Why settle for the rest when you can have the best!!! Awesome service, friendly associates, dependable work, reasonable prices, and a great credit card. Most of all - nobody else has Freddy !! He s the OG! If you need anything auto - check them out / Freddy will take good care of you. Plus he has a great Colombian accent !!

My sister originally goes to location in Jupiter FL. When I had a tire problem she recommended I go to you, (I'm in Stuart FL so went there). My first visit to that location was great, (Freddie)gave me so much information about my car and services that I'm now using that shop for my work... been extremely satisfied with, staff, managers and everything... so thank you Stuart TIRES PLUS

Freddy is awesome. He knows me and my vehicles and unlike other service centers (particularly dealerships) he only recommends what needs to be done and does not try to rip me off. This is why I deal with Tires Plus. I trust them.

I have a 2006 Pontiac Solstice (read: not that easy to work on or get parts). What I love about this store is they handle it with care, they say what they can work on and what they can't, and the military discount. They don't recommend services, unless they are necessary and offer great prices for what you want! I highly recommend this place for tires and service.

12-14 days ago, came in for an alignment, something seemed off with my truck, and was told my starter fell out. Was told they could fix it, they did. Then got a call saying they needed to do other work with it and I agreed to have them do it. Mind you, all of this ended up being ~$2,000. I paid it and was told I needed a couple other things, but because they would have to be aftermarket parts, they couldn t do it. I understood why they couldn t, and started shopping around for who could. Ended up taking it to another shop, and come to find out the two things that where recommended to me to get fixed, didn t need to get fixed. The guy looking at my truck has 27 years of experience, but that s neither here nor there.But this is why I give them a 1 star review. Like stating in the beginning, I got work done on my truck 12-14 days ago. One of things they fixed was my tie rods. Well one of them snapped off. I didn t hit anything, get in an accident or anything. It just snapped on its own, don t know how, but it did. When having my truck towed up there I got a call saying they could replace it, but it s not going to be covered by warranty, and their reasoning is, we haven t seen this happen before. They also didn t see/hear of a starter falling out on its own before either, but guess what, it happened. No matter the reasoning, you replaced it, at most two weeks ago, ensured that I have warranty on the part. Now that something happened, you don t want to honor the warranty.Long story short, don t waste your time going here, they recommend getting parts you don t need, telling you that you have warranty on parts they fix for you, then don t honor the warranty.

Facility seemed clean and well organized. Had all four tires replaced and good service. Noticed that the underliner was torn abd hanging. Went back to the Stuart shop and they did not claim responsibility. Disappointed

Classic bait and switch, read the fine print corporate games with road hazard they promote. Consistent 2 hour waits even with appointments. Watched a guy they messed something on his truck when they did his oil change get put off another week before they would resolve it. Wouldn't take 1 minute to put on a tire I waited a day for. Sent it with me in the back of my truck to put on myself or wait another 30-1hr to put on a tire I had already waited over 24hrs for. Then watch 5 mechanics in a huddle just hanging out as I pull out. Saint Lucie Battery and Tire is the best on the Treasure Coast. Personalized service.

Very helpful. My 19 year old daughter burst the tire and cracked the rim while working in the area for the summer. They were very accommodating and helpful. Allowed her to leave the car there overnight until the rim was purchased, didn't attempt to upsell her on anything, and educated her on tires so that she could make an informed decision.

I bring my car in every six months for oil changes or other issues if needed. Every time I am treat courteously and the staff explains what has been done and why. I am never pushed into getting something I don't need. Being on a budget as a senior that is extremely important to me.

Sept. 2019 i was going to Chicago for my grandson s naval graduation.I pulled into S.L.W. Location promptly greeted by Sam Garrell Asked for an oil change and tire rotation ( I bought tires there). All was great !Until mgr . Craig came out and advised me that I needed fry brake pads, rotors, and calipers I had them replaced 90 days prior.I went on my trip no issues It has been about 38,000 miles later I heard a sqeeel I then took to st lucie battery and tire. They told me it was time for new padsRotors and calipers were fine. Did not need.I had them do brakes, new tires, trans flush, and coolant flushNeedless to say they are crooks Craig should be flipping burgers somewhere Not trying his hand at something he is ignorant too!I willl also be following up on social media.I would not recommend this company for even an oil change. They are crooks.

4 new tires was $1000 for a kia soul. I was quoted $500 online and ended up paying $1000 in store. they didn t have the tire and had to call it in from another store and stated it was their fault, they should have looked and checked up with me about who was supplying tires. i waited 3 hours and was also quoted $1,017 for new brakes. Was not happy with my experience and will not be going back. Extremely outrageous prices.

Very disappointing and deceitful experience. The initial technician lifted my car with the yellow arms flat; raising the bottom panels of my car into the doors. I immediately took photos and called for the manager. He came out, quietly spoke with a couple technicians, lowered the car, and put on the correct extensions onto the jack-arms himself, without talking to me and then went back into a closed door office without apologizing, or acknowledging the issue.I had damage to my car in four areas and filed a complaint with the corporate office, while waiting for the manager to exit his office. The assistant manager told me I needed two tires but would not mention the Jack issue nor the damage and was going to send me on my way.Three different technicians and the manager talked about the issue with each other and the car, but none would acknowledge anything happened. The manager would not come out until a local police officer asked if he was aware of the issue.To further cover their tracks, they wrote on the pickup paper that I have previous damage in all the areas not knowing I had photos of the issues, and even a video of the manager, himself, correcting the jack arms. I included the reference number from corporate investigating the issue on the pickup paper.I have gone to this establishment for years; did not recognize most of the staff from today. I would have understood if they came out, apologized, and explained options. However, the continued deceit, was too much, and led me to give my first negative yelp and google reviews."Never saw a place so intentionally deceptive and sneaky"

Came in to do a simple alignment and rotation on my F 250. Nobody in the entire shop was working all standing around bsing. They wanted to sell me new tires so they made up reasons not to rotate my tires. I do not recommend this place do not waste your time.

Ordered tires from simpletire.com, order was confirmed delivery, appointment for 10/31/2020 at 9am, being here a whole hour at the phone with customer service, they have signed delivery confirmation of my order, but this local tire plus claim they never received my tires.I waisted a whole hour, and now leaving with bold tires, and 311$ less in my pocket since I paid online for my order.I am behind furious right now.

Wow, what an absolute clown. Do not waste your time, as they are not very smart and they make up for it with arrogant rudeness. Avoid at all costs - their pricing is completely different to what you see when you book.

Fernandez spent a long time helping me with an issue I had with my Firestone credit card being locked. He went above and beyond and I know he had to have been frustrated but didn t show it at all. I m a single woman and don t know a huge amount about cars- I really appreciate the man who serviced my car being kind as well. If Fernandez isn t the manager he would make a great one and deserves a raise! Tires Plus is an honest place to go to if you are having car issues!

My husband and I love this location! Especially since Fredy started! We don t feel like a number here, we feel like family. Since Fredy started it feels more alive and vibrant. He has amazing customer service skills and we trust his opinions and advice. We highly recommend going to the Stuart Tires Plus if you live in the area. And they have great trustworthy prices!! When I dropped off the car, I showed the man at the front desk the nail in my tire and he told me it would be $20 and a tire patch, to be picked up same day. Great. Provided my phone number, they said they d call when it was done. When I returned to pick it up, I found that they had called my mom instead of me, and had persuaded her to replace the 2 back tires without asking me, the owner of the vehicle. I may look young at 23, but the car is still mine and I feel like I should have been called and had the situation explained to me so that I could make the decision for my car. Instead I was blindsided by tires plus and my moms decision to replace my back two tires. $234. My mom is on a limited fixed income (only $600/m) and was not in a position to drop that kind of money, but was persuaded by the tires plus that it would be best, despite them telling me that it would be a $20 tire patch. Now my mom is mad at me, given that she wanted to gift me new tires, and I m mad at tires plus, because they did not include me in the servicing decision, and now I will repay my mom the $234. Why they called her instead of me, is beyond me. When I asked if they invoiced my mom, the man at the desk said that I had a fairy godmother. Plain transparency with the vehicle owner is expected otherwise I will not return.Service: Tires

I would say an about average shop for your automobile needs. I was there for a headlight replacement. My vehicle is a 2012 GMC Acadia. Brilliant vehicle designers made this a difficult task. I was charged $165.00 to do this. Was that fair? I don't know. I didn't get other quotes. I also asked for a quote for 2 tires. I was given only 1 option for $550. That, I thought was way too high. This is why I said Tires Plus is just average.
