes and I didn t even need to get out of my car! Thank you Brian, Brian and Manuel for the extraordinary service and a job well done.

Great pace to get your oil changed! They are fast, honest and pleasant. Will tell you if you do not need something or if it is recommended sometime soon. They care about you and provide excellent service.

very professional and efficient. Guys were also polite which is hard on a high flow place like that. I recommend it. Try to go in the morning. It can get busy at lunch time and later.

Very professional group and double check each other for accuracy. They flushed the transfer case, both transaxles as I m 4x4 and of course the engine oil. I wish they could have done the transmission but this dodge ZF8 is too complicated. I m sure someone at corporate could figure out how to at least pump it out and refill.

Took almost an hour. For an oil change and they got oil all over my frame one of my rims. Didn't clean up any of the oil spilled on truck parts dripped in my driveway for two days

I cannot tell how important it is to do regular maintenance. I am nearing 429,000 miles on my 2019 Honda Odyssey, it has the original engine & transmission. Valvoline & Honda of Chantilly are the reason for this amazing results!!

Had oil change on 10/31. Car started making noises after 150 miles. Honda dealership says car was starved of oil due to something blocking the oil line inside the engine. Complete engine replacement needed. $12K!This is a 2022 Honda CRV with less than 15,000 miles!Valvoline says not their issue. They want the filter to examine at their lab. Why... so they can again claim zero responsibility?I wasn't upset it happened. Mistakes happen.But to disclaim any responsibility? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out something was done wrong.Beware, beware, beware!Shame on you Valvoline for not doing the right thing!

Yeah after I had to go buy my own oil filter then they wouldn't reduce the price. So I still had to pay for an oil filter and an oil filter I never saw. Then they couldn't replace the oil change window sticker. They couldn't reset my oil life on My dashboard. Very disappointed. Will not be returning

They are getting pricey, more than the dealers. The service isn't what it once was. My oil life gauge was not reset. My lights and directionals were not checked like they once did.

Went to get an air conditioner recharge. Told they did not have the machine to do it but another Valvoline store 40 minutes away in Jupiter could do it. Told me I would be not regret it. I did. This store had the machine but no one could get it to work. So after an hour I left and went back to the store in Stuart. They did not stand behind their word. Don't trust anything they tell you. Only in it for themselves not their customers.

My College daughter went in to get an oil change. The told her her battery was leaking and that she needed a new one, they then charged her 209.99 plus labor to change battery. The scammed her out of a battery that she did not need. When she told me after she made the decision, I called the manager Bryan and he said he would not give her battery back or money back. I was told I needed to have a steering wheel fluid flush. Five days afterward, I couldn't move my steering wheel. All of my fluid had leaked out. I wasn't about to take it back to Valvoline because I think they did something to damage it further. Also I had to ask about my air filter because they didn't show it to me. They then told me the box around the filter was rusted shut so they couldn't check it. When I had my steering fluid leak fixed at another place, they told me the bolts on the air filter box had been broken off, probably by Valvoline. So I won't be going there again.

I went there today for an oil change as we are heading back to MA. Bowing, my tech said after checking, that at this time it is not necessary. Loved his honesty,. Said to keep an eye on it,but did not want to charge me for something I fid jot need. WOW.

I went there a couple of times for oil change I went back there the other day for a check up because we were going on a road trip, the gentleman there was very polite. He checked my vehicle and change the wiper blade. He also make certain that all my lights are working on my vehicle and balance my tire pressure. He did a good job great place to go to check your vehicle not only for oil change.

I went to get an oil change and they broke my oil stick. After telling me that they have ordered a new one and to return that next Tuesday for a replacement, come Tuesday I was told they never ordered it and it has to be ordered. A few days later my engine check light came on. Please don t take your car to this place. Go somewhere else if you don t want any problems. Never again. They have lost a valuable customer at this point.Service: Oil change

Great first experience with this shop today! Went at about 3:30pm on a Tuesday-No waiting for a bay, fast service, no pressure to purchase anything more than what I wanted.Cody was super professional and kind while Marc, Edwin, and Manuel worked hard to get my oil changed and everything checked thoroughly and quickly. I am excited to become a regular there.

I absolutely love bringing my car to this particular location to have my oil changed. The staff is always professional, kind and helpful, which is why I drive from Port Saint Lucie to Stuart, just to have my car serviced with them. I had a GREAT experience on 11/20/21 and had the opportunity to meet Edwin (the manager), Manuel and Richard. They were such a great help, honest and very kind, while servicing my car and I really appreciate the great service. Keep it up, you guys are awesome! ----TiffanyService: Oil change

The young men that work here are so courteous. I absolutely love going to this location for my oil change. No wait in line, they worked fast and efficient and I was able to retrieve a coupon online for my oil change. In addition he cut me a good price on my air filter, which I knew I needed about 20,000 miles ago. Yes there are other oil change places that offer discount oil changes, but If I had to put a price on my time then this is bar none the best deal. And you have the added bonus of being able to stay in your car.

I like this place. Nice people showed everything that they changed and asked me important questions and showed me the AC filter it was bad so i changed it i like when they show the bad things and the good things Brayn and Brain and Zac and Manuel very nice people anf good Cx service

Place is scam. Waited for half hour in line twice in a month to find they didn't have full synthetic. Both times they told there's a synthetic shortage. Every oil change place in the area has full synthetic. More money selling the blends. Should be a sign at the front that says "failed to supply full synthetic ". Don't go here
