Brought my 2014 Ford F-150 for an audio system upgrade. I wanted the wireless CarPlay technology and 4 new speakers installed. Nash had all of the equipment ready to go and said he could have it done for me that day. I was taken aback by the professionalism at this shop. Two hours later I had my new system installed and ready to go. Jake the installer gave me a quick rundown of the system and I was super impressed by how clean the install came out. The audio sounds incredible and now I have 2024 technology in my 2014 truck. I highly recommend this shop for your audio needs. If I could give a 10/10, I would.

First off, I want to say that the young man who works at WOS, is the most polite person I have ever met. He was extremely accommodating and kind enough to stay after hours to allow for me to pick up my vehicle after getting off work. 'That being said, I would not send my worst enemy to this establishment. Anyone who knows anything about car audio would be ashamed of the installation that was done in my vehicle. I walked into WOS, and explained what I had in mind. He said he would be able to order the equipment and have it there by the end of the week and to bring my car in on the next Friday. What we had originally agreed upon seemed high priced just for the equipment aspect based on what I had previously seen online. I called back after leaving (30 minutes later) and swapped out the original door speakers I had picked for a better model. These speakers were ordered by him the same day.I had all new door speakers, 2 tweeders in the dash, a 6 channel amplifier and a DSP (with the anticipation of later adding a subwoofer) installed in my vehicle. I brought my vehicle to WOS that Friday, Nash did not make me aware that the front door speakers (6 x 9's) had not arrived until I made the initiative to call him at 3 pm where I was then informed that they would not arrive until the following Monday. The vehicle was finished as much as it could be and I took it home for the weekend.I took it back to have the 6 x 9's installed on Monday and picked up after work. The invoice had the incorrect speakers on it. I was overcharged for the equipment that I could have bought online for a lesser price. The brand of wiring used was not listed on the invoice. And mind you, I did not see any of the installation work that they did, as it should be, it was hidden out of sight.I got in the car and started to play the music. It sounded absolutely terrible. Nothing was tuned or balanced at all. Every ounce of sound was coming from the tweeders, nothing at all from any of the door speakers. Needless to say, I was not happy that I had just spent the amount of money that i did and got an absolutely ear piercing, terrible sounding result. As well as my blinkers and door chimes now being obnoxiously loud.I decided that i wanted to take it to Extreme Performance in Stuart to have it tuned properly after they installed a subwoofer for me. Extreme called the day that I dropped off the truck with some bad news. They wanted to inform me that when installing the amplifier to the cab of my truck (behind the back seat) the gentleman had drilled though the cab of my truck with what appeared to be drywall screws. He removed the cabin pressure relief vent (which is normal) but only sealed that 4" x 8" hole with dynamat (what looks like aluminum foil). This is totally unacceptable. They also informed me that the wiring that was used for the power, ground, as well as the RCA's were not necessarily capable of handling the amount of current and were a risk of catching fire. Another thing i was informed of was how the ground was installed. A screw that was clearly too small for the ring terminal was used and after the installer saw that, he decided to just drill right through the ring terminal with another screw instead of using one of the proper size. Lastly, the cap over my fuse panel now has a gaping hole in the side of it because of how they chose to run the wiring, instead of using the proper route and cutting the correct piece. The blinkers and door chimes were also fixed and are now at a normal level.Extreme basically had to rip out my entire system and re-do the installation, with the exception of installing the speakers in the doors. I am beyond frustrated and do not recommend using this company. I have no idea how they have been in business for as long as they have with this quality of work. I would love to have at least my 1100 dollars back just for the installation and the wiring being that everything needed to be ripped out.Use the right people the first time. Don't make the same mistake I did.Edit: Job was complete. Apt was for blinker.

This shop is amazing! You can get a nice system or get your system put in right. Like I did. Those guys kn their work. An got valuable knowledge for future upgrades. I also love that it is a family business an it s local for me. The work these guys do is professional an accurate. I hate to say it but I also get my Intoxalock box calibrated with them. like I said they re professionals so it s always a pleasure environment. Sorry Nash world of sound I m not going anywhere.

Nash was great to work with. He is honest, right to the point and priced fairly. His work speaks for itself and he stands by all of his work. My project was done in a timely manner and Nash was available for all my questions. We will be back!

1st time experience today has made me a customer for life. Had a simple backup camera installed, not simple for me to install, but simple for World of Sound. The staff was great, extremely knowledgable and made my first experience great! I highly recommend for projects both large and small, they do it all and then some.

Any business with lightning striking over it must be worth looking into.I went in to show Mr. Nash the photo. As soon as I am able, I'll have to frame it and bring it to him.I have lots of electronics to be installed in a couple vehicles and RV's! Mr. Nash says he's got it covered!

Used them for years, NEVER AGAIN. Take a look at my alarm cord when they were done. Agreed to buy a new alarm. They wanted 50% down in order to book appointment. Worst customer service. Oh well I'll book someplace that's no so money hungry

Awesome experience, even though he was super busy when I stopped in on my lunch break, Nash was able to help me get an odd size dash speaker for my geo tracker. Great pricing and I m very impressed with the sound quality on the pioneer speakers he recommended. Will certainly be doing business with him again.

They did a great job . pioneer nex 4200 front to back speakers with the 12's in the trunk they custom made so i still have full use of it . This is the first system i cant put half volume its so loud and clear . I was not sure about audio legion but they rock . made allot of believers after they sit in my car for a couple songs .Nashs did a great job . i will be going back for front and rear cameras and would recommend them to anyone that wants a system installed right . the 4200 is sweet , i can connect my phone wired or stream spotify , and stream my escort live that puts radar alerts thru the sound so you can hear it with the music blasting , and take phone calls all at the same time .Google play navigation works better than my factory nav system i swapped out and also runs thru the sound system . 4 things streaming simultaneously thru my galaxy s8 and the 4200 head unit just blows my mind . hope this helps .

Great install on the wife s new jeep.Remote start.Kicker subDash cam.There was a small issue w a faulty wire. They got me right back in the next day no questions asked and replaced it.Appreciate the work guys!

In need of great music or anything dealing with sound for your car, home theater, or boat this is the place to go! I just recently got all of my speakers in my 2013 Kia Sorento replaced, new stereo system, and my backup Camera installed and I'm loving it. Not only was everything done in a few hours, they also went an got a part for me out of town and when I got off work it sounded like I had a brand new car. I would most definitely recommend Nash's World of Sound any day. The customer service was great and I wouldnt have went anywhere else..Im very thankful for the care and consideration provided to me.. Music is Life

The owner was extremely reasonable and willing to work an extremely fair deal . His son installed my subs, amplifier, and wiring in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Nash s world of sound to anyone! I will defiantly be back in the future.

Installed a kenwood touch screen, alpine speakers, backup cam and cam system to upgrade the wife s ride. Nash s team did a great job at a reasonable price. Thanks again, guys. You nailed it.

I'm unfortunate enough to have an ignition interlock but I'm fortunate to have Nash's world of sound to work with. Every month I come here for re-calibration and every month I'm treated as a valued customer - something that's rare these days. When I had to get my interlock switched from my old vehicle to my new one his employee stayed late to get me back on the road. Top notch service from top notch people here.

I have been debating on writing this post. The price that was charged would have been ok but my interior panels were damaged and the work was not satisfactory. I also paid for crossovers and the installation of them. Was never done and the crossovers were never installed. The owner did not want to correct the situation nor investigate to see the damages. You can tell that the only thing the owner cares for is the money enough to through his son who works there under the bus and state his son did not witness or say something that he did. You will not find integrity at this business.In response to company: I came back a week later do to your son asking me to come back in that timeline to repair the install that was not working correctly. This occurred when I picked up the car, your son and I had to put panels back on in the parking lot and my back seat was not installed either. The interior of the car and the trunk was disheveled.

What a great shop! I was a new customer who needed a speaker repair on my sub-woofer! Normally these items are do not respond to well to repairs but the guys at a world of sound not only took the time to fix my speaker, they did so at a very reasonable price. I totally trust and recommend them for your car and home sound needs. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and really made me feel great. Give them a try you will be very glad you did!

Great company! I Had a great experience with World of Sound, they installed a backup camera on my work van. I brought my van in and picked it up same day, just as they had promised. The technician Bill, I dealt with was very knowledgeable and experienced I would without a doubt recommend these guys to perform electrical work on my vehicles, and will do so myself in the future. Thanks guys!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. This is the second time that I have used them this year. One of the projects was a little challenging but they did it and they did it exactly how my wife wanted it. Everything they do is super clean and professional. DO NOT waste your time or money on Geek Squad! Go local! These guys do it better. See you soon for the next one.

Nash is extremely passive aggressive. And gives very vague answers. He informed me that the installation would take a half of day. I arrived at 9:00 am for my appointment. At 10:30 he assured me that it would be completed by 12:00 or 1:00. When I checked on the status at 12:00 he informed me that the part didn t work and he was waiting on a new one. I informed him that I had to be at work by 2:00 and had to ask him to get off his laurels and pick up the part! Really? It s 2:30 and I m still sitting hear! Stay away from Nashs World of Sound!

Charged me $75 to put two screws in the side of my radio. Told me on the phone it would be $25 for the dash kit and $50-$55 for 30 minutes of labor. I had to remove the dash panel myself, the owners son dropped my head unit several times, used MY part not theirs, and took only 10 minutes of labor. I had to also put the dash back together after the kid walked off. Won t refund for the wasted time and pet they didn t even use. Wouldnt even let me pay with my debit card i had to use cash that wasn t mine.

I had recently bought my own subwoofer kit and needed some help getting it installed. These guys are so nice and got the job done excellently and efficiently. So happy with the work they've done and will come back again if I need more audio work

Went for a consult and scheduled an appointment. Everyone I met there was not just courteous but friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my speaker issue. Seem to be good people. They looked at my system and scheduled me to return for 4 new speakers. I will update with that experience. I feel confident that my 2nd encounter will go smoothly

I went to Nashs world of sound to just look around and maybe considers buying some new stereo equipment. I was not expecting the awesome service and professional treamant I received. Not only was the sales person very helpful he broke down the equipment in a way I could understand which helped me make a better decision of the products I chose to purchase! If your looking for great sound Nashs would of sound is where it will be found. Look for Bill as a sales rep very professional and informative.

John at world of sound helped me thru the process of installing a new stereo in my 2019 f250 Diesel. First head unit was a dud, just my luck, returned and John helped me picked out a nice pioneer. John at World of Sound in Stuart Fl was professional and responsive. New head unit is perfect. Installation was on point and the professional handling of dealing with a dud head unit was perfect. Perfect!

Friendly staff offering expert advice. They recommended the best speakers (not the most expensive) for my 2017 Camry. Fast installation and most of all, fair pricing. I highly recommend World of Sound!

One of my friends reccomended them to me when I mentioned getting my sound system installed, and it was the best choice I could have made. Both John and Nicholas made me and my wife feel at home, and they were able to get my car set up perfectly. they installed an amp, a capacitor, and my box of 2 12"s into my Impreza, and I am so thrilled with the results. Im definitely going to go back to them when its time to upgrade my head unit and get some interior lights set up in my car.Thanks again for everything! see y'all again soon!!

Absolutely fabulous. Installed unit several years ago. Sirius went out and they got us in right away. Had it fixed while we waited without replacing the unit which a less reputable shop would have done. Kudos and a thumbs up!
