Willie and his team did everything exactly as described each step of the way. They did a good job on the diagnostics up front. Before they pulled the transmission to look inside they already had a sense for what was going on. Very easy to work with. My 10-year-old Honda drives and shifts like new I was referred to them by the owner of another car repair shop and Sofla Transmission lived up to the recommendation.

The overall experience was OK. Work completed promptly. Time will tell if the transmission was rebuilt well with quality parts. The vehicle was returned with a leaking exhaust connection where the transmission work required disconnection. This required me to take the vehicle to a second shop for further repairs due to the exhaust system disassembly. I would highly recommend you have this clarified before starting a transmission repair.Service: Transmission
