We were looking for a moped scooter for my daughter for local travel in Delray Beach. The new non-Chinese made scooters in the Delray area were almost $4000 by the time you added destination charges, and no one had any used ones.One of the brands I liked was Kymco, and the Kymco dealer closest to my daughters house had no 50cc scooters. Stuart Motorsports is a Kymco dealer, and they had a used 50cc for $1900. The person we spoke with on the phone was so personable and helpful. We went to look at it and dealt with Bobby, who was awesome! We really wanted the scooter, but our issue was that Stuart was easily a two (or more) hour drive by scooter to my daughters house (can't drive it on the highway). It was such a great deal, we decided to do it, but my husband was REALLY NOT looking forward to the drive.Bobby offered to deliver it for a very reasonable price, plus he went out of his way to deliver it that evening because we needed it for the next day. He truly went above and beyond.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for scooters, motorcycles, boats, and other powersport items.

Bought a great motorcycle for my son. Bobby and his staff were so accommodating and gave me so much help.Really made a difficult decision so much easier. Appreciated very much everything g they did for us. Highly recommend.

I spoke with a gentleman on the phone regarding a uhaul rental. Though Stuart Motorsports did not have the size truck I was looking for, the man was incredibly polite and helpful. He searched all local uhaul locations for me and helped me make a reservation for somewhere else. I wish I remembered his name, but wanted to say thank you for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Great motorcycle shop. Bobby there was friendly and knowledgeable with motorcycles. Only looked at the throttle on my Vulcan and was able to fix it in a few minutes.

My son purchased a Zero electric motorcycle from Stuart Motorsports. From the first day that the motorcycle was ordered to delivery, Bobby the owner was very informative and kept in touch with us on the delivery date of the motorcycle. I bought my first wave runner from Stuart Motorsport back in 2013 and I would highly recommend them. They have serviced and maintained my skis ever since then and I wouldn't even think of going anypalce else. Yesterday I brought my ski to them because it wouldn't start. They looked at it right away, within 30 minutes and then called me with the diagnostics and the price to fix it and then had it ready within an hour! I can't thank Bobby and Kevin, the mechanic enough for their outstanding customer service and knowledge! Every time I go in there they take the time to talk with me and give great advise on keeping the ski in top running condition as well as advise to prevent future issues! Thank you Guys for being so honest and compassionate to your customers. I have been a huge fan of this place since day 1! Congrats and keep up the great work!

Had an extremely positive experience. Justin and The owner Bobby were amazing. Bought 2 Yamaha waverunners from the start of the purchase through the 10 hour check up we have had nothing but fantastic service. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

We bought a shed. From sale to permit(county) to delivery: everything was smooth sailing and quick. Companies in F.P. want deposits for an unknown delivery date. We saw sheds, pulled over, picked ours, got it delivered and hurricane tied down in a snap! Thanks Bobby!

Honestly had a horrible experience with Stuart Yamaha! Got my bike for 900$ went to get a tune up knowing I could pick it up same day! Dude never called I had to call him.. he says it s no longer running and is going to take 3 weeks at least to get parts! I told him what I got the bike for and if it is anywhere near there please let me just come pick the bike up! 5 weeks go by had to keep calling to figure what was goin on! The day came I could pick my bike up I went in there and this guy charged me 800$ With 100$ of parts that had not even came in yet! I was so disgusted I couldn t believe how worthless the counter help parts guy was! And to make it better the bike was temporarily fixed! What ever you do you better say a prayer before taking your things to Stuart Yamaha.. the place looks run down as well i should have taken it as a sign of what the service would be like!

This place is very unprofessional, they dont keep their promises, they are super slow and my almost new PWC/jetski had more problems right after they worked on it. Super sloppy job. Stay away far far far away from this place. Actually even their store looks so old, dirty and unorganized. You can tell they are not a first class place. If you have little money go ahead and lose it all or pay a little more and go to a decent place.

I recently purchased a 2017 Yamaha FX Cruiser SVHO after talking directly with the owner (Bobby). It was the first time I had ever met Bobby. He gave me the best price in the area (Martin County and Palm Beach County) and they were very thorough in preparing it, explaining it to me and my wife, and recommending the right gear. They were very informative and not at all pushy. I had to return some gear that didn't fit right and that went as smooth as possible. As mentioned in some other reviews, they remember me by name as I walk in the store. I have purchased many different vehicles in my lifetime; this was the most comfortable I have ever felt. Is the showroom glamorous? No. Are the products top notch? Yes. Are the owner and his employees knowledgeable and helpful? Yes. Will I have my waverunner serviced there? Yes. Am I comfortable recommending Bobby and his employees to others? Definitely.

Terrible service and terrible dealer. This place is very unprofessional. The owner is never there and when he is he doesn't have one minute to talk to you. Offered to take a look at my jet ski which had a problem and they did not mention that there would be a fee just to check it. It's sat out in the abandoned jungle in the back of the dealership for 2 and 1/2 weeks before they finally looked at it after many calls to the service department. The unbelievable charge of over $1200. what they didn't know was I had another estimate at another company that came in five times lower than theirs. Then when I picked it up and told them I didn't want them to do the work they charged me $114 for 5 to 10 minutes of looking at it. And one more thing I found out they cut some wires in the engine when they checked it. Don't go to this place it is a nightmare.

Had machines serviced here and had Excellent customer service. Even the owner came and introduced himself and asked if there was anything else he could do. Fair pricing on service and accessories. Knowledgeable staff fitted my son with all the gear needed to ride.

After getting the feeling of being way overcharged at another dealership I found myself at Stuart Motor Sports. Finding the waverunner I was interested in, Bobby was very open and up front on my pricing, including all associated cost. I was amazed on his inventory selection and his years of experience in the industry. Waverunner was purchased and was ready for pick up not only fast but as promised. I look forward doing business with Bobby and his staff in the future. I do have a distance to go, but it's worth the drive for the honest customer service. Thanks again Bobby!

I got to the store, ask lots of questions, they just took all the time I needed to make the best choice ever, great services, They make me very happy , I love my Yamaha GP1800, And today I called, because I have a rope wrapped in my motor. He said, bring it right in. When I got there they went ahead and fixed it at NO CHARGE. They are best of the best. If you want a good price, the best service, the most friendly staff, go here .They are the best of the best in the treasure coast.

if you want a dealership that remembers you by your first name then this is the place to go. Bobby is wonderful at everything he does. Gave me the best out the door price. Has a huge selection to choose from, actually had the waverunner and color I wanted in stock and ready to go and had me out the door and on the road within 2 hours. Their trailers they use are even higher quality than the other dealers I've visited. The place is looking much better now including the brand new roof he just had installed. Because let's face you don't go into a business just to use a restroom. I would highly recommend the folks over at Stuart Motorsports for all of your powersports needs!!

I'll just copy and past my exact thing that I sent to the better business bureau. The bottom line is that they won't give me my money back without taking a huge percentage. My product was back ordered and they won't work with me in any way.I ordered a riding jacket from them on 12/17. I didn't get any kind of shipping information from them so I figured I must have missed the email. I contacted them on roughly the 23rd to see where my package was and they said it would be in later that week. That week rolled by and nothing came so I called them again on the 27th to ask for my money back and they informed that there would be a 20% restocking fee but I reminded them that the jacket hadn't even made it to their location. They said it is because the jacket isn't in high demand so they would have to ship it back. If it wasn't in high demand though it wouldn't of been back ordered in the first place. They said that I would get the shipping information yesterday and I still haven't gotten any information from them today. If they would of just informed me that it would have taken this long I don't see why they couldn't have just let me cancel my order without keeping a percentage. That percentage is not justified in any way. I am getting no where when I talk to them.

We purchased two new 2018 Yamaha PWC's from Bobby & his dealership! Totally & completely satisfied due to the quality of the merchandise, honesty, integrity and down to earth demeanor of the owner. Do not judge a book by its cover, referring to this dealership - If you are one of these people, then go bug a different one. This dealership, in our opinion, is interested in helping you, providing you with a great product, as well as, providing you with the best price, service and keeping it cost effective. All my questions were and are always answered with confidence. So, if your looking for a great sale, personable experience and someone who is there backing up your Yamaha product - look no further! I just purchased a new Yamaha GP1800R from Bobby at Stuart Motorsports. The process was quick and easy. I am absolutely satisfied with the purchase and service I received and will do future purchases here. Highly recommend.

I visited this "dealership" a few days ago looking for a NEW Yamaha motorcycle. I thought Google had sent me to the wrong address but it didn't. Pulling in to the parking lot, I wasn't sure if they were a motorsports dealership, an RV dealership or Shed dealership. But I went inside anyway. Talk about dirt and dust and old vehicles, I thought I would run into Mike and Frank from American Pickers. NOTHING like the pics on the website. And NO NEW YAMAHAS. After contacting Yamaha to voice my opinion, I found out that Stuart Motorsports is NOT a licensed Yamaha dealership. I ended up reading the reviews so I am sure the owner will be providing his juvenile response as seen in other negative reviews.

I've dealt with Stuart Motorsports for years and have never had any issues. They have always been attentive to anything I needed, especially if I send my wife in ....lol. If they didn't have what I needed, they have always gotten it fast. I've read a lot of reviews of people knocking the place, but frankly I think it is unique and I like the place. I give kudos to the owner for utilizing a place that is somewhat of a historical landmark. I'm sick of seeing the same corporate garbage and strip malls on every corner of the Treasure Coast. I have also noted a lot of improvements lately.

I read the reviews, all the bad reviews but had a wave runner that needed repair, it was overheating.Stuart Motorsports were the closest one to me in Port St Lucie . So against my better judgement I called and explained my problem with the machine . He said no problem come down and they will check it out . I said I'm very concerned about the ALL negative reviews , he assured me that he was the owner and could help me . I hooked up drove the 25 mile down and when I got there. I walked in told him who I was ,he pulled up a diagram in a book and started naming off all the parts I need !!! He never looked at it , never said we will charge a hour and see what your problem is , I can look in a book and start ordering part. I have the same book as him . I really do not think he had any idea what he was talking about ..Very disappointing. I walked outside thinking what a jerk (me) not him I just drove 50 miles round trip after reading all the bad reviews. I didn't want to take it to Yamaha of Palm Bch since it was so far . In the parking lot I called them he said bring it down pay one hours labor and they will tell me exactly what it will cost for parts and labor and can decide it I want to fix it . Do yourself a favor I don't care where you go but don't go to Stuart Motorsports and this is a real review from a real person

Very disappointed in the management at Stuart Motorsports. I was not treated properly or fairly when I wanted to buy a couple of motorcycles and a trade in. It worked out I was able to go elsewhere and purchase a another motorcycle that better met my needs and cheaper. I did buy a motorcycle from them but looking back I got gouged money wise in the deal. Also in the past I ordered parts come back a week later and they never ordered the parts from the manufacturer. The place is a dump that needs work. I wish it was still a bowling ally.

You get one chance to make a first impression. Nothing like the website. Really run down looking. Behind the building is a junkyard full of decaying PWC's surrounded by weeds and tall grass. There Is a tandem trailer with two skis that caught fire. Against my better judgement I lefty my ski for repair. A few days later I read the reviews. A lot of one and two stars. I decided to go back and get my ski. I pulled into the back lot hooked up my ski and drove off. Nobody around.

Had a tire put on my bike that bought online. Was fast and done perfectly! Awesome customer service at the counter. The cute chic at the counter is a sweet heart and rides an R6 so she's on my awesome list!
