It was recommended by brother this Bussines Who told me they offered 25% veteran discount, thanks for that. Here I met Eddie and Joe the Manager who were very cordial and profesional, this is best oil change in Stuart county and close St. Lucie County, I got full synthetic oil.

The staff were all very helpful, friendly & professional. It was very busy and the car in front of me had a flat tire. The poor lady didn t know it. She didn t know what to do. Jay and another guy or jumped in and put her spare tire on. That was above and beyond good service! My team Cameron and Conner were very kind to me. I am a senior citizen and was impressed with how respectful & patient they were.

Terrible experience. Oil handprints all of the white hood and front bumper of my car. Looked underneath and the front skid plate is only being held on by one bolt which is cross threaded and only halfway in. The other 6/7 bolts are not even there. And the other side of the skid plate is held on by a zip tie now. The place is rediculous and took an hour and a half for an oil change. Also witnessed them turn someone away because they did not know how to find the oil fill cap on his car. Pretty embarrassing for an oil change shop. I would never go back or recommend to anyone.

Take 5 has been my go to for oil changes. I'm bad about making appointments for these things and so it's nice that there's take 5s everywhere and you can just pull in. Sometimes there's a wait and sometimes it's long and sometimes it's not - but it's still shorter of a wait than I've experienced at any other place. It's super convenient. You stay in your car the whole time. They always offer cold bottled water - which I always accept and glad I did. The staff here was very friendly, informative and on top of their game. Everyone always seems to be paying attention and doing their part. Everyone's working to get you in and out and working together to make sure everything is done right. There are always good coupons online available for take 5. The one I just used was $18 off! That's a good coupon! My experience here was 10/10.I'd also suggest entering off of SW Joan Jefferson Way rather than the main highway, because that side of the building is a tight one way street inwhich - you won't be going the correct way on beyond take 5. It's an awkward turn up into the bays from this side. It can be done, but its an odd place to wait in and turn out of.

I always get superior service at Take 5 in Stuart. Kody was fantastic! Gave me great service and advice, explained everything they were doing, showed me my oil filter and made a great recommendation. Thanks guys! See ya next service!

Just moved to the area and first time customer. I took my wife s car and was impressed with the speed of service while they also maintained attention to detail. Very professional staff and did not push to have me spend more, they just stated their recommendations. I went with recommended . I ended up coming back the next day with my Jeep. There was a little line but staff can out and greeted me, informed me of time of wait and offered bottled water while I waited. Highly recommend!

Stopped in before my long drive home on 2/13 and the two guys who working that morning were awesome. They were both very efficient and made it seem like such an easy process. It was the quickest oil change Ive ever done and would highly recommend using this location.

Since retiring 4 years ago, I have travelled all over and am able to find a Take 5 oil change shop wherever I go. My favorite one is in Stuart, Florida along US1. It s like visiting family who welcome and take good care of you and their bottled water is always iced cold!!Rebecca

I had fantastic service today at this location! Great crew!EDIT I have been coming here for about 3 yrs. Last weekend when I got my old changed and wipers done, the manager struggled with putting the driver side wiper on. One of young men suggested to help her. The following day, it rained and that wiper came off, pulled the arm back because it flipped, then smacked my windshield. It sounded like a gunshot (I am a veteran.) I went to the closest Auto zone for a new wiper because this one was broken and it was pouring rain.This location denied the claim to fix it. They should have done the right thing! Unbelievable treatment of a faithful customer! Poor management and work ethics.

I want to start off by saying this was just a weird experience. Non of the staff seemed to care about anyone, no one is in uniform so it just seemed like a bunch of random people worked here, I was not greeted or acknowledged until it was time for me to drive up. Spoke with one tech as he's showing me the prices for the oil change. The minute I said "economy" his demeanor changed, started telling another tech about my choice and bad talking about how I chose the cheaper one. Goes the oil change, I notice them with an empty oil jug with the bottom cut out trying to fitted with it where my oil is. I go ahead and was about to pay asked if they take Apple Pay and he said no flips over a paper and shows me a "No Apple Pay" sign. I advised him that's all I have so what else can I do, he and I coordinated my payment for. He goes to everyone and tells them, 5 guys. The one skinny tall one did something and he told him "you're sneaky" which was very weird. Mind you it's just my 5 year old and I, he comes over to me and asks me to turn on my car. I turn on my card to see that the " " sign and the check engine light is on. I advised the tech of this and he asked one of the other techs to clear the code but he "didn't know how to". I start driving off to smell smoking coming through my A/C, I pull over and there's oil everywhere! This isn't a local place for me either, a whole 30 min drive not including the traffic in that area. I called and no one answer d, called customer service to find out that this location is a franchise. The lady sent out a notice to give me a call. I get a call and spoke with someone Erran or whomever is the manager, he didn't seem like he cared about my problem. Tell me this is I was to have paid would they have cared? Everything was very fast and easy. I stayed in my car the whole time took about 15 min, And they were very thorough with explaining everything to me, they even changed my windshield wiper. I also love they have discounts on their website you can use, big money saver.

I love going to take 5 for my oil changes!! I have been going here for years. It s incredibly convenient and their customer service is always great. They offer their customers complimentary waters and always explain what they are doing before going ahead with it. And they do a full check (tire pressure, air filter, windshield fluid, etc.) while you re in, at no extra change!

Brought my family car here for a quick change & waited in line for 2 hours patiently and then when I got to the front I was told they ran out of oil and had to run to get some. No big deal. Dude comes back 20 minutes later and says we don t have a filter either for you so we can t do it but you can go buy oil and filter yourself and come back in line mind you it was 4:33 at this time and they close at 5pm with 4 other cars behind me on a Sunday so there was probably no way they were gonna be able to actually see me. Absolutely unprofessional and the fact I wasted my entire afternoon and could have gave them a hard time about it and chose not to this was a terrible experience all around and the team could have treated this better and gave me an option to come hassle free another day or something SMH I really can t stand companies that don t mind wasting your time.

Came here to get my oil change and Atom and Roberto did waaay more than just the basic oil change (coolant,fixed my plate etc. for no extra costs!) Every time I come here they have topped me off for free, been honest about what my car has needed and not over charged me. Happy customer that will be returning over and over :)

Very poor service and the wait time was ridiculously long. We waited for an hour and a half just to pull in for service, and once in still had to wait 30 minutes before they started my vehicle, only to be told way after that they were short staff and one guy was in training. No one greeted or engage with the customers. There was 3 guys there, one was told to be new, which he engaged with 2 other cars that pulled up after us, bringing them drinks and having conversations, while the other one seem to be doing most of the work and the other guy was not people friendly at all. So basically there were 3 guys working on 1 vehicle at a time. Unbelievable!! And the kicker was at the end of our oil change we ask the guy to reset the car to remove the maintenance reminder, only to be told he don't know how to do it. He would have to look it up.

I ve been here 3 times till now and I like it. They do a gob and always perform a safety check at the end. Another thing is that I don t need an appointment for the oil change, makes it easier for me. The customer service is good too.

I went at 8:00 in the morning and had to wait approximately 30 minutes to get into a bay. Once inside my service was completed quickly and efficiently. Very professional service techs, they even helped me reset my service monitor. Highly recommend this establishment!

I have been waiting for 40 minutes and watching 4 guys on the surface working one car at a time. This was the worst fast lube experience I have ever had! I will be here almost 90 minutes before I will be done and will never be back. The excuse from the workers is that they are required to only working one car at a time. I assume there is one worker below making it 5 people per oil change. Ridiculous.

Great service, the visit with the Dr. was like something out of the Jetsons. The staff were all helpful and polite. And best of all I was able to get my glasses in under an hour! Definitely will come again.

We took our 2022 Kia to Take 5 oil change in Stuart, Florida, recently and found the experience to be quite pleasant. The gentleman processing all the information into the computer was knowledgeable and polite. You sit in your car after the initial intake of information, and everything else is taken care of. They even offered us bottled water for each member of my family. What a great experience.

Atom at Take5 fixed the mistakes Walmart made at no charge. Best service ever. Walmart cross threaded the oil drain plug with the pan, plugged it with a temporary plug, and drilled a secondary hole for another plug.Atom fixed all of that at no extra charge and topped off my coolant. The service at Take5 is expensive, but Atom was an awesome technician and a great people person.Definitely check them out.

If you value your car, your time and your money, avoid this place. They broke my oil filter assembly housing. Because they neither possessed the knowledge or tools, I had to leave the vehicle overnight until the manager could come in the next morning and fix it. He replaced my housing with an aftermarket metal housing which he assured me was better than OEM. A week later, it started leaking while on a drive to NC from Stuart. I had to make an emergency stop in Daytona to get a new filter and housing at the Toyota dealership. I spent 300 dollars and a hotel room to get my car fixed. When I returned to Stuart, I was informed the old manager no longer worked there. After multiple attempts and no luck to contact the regional manager to seek compensation, I ve been left with no choice but to contact corporate and the BBB. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They have slow rolled me, hoping I ll give up. I won t

This was a first time visit for me, and I was so happy I chose this business. They are located in Stuart, right before the Roosevelt Bridge. These guys were great, the manager kept me informed of everything being done and if it was completed. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

One other was there besides me was there. I waited 45 minutes before they started my oil change, which took about 20 minutes, and then I waited an additional 45 minutes because their card machine was not working. Absolutely ridiculous.And they still charged me full price
