Payed extra for the top tier wheel bearing. And it failed less than a year later. Called to try and have it warrantied but they require a receipt. They do not keep you in the system like autozone, oreillys, etc . I will always go anywhere but here from now on, and recommend you do the same.

Great local and friendly place to get parts.Went in for some threaded battery terminal wing-nuts and got immediate and very helpful service.Highly recommend !

Bad service from the machine shop side, called ahead to ask if hydraulic repairs could be done on Saturday, was told yes before 3pm. Showed up at 1:15pm shop door was open, was told well we closed 2 hours ago but throw it up there .Granted he did take a look and attempted repair but could not find a fitting, stating someone left a whole mess of fittings back there we might have it but come back monday .

I called them asking if they could drill some holes in an aluminum catch can and rethread them, drove all the way out from PSL. Only because they said sure we tap holes all the time! Just to have some bald hack named Larry or Jerry tell me it wasn t even possible. Guy said I was wasting my time and I should just buy something purpose made. We ll I left bought an NPT tap & a drill bit for $8. What do you know it took me about 5 minutes a hole & I had to wait in the tools wow.

I needed new windshield wipers and I wanted good ones. So I went to NAPA!They are professional and they sell reliable parts. They were a little more expensive for wipers, but I rather pay up to have good quality products.Customer Service is very important to me. I went there and the employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They even installed my wipers for me!The windshield wipers work great and the best part is that they don t make any noise! You know that saying, "You get what you pay for"!!I'm a very happy customer. I will be back and I definitely recommend this store.

It was an amazingly awesome buy.Looking for a radiator for my 1995 Dodge Ram Van 1 ton. First I thought I had found it at advanced auto parts, so I paid cash. No sooner than I left I get a call from my friend Ray. He tells me to go see Eddie at Napa on Monterey, across from the Stuart jail. Not only did I get the radiator for $ 110 less, it was in stock. Perfect fit, perfect timing. Got my $$$ back from discount auto, 'cause I paid cash. Thank you Ray, and Thank you Eddie.

Napa Auto Parts in Stuart also has a fantastic machine shop. My experience with Wayne, Gary and Scott have been great! They are honest, caring and really know their business. So much so that they will actually tell you what you really need even if you thought you need something else. I was aboe to get a great deal on getting a new engine for my 1997 Ford Mustang.Their expertise in machining made my decision very easy in deciding to do business with them.If you are looking for knowledge, honesty, integrity and craftsmanship, consider highly visiting Gary, Scott and Wayne at their machine shop on Monterey Road in Stuart. In my opinion NAPA and the Stuart Machine Shop is where it's at.

Great place to go pretty much just where I go for my auto parts for my automobile the guy said he's very helpful he really tried on Saturday or Sunday to find a part come to find out the part was at Bayshore Napa but I ended up going to O'Reilly's silver because it wasn't the right part that I need it at the Bayshore location but yeah at checkout Napa on Monterey Road they pretty much got you covered

Charges you to dispose of your used motor oil even though they make money doing it O Reillys doesn t. The employees at O Reilly s are nicer and the merchandise is cheaper.

Great place for auto parts. No need to go anywhere else. If NAPA doesn't have it, you don't need it. I've been buying from Wayne and NAPA for many years. They always help me out.

One of the few places around that has a machine shop to work on heads and the like and there's has a great reputation. Quality work. Reasonable price.

Awful. Super slow to deliver and horrible customer service. I call to ask how much longer before my part would arrive and they merely only say it s on the way and then hang up while I m asking for more info. I d avoid this place.
